Abstract

本发明公开了牛仔布靛蓝植物轧染生产工艺,首先在染浴中加入织物重百分比2‑5%的靛蓝染料,充分搅拌均匀,其次将织物重百分比3‑5%的烧碱加入染液中,搅拌溶解后,再次加入织物重百分比4‑6%的保险粉,继续搅拌均匀,以2℃/min的升温速度升温至40‑50℃,保温5‑10min使靛蓝染料还原,往靛蓝染料还原液中加入余下水,搅拌均匀,放置5‑10min,然后将织物按浴比1:20‑40投入染浴中,不断搅拌,染色30‑40min后,快速取出织物,水洗后氧化,直到织物从黄色完全变成蓝色,最后把氧化后的织物继续水洗、皂洗、水洗、烘干,染色完成,通过本发明的生产工艺,使棉织物和纱线有较好的同色性且达到满意的染色深度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料的加工工艺,尤其涉及一种牛仔布靛蓝植物轧染生产工艺。
背景技术
社会在发展,人类的生存环境越越受到重视。植物染料越来越受到青睐,古代就有利用植物色素染面料的记载,但随着社会的发展和生活水平的提高,色织产业兴起,染纱需求越来越多,而利用植物染料染纱,有着更为重要的意义。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的上述不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种牛仔布靛蓝植物轧染生产工艺。
为了达到上述之目的,本发明采用如下具体技术方案:牛仔布靛蓝植物轧染生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)靛蓝染料还原:先在染浴中加入织物重百分比2-5%的靛蓝染料,充分搅拌均匀,其次将织物重百分比3-5%的烧碱加入染液中,搅拌溶解后,再次加入织物重百分比4-6%的保险粉,继续搅拌均匀,以2℃/min的升温速度升温至40-50℃,保温5-10min使靛蓝染料还原,靛蓝染料还原过程由染液中的溶液变为黄绿色,不再变色,为还原完成。
(2)织物的染色:往步骤(1)的靛蓝染料还原液中加入余下水,搅拌均匀,放置5-10min,然后将织物按浴比1:20-40投入染浴中,不断搅拌,染色30-40min后,快速取出织物,水洗后氧化,直到织物从黄色完全变成蓝色,最后把氧化后的织物继续水洗、皂洗、水洗、烘干,染色完成。
所述步骤(2)中的氧化采用空气中充分氧化或放在2g/L双氧水中氧化的任意一种。
所述空气中充分氧化时间为30min。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:通过本发明的生产工艺,使棉织物和纱线有较好的同色性且达到满意的染色深度;本发明的技术方案工艺简单可行,对靛蓝染料和织物织造过程无特殊要求,利用常见印染厂染色设备就可达规模生产,具有广阔的应用前景。
直到织物从黄色完全变成蓝色。
具体实施方式
通过下面给出的本发明实施例可进一步了解本明,但本发明的保护不限于此。
实施例1:
牛仔布靛蓝植物轧染生产工艺,首先在染浴中加入织物重百分比2%的靛蓝染料,充分搅拌均匀,其次将织物重百分比3%的烧碱加入染液中,搅拌溶解后,再次加入织物重百分比4%的保险粉,继续搅拌均匀,以2℃/min的升温速度升温至40℃,保温5min使靛蓝染料还原,靛蓝染料还原过程由染液中的溶液变为黄绿色,不再变色,为还原完成。往靛蓝染料还原液中加入余下水,搅拌均匀,放置5min,然后将织物按浴比1:20投入染浴中,不断搅拌,染色30min后,快速取出织物,水洗后放置空气中充分氧化30min,直到织物从黄色完全变成蓝色,最后把氧化后的织物继续水洗、皂洗、水洗、烘干,染色完成。
实施例2:
牛仔布靛蓝植物轧染生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)靛蓝染料还原:先在染浴中加入织物重百分比5%的靛蓝染料,充分搅拌均匀,其次将织物重百分比5%的烧碱加入染液中,搅拌溶解后,再次加入织物重百分比6%的保险粉,继续搅拌均匀,以2℃/min的升温速度升温至50℃,保温10min使靛蓝染料还原,靛蓝染料还原过程由染液中的溶液变为黄绿色,不再变色,为还原完成。往靛蓝染料还原液中加入余下水,搅拌均匀,放置10min,然后将织物按浴比1:30投入染浴中,不断搅拌,染色30-40min后,快速取出织物,水洗后放置在2g/L双氧水中氧化,直到织物从黄色完全变成蓝色,最后把氧化后的织物继续水洗、皂洗、水洗、烘干,染色完成。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:通过本发明的生产工艺,使棉织物和纱线有较好的同色性且达到满意的染色深度;本发明的技术方案工艺简单可行,对靛蓝染料和织物织造过程无特殊要求,利用常见印染厂染色设备就可达规模生产,具有广阔的应用前景。

Claims (3)

1.牛仔布靛蓝植物轧染生产工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)靛蓝染料还原:先在染浴中加入织物重百分比2-5%的靛蓝染料,充分搅拌均匀,其次将织物重百分比3-5%的烧碱加入染液中,搅拌溶解后,再次加入织物重百分比4-6%的保险粉,继续搅拌均匀,以2℃/min的升温速度升温至40-50℃,保温5-10min使靛蓝染料还原,靛蓝染料还原过程由染液中的溶液变为黄绿色,不再变色,为还原完成;
(2)织物的染色:往步骤(1)的靛蓝染料还原液中加入余下水,搅拌均匀,放置5-10min,然后将织物按浴比1:20-40投入染浴中,不断搅拌,染色30-40min后,快速取出织物,水洗后氧化,直到织物从黄色完全变成蓝色,最后把氧化后的织物继续水洗、皂洗、水洗、烘干,染色完成。
2.如权利要求1所述牛仔布靛蓝植物轧染生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中的氧化采用空气中充分氧化或放在2g/L双氧水中氧化的任意一种。
3.如权利要求1所述牛仔布靛蓝植物轧染生产工艺,其特征在于:所述空气中充分氧化时间为30min。
