本发明公开了一种蓝印花布的建缸配方与浸染方法,该方法包括以下步骤:准备配制染液的原料;配制染液;pH值的检测;试染色检测;产品染制。本发明的蓝印花布的建缸配方与浸染方法,选用植物靛蓝原料和浸染等工艺,快速建缸,操作简单,不受环境温度和湿度影响,能快速还原成功,两小时能建好,颜色很正,着色均匀,不褪色,配方环保,染液无需排泄,可循环使用,配料成本低,适合建大缸,效率高,适合企业工业生产及工坊生产或学校教学使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及蓝布浸染技术领域,尤其涉及一种蓝印花布的建缸配方与浸染方法。
背景技术
蓝印花布是中国的一种工艺品,是传统的镂空版白浆防染印花,又称靛蓝花布,俗称药斑布、豆浆布、蓝花布或浇花布等。是中国传统的工艺蓝染品,距今有一千三百年历史。现有的蓝印花布用石灰、豆粉按一定比列合成防染浆,一般用全棉平纹纺织布,刻版、上油、刮浆、侵染等多道浸染工艺制作而成。
蓝印花布采用化学染料和天然染料进行染色,其中化学染料,染出的颜色不稳定,易褪色,属于一次性染料,而且不环保,排放的染液对环境有一定的影响,而天然染料是人类自古以来即陆续开发使用的传统染料,天然染色常被简化为植物染色,传统植物蓝染采用蓝靛:蓝靛为蓼蓝的茎叶通过浸泡加入石灰发酵成,属于还原性染料,从蓝草的采摘制成蓝靛泥,再把蓝靛泥通过发酵还原成蓝染液是一个非常复杂繁琐的工艺流程,现有的古法发酵缺点是工序复杂,起缸时间长,耗时耗力,建缸10多天后才能染布,配料不方便取材,如草木灰、艾草膏取材不方便,建缸起缸受环境的温度和湿度影响,不稳定,冬天受环境影响没法起缸。染液的配制及染制的过程对于蓝靛染料的附着能力及固色率均有影响。而蓝靛染料的附着能力差,不能完全充分的粘附在布料上,固色率低于60%以下,需要反复染色,浪费布料较多,导致增加生产成本。
发明内容
本发明提供一种蓝印花布的建缸配方与浸染方法,通过对染液的组成、配制及染布过程进行研究,不仅解决了染缸的建立不受环境温度和湿度影响,能快速建缸,而且解决了蓼蓝染料在染布过程中着色率、固色率低的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为一种蓝印花布的建缸配方与浸染方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
S1,准备配制染液的原料:染液包括以下原料,重量百分比为4-5%蓝靛泥,重量百分比为0.5%-1.0%的碳酸钠,重量百分比为1.5%-2.0%的55度以上高度酒,重量百分比为0.2%-0.5%的氢氧化钠,重量百分比为0.2%-0.5%的二氧化硫脲;
S2,配制染液:蓝靛泥破碎处理入缸,与55度以上高度酒充分搅拌均匀,然后加入部分水继续搅拌均匀,让酒在蓝泥里充分稀释,静置10分钟;
40℃左右的温水调制碳酸钠,让其充分溶解,加入氢氧化钠快速搅拌均匀后静置1分钟充分溶解,快速均匀倒入所述缸内,边倒入缸内边搅拌;
再用100℃沸水调制二氧化硫脲,让其溶解,倒入所述缸内;
所述缸内加入一定量水,并进行搅拌15mins左右,然后静置,染液表面出现一层蓝紫色的泡沫层;
S3,pH值的检测,pH值控制在10-12左右;
S4,试染色检测,用纯棉试布条,试布条半干的状态,试染浸泡3分钟左右,拿出布条的瞬间,布条上呈黄绿色,布条上的染液通过与空气接触后慢慢氧化成蓝色,染液配制成功;
S5,染液配制2小时后,按照配比加兑养份,取白布在染缸中进行浸泡、染蓝,达到所需成色后取出,进行晾干即可。
进一步的,所述泡沫层的厚度控制在10cm。

本实施例的蓝印花布的建缸配方与浸染方法,包括下述步骤:
S1,准备配制染液的原料:染液包括以下原料,重量百分比为4-5%蓝靛泥,重量百分比为0.5%-1.0%的碳酸钠,重量百分比为1.5%-2.0%的55度以上高度酒,重量百分比为0.2%-0.5%的氢氧化钠,重量百分比为0.2%-0.5%的二氧化硫脲;
S2,配制染液:蓝靛泥破碎处理入缸,与55度以上高度酒充分搅拌均匀,然后加入部分水继续搅拌均匀,让酒在蓝泥里充分稀释,静置10-15分钟;
40℃左右的温水调制碳酸钠,让其充分溶解,加入氢氧化钠快速搅拌均匀后静置1分钟充分溶解,快速均匀倒入所述缸内,边倒入缸内边搅拌;
再用100℃沸水调制二氧化硫脲,让其溶解,倒入所述缸内;

S3,pH值的检测,pH值控制在10-12左右;

S5,染液配制12小时后,按照配比加兑养份,取前处理面料(棉、麻、丝、毛)在染缸中进行浸泡、染蓝,达到所需成色后取出,进行晾干即可。
在一个具体实施例中,所述染液包括如下原料:重量百分比为4.95%蓝靛泥,重量百分比为0.49%的碳酸钠,重量百分比为1.9%的55度以上高度酒,重量百分比为0.28%的氢氧化钠,重量百分比为0.38%的二氧化硫脲。
在一个具体实施例中,所述泡沫层的厚度控制在10cm。
在一个具体实施例中,面料前处理:准备100%纯棉布(纱支21*21,密度 60*50,幅宽160cm,克重129)用100℃开水,加入碳酸缴纳5.9%-10.9%煮沸 5-8分钟,把面料表面上的杂质浆质去除,清洗晾干烫平。
采用上述实施例方法染色的蓝印花布和市场上随意买到的几种蓝印花布作为对比例,进行对比分析,其结果如下表1。

“着色牢固度1”是将试样在水中浸泡约5分钟后,“着色牢固度2”是将试样在沸水中煮约5分钟后然后观察用水的变色程度,均分为不脱色、微脱色和脱色三个等级记录。
本发明方法染色的产品,上色均匀、固色较好,产品模拟多次水洗后,掉色率低,粘色稳定,色差小。
由于所用染料为天然材料,整个制备过程中无有害物质添加,也没有有害废物产生,其制得的染料天然环保,建缸快速且可长期使用。

1.一种蓝印花布的建缸配方与浸染方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
S1,准备配制染液的原料:染液包括以下原料,重量百分比为4-5%蓝靛泥,重量百分比为0.5%-1.0%的碳酸钠,重量百分比为1.5%-2.0%的55度以上高度酒,重量百分比为0.2%-0.5%的氢氧化钠,重量百分比为0.2%-0.5%的二氧化硫脲;
S2,配制染液:蓝靛泥破碎处理入缸,与55度以上高度酒充分搅拌均匀,然后加入部分水继续搅拌均匀,让酒在蓝泥里充分稀释,静置10分钟;
40℃左右的温水调制碳酸钠,让其充分溶解,加入氢氧化钠快速搅拌均匀后静置1分钟充分溶解,快速均匀倒入所述缸内,边倒入缸内边搅拌;
再用100℃沸水调制二氧化硫脲,让其溶解,倒入所述缸内;
所述缸内加入一定量水,并进行搅拌15mins左右,然后静置,染液表面出现一层蓝紫色的泡沫层;
S3,pH值的检测,pH值控制在10-12左右;
S4,试染色检测,用纯棉试布条,试布条半干的状态,试染浸泡3分钟左右,拿出布条的瞬间,布条上呈黄绿色,布条上的染液通过与空气接触后慢慢氧化成蓝色,染液配制成功;
S5,产品染制:染液配制2小时后,按照配比加兑养份,取白布在染缸中进行浸泡、染蓝,达到所需成色后取出,进行晾干即可。
