Abstract

本发明涉及染色技术领域，尤其是一种氨纶天丝混纺纱的染色方法，前处理：将混纺纱、水、除油剂、渗透剂、螯合剂加入染缸内，升温至80℃，保温20min，然后降温至60℃，清洗干净；染色：先升温至30℃，加入助剂、染料，保温15min，再加入元明粉，保温10min，然后以1℃/min的速度升温至88℃，保温20min，再以1℃/min的速度升温至98℃，保温30min，然后以0.5℃/min的速度降温至60℃，加入平滑剂保温20min后再出缸。本发明所得到的一种氨纶天丝混纺纱的染色方法，能有效的提高氨纶天丝混纺纱的染色色牢度，且不易产生色花。

技术领域
本发明涉及染色技术领域，尤其是一种氨纶天丝混纺纱的染色方法。
背景技术
现有的氨纶天丝混纺纱染色过程中容易出现色花。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种工序简单，不易产生色花的氨纶天丝混纺纱的染色方法。
为了达到上述目的，本发明所设计的一种氨纶天丝混纺纱的染色方法，前处理：将混纺纱、水、除油剂、渗透剂、螯合剂加入染缸内，升温至80℃，保温20min，然后降温至60℃，清洗干净；染色：先升温至30℃，加入助剂、染料，保温15min，再加入元明粉，保温10min，然后以1℃/min的速度升温至88℃，保温20min，再以1℃/min的速度升温至98℃，保温30min，然后以0.5℃/min的速度降温至60℃，加入平滑剂保温20min后再出缸。其中染料、助剂的类型及用量均为本领域技术人员的常规知识。
前处理中除油剂、渗透剂、螯合剂相对于水的用量均为1g/L。
本发明所得到的一种氨纶天丝混纺纱的染色方法，能有效的提高氨纶天丝混纺纱的染色色牢度，且不易产生色花。

下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1：
本实施例描述的一种氨纶天丝混纺纱的染色方法，前处理：将混纺纱、水、除油剂、渗透剂、螯合剂加入染缸内，升温至80℃，保温20min，然后降温至60℃，清洗干净；染色：先升温至30℃，加入助剂、染料，保温15min，再加入元明粉，保温10min，然后以1℃/min的速度升温至88℃，保温20min，再以1℃/min的速度升温至98℃，保温30min，然后以0.5℃/min的速度降温至60℃，加入平滑剂保温20min后再出缸。前处理中除油剂、渗透剂、螯合剂相对于水的用量均为1g/L。

1.一种氨纶天丝混纺纱的染色方法，其特征是：前处理：将混纺纱、水、除油剂、渗透剂、螯合剂加入染缸内，升温至80℃，保温20min，然后降温至60℃，清洗干净；染色：先升温至30℃，加入助剂、染料，保温15min，再加入元明粉，保温10min，然后以1℃/min的速度升温至88℃，保温20min，再以1℃/min的速度升温至98℃，保温30min，然后以0.5℃/min的速度降温至60℃，加入平滑剂保温20min后再出缸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种氨纶天丝混纺纱的染色方法，其特征是：前处理中除油剂、渗透剂、螯合剂相对于水的用量均为1g/L。
