Abstract

本发明涉及染色技术领域,尤其是一种氨纶天丝混纺纱的染色方法,前处理:将混纺纱、水、除油剂、渗透剂、螯合剂加入染缸内,升温至80℃,保温20min,然后降温至60℃,清洗干净;染色:先升温至30℃,加入助剂、染料,保温15min,再加入元明粉,保温10min,然后以1℃/min的速度升温至88℃,保温20min,再以1℃/min的速度升温至98℃,保温30min,然后以0.5℃/min的速度降温至60℃,加入平滑剂保温20min后再出缸。本发明所得到的一种氨纶天丝混纺纱的染色方法,能有效的提高氨纶天丝混纺纱的染色色牢度,且不易产生色花。

氨纶天丝混纺纱的染色方法
技术领域
本发明涉及染色技术领域,尤其是一种氨纶天丝混纺纱的染色方法。
背景技术
现有的氨纶天丝混纺纱染色过程中容易出现色花。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种工序简单,不易产生色花的氨纶天丝混纺纱的染色方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种氨纶天丝混纺纱的染色方法,前处理:将混纺纱、水、除油剂、渗透剂、螯合剂加入染缸内,升温至80℃,保温20min,然后降温至60℃,清洗干净;染色:先升温至30℃,加入助剂、染料,保温15min,再加入元明粉,保温10min,然后以1℃/min的速度升温至88℃,保温20min,再以1℃/min的速度升温至98℃,保温30min,然后以0.5℃/min的速度降温至60℃,加入平滑剂保温20min后再出缸。其中染料、助剂的类型及用量均为本领域技术人员的常规知识。
前处理中除油剂、渗透剂、螯合剂相对于水的用量均为1g/L。
本发明所得到的一种氨纶天丝混纺纱的染色方法,能有效的提高氨纶天丝混纺纱的染色色牢度,且不易产生色花。

下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1:
本实施例描述的一种氨纶天丝混纺纱的染色方法,前处理:将混纺纱、水、除油剂、渗透剂、螯合剂加入染缸内,升温至80℃,保温20min,然后降温至60℃,清洗干净;染色:先升温至30℃,加入助剂、染料,保温15min,再加入元明粉,保温10min,然后以1℃/min的速度升温至88℃,保温20min,再以1℃/min的速度升温至98℃,保温30min,然后以0.5℃/min的速度降温至60℃,加入平滑剂保温20min后再出缸。前处理中除油剂、渗透剂、螯合剂相对于水的用量均为1g/L。

1.一种氨纶天丝混纺纱的染色方法,其特征是:前处理:将混纺纱、水、除油剂、渗透剂、螯合剂加入染缸内,升温至80℃,保温20min,然后降温至60℃,清洗干净;染色:先升温至30℃,加入助剂、染料,保温15min,再加入元明粉,保温10min,然后以1℃/min的速度升温至88℃,保温20min,再以1℃/min的速度升温至98℃,保温30min,然后以0.5℃/min的速度降温至60℃,加入平滑剂保温20min后再出缸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种氨纶天丝混纺纱的染色方法,其特征是:前处理中除油剂、渗透剂、螯合剂相对于水的用量均为1g/L。
