本发明涉及纱线染色方法领域,尤其是一种兔绒的咖啡色染色方法,将水和兔绒放入染缸中,升温至30℃,加入助剂,保温10min,加入染料,保温10min后以1℃/min的速度升温至90℃,保温40℃,清洗干净,温度降至30℃,加入纯碱,快速升温至80℃,保温20min,清洗干净,温度降至30℃,加入皂洗剂,快速升温至90℃,保温20min,清洗干净,温度降至40℃,加入平滑剂,保温20min后出缸。本发明所得到的一种兔绒的咖啡色染色方法,其染色后的兔绒的色牢度可达到3级,不会产生色花,同时生产加工过程相对较短,能降低能耗。

技术领域
本发明涉及纱线染色方法领域,尤其是一种兔绒的咖啡色染色方法。
背景技术
现有的兔绒染色后,其色牢度较差,而且容易出现染色不均、色花的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种色牢度好,染色均匀的兔绒的咖啡色染色方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种兔绒的咖啡色染色方法,将水和兔绒放入染缸中,升温至30℃,加入助剂,保温10min,加入染料,保温10min后以1℃/min的速度升温至90℃,保温40℃,清洗干净,温度降至30℃,加入纯碱,快速升温至80℃,保温20min,清洗干净,温度降至30℃,加入皂洗剂,快速升温至90℃,保温20min,清洗干净,温度降至40℃,加入平滑剂,保温20min后出缸。
所述的助剂包括渗透剂、低温促染剂、冰醋酸、甲酸,其中渗透剂的用量为兔绒质量的1%、低温促染剂的用量为兔绒质量的1%、冰醋酸的用量为兔绒质量的1%、甲酸的用量为兔绒质量的2%。
所述的染料包括活性黄4RFN、活性红B-2BF、活性深蓝M-2GE,其中活性黄4RFN的用量为兔绒质量的2.1%、活性红B-2BF的用量为兔绒质量的0.9%、活性深蓝M-2GE的用量为兔绒质量的0.25%。
纯碱的用量为兔绒质量的3.5%。
皂洗剂的用量为兔绒质量的2%。
平滑剂的用量为兔绒质量的2%。
本发明所得到的一种兔绒的咖啡色染色方法,其染色后的兔绒的色牢度可达到3级,不会产生色花,同时生产加工过程相对较短,能降低能耗。

实施例1:
本实施例描述的一种兔绒的咖啡色染色方法,兔绒的咖啡色染色方法,将水和兔绒放入染缸中,升温至30℃,加入助剂,保温10min,加入染料,保温10min后以1℃/min的速度升温至90℃,保温40℃,清洗干净,温度降至30℃,加入纯碱,快速升温至80℃,保温20min,清洗干净,温度降至30℃,加入皂洗剂,快速升温至90℃,保温20min,清洗干净,温度降至40℃,加入平滑剂,保温20min后出缸。

1.一种兔绒的咖啡色染色方法,其特征是:将水和兔绒放入染缸中,升温至30℃,加入助剂,保温10min,加入染料,保温10min后以1℃/min的速度升温至90℃,保温40℃,清洗干净,温度降至30℃,加入纯碱,快速升温至80℃,保温20min,清洗干净,温度降至30℃,加入皂洗剂,快速升温至90℃,保温20min,清洗干净,温度降至40℃,加入平滑剂,保温20min后出缸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种兔绒的咖啡色染色方法,其特征是:所述的助剂包括渗透剂、低温促染剂、冰醋酸、甲酸,其中渗透剂的用量为兔绒质量的1%、低温促染剂的用量为兔绒质量的1%、冰醋酸的用量为兔绒质量的1%、甲酸的用量为兔绒质量的2%。
