本发明涉及染色技术领域,尤其是一种狐狸绒的铁灰色染色方法,将水和狐狸绒放入染缸,升温至40℃,加入助剂,保温10min,再加入染料,保温10min;以1℃/min的速度升温至90℃,保温40min,清洗干净,温度降至40℃,加入纯碱,快速升温至80℃,清洗干净,温度降至40℃,加入皂洗剂,快速升温至90℃,清洗干净,温度降至40℃,加入柔软剂,保温20min,最后出缸。本发明所得到的一种狐狸绒的铁灰色染色方法,其染色后的狐狸绒的色牢度可达到3级,不会产生色花,同时生产加工过程相对较短,能降低能耗。

一种狐狸绒的铁灰色染色方法
技术领域
本发明涉及染色技术领域,尤其是一种狐狸绒的铁灰色染色方法。
背景技术
现有的狐狸绒染色后,其色牢度较差,而且容易出现染色不均、色花的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种色牢度好,染色均匀的狐狸绒的铁灰色染色方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种狐狸绒的铁灰色染色方法,将水和狐狸绒放入染缸,升温至40℃,加入助剂,保温10min,再加入染料,保温10min;以1℃/min的速度升温至90℃,保温40min,清洗干净,温度降至40℃,加入纯碱,快速升温至80℃,清洗干净,温度降至40℃,加入皂洗剂,快速升温至90℃,清洗干净,温度降至40℃,加入柔软剂,保温20min,最后出缸。
所述的染料包括活性黄4RFN、活性红B-2BF、活性深蓝M-2GE,其中活性黄4RFN的用量为狐狸绒质量的0.82%、活性红B-2BF的用量为狐狸绒质量的0.58%、活性深蓝M-2GE的用量为狐狸绒质量的0.835%。
加入的纯碱的用量为狐狸绒质量的3.5%。
助剂包括渗透剂、促染剂、冰醋酸、甲酸、纯碱,其中渗透剂的用量为狐狸绒质量的1%、促染剂的用量为狐狸绒质量的1%、冰醋酸的用量为狐狸绒质量的1%、甲酸的用量为狐狸绒质量的2%、纯碱的用量为狐狸绒质量的2%。
皂洗剂的用量为狐狸绒质量的2%。
柔软剂的用量为狐狸绒质量的2%。
本发明所得到的一种狐狸绒的铁灰色染色方法,其染色后的狐狸绒的色牢度可达到3级,不会产生色花,同时生产加工过程相对较短,能降低能耗。

下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1:
本实施例描述的一种狐狸绒的铁灰色染色方法,将水和狐狸绒放入染缸,升温至40℃,加入助剂,保温10min,再加入染料,保温10min;以1℃/min的速度升温至90℃,保温40min,清洗干净,温度降至40℃,加入纯碱,快速升温至80℃,清洗干净,温度降至40℃,加入皂洗剂,快速升温至90℃,清洗干净,温度降至40℃,加入柔软剂,保温20min,最后出缸。
