Abstract

本发明涉及一种羊毛的节能染色工艺,其特征是,包括以下步骤:(1)在染缸中加入水和羊毛织物,加热至40~50℃后加入促染剂、渗透剂和硫酸铵,运转10~15分钟;(2)加入所需用量的染料运转10~15分钟;(3)开始升温,升温至70~80℃后减慢升温速度再升温至98~100℃,保温30~35分钟;(4)加入甲酸和醋酸,再保温30~35分钟;然后降温至40~50℃;(5)加入氨水后升温至80~85℃,保温10~20分钟;(6)最后降温至40~50℃后出缸。本发明具有以下优点:(1)本发明所述染色工艺耗能少,能够达到节能增效的目的;(2)本发明所述染色工艺能够降低保温时的蒸汽使用量,降低染色工艺的成本。

Description

羊毛的节能染色工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种染色工艺,尤其是一种羊毛的节能染色工艺,属于毛纺染色技术领域。
背景技术
毛纺织品大部分都要经过着色过程:染色、漂白或印花。着色,特别是染色,只不过是毛纺织品生产的多个加工过程中的一个。在粗纺和精纺羊毛中,羊毛染色可在以下三个阶段进行:散毛染色或条染、绞纱染色或筒子纱染色、直接对织物(匹染)或服装进行染色。
羊毛的染色方法因色调的不同而不同,然而,总的原则是相同的。羊毛染色通常在30~50℃的染色调合液中始进行,还要加入所需的化学物质(助剂)。当助剂在染色调合液中充分循环了以后,再加入染料,然后再将染料也进行充分循环。再慢慢提高染色调合剂的温度,一般是一分钟1℃,一直提高到95~100℃左右,使染料能被纤维均匀吸收。染色在95~100℃的温度下持续进行30~90分钟,在这种情况下,染料才可渗透纤维。最后排出染色调合剂,对材料进行漂洗,或后处理以去除脱色纤维(特别是可机洗材料),染色周期结束。
现有的羊毛染色工艺一般采用阿白格B进行染色,染色时温度大约为100℃,保温时间需要90分钟,染色时间较长,染色工艺耗能较大,不利于节能环保的需求,使得企业的成本负担较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种羊毛的节能染色工艺,降低羊毛染色过程中的耗能,达到节能增效的目的。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,所述羊毛的节能染色工艺,其特征是,包括以下步骤:
(1)在染缸中加入水和羊毛织物,加热至40~50℃后加入促染剂、渗透剂和硫酸铵,运转10~15分钟;
(2)加入所需用量的染料运转10~15分钟;
(3)开始升温,升温至70~80℃后减慢升温速度再升温至98~100℃,保温30~35分钟;
(4)加入甲酸和醋酸,再保温30~35分钟;然后降温至40~50℃;
(5)加入氨水后升温至80~85℃,保温10~20分钟;
(6)最后降温至40~50℃后出缸。
所述步骤(1)在染缸中加入1.5~1.7吨水和羊毛织物,水和羊毛织物的质量比为7~11:1,加热至40~50℃后加入20~25kg促染剂、2.5~2.6kg渗透剂和40~50kg硫酸铵,运转10~15分钟。
所述促染剂采用促染剂LTD。
所述渗透剂采用渗透剂TST319。
所述步骤(3)开始升温,升温速度为1~1.5℃/分钟;升温至70~80℃后运转10~15分钟;再升温至98~100℃,升温速度为1~1.5℃/分钟,保温30~35分钟。
所述步骤(4),加入12~15kg甲酸和20~25kg醋酸,再保温30~35分钟;然后降温至40~50℃。
所述步骤(5)加入80~90kg氨水后升温至80~85℃,保温10~20分钟。
所述染料采用毛用酸性染料。
本发明具有以下优点:(1)本发明所述染色工艺耗能少,能够达到节能增效的目的;(2)本发明所述染色工艺能够降低保温时的蒸汽使用量,降低染色工艺的成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例一:一种羊毛的节能染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)在染缸中加入1.5吨水和羊毛织物,水和羊毛织物的质量比为7:1,加热至40℃后加入20kg促染剂LTD、2.5kg渗透剂TST319和40kg硫酸铵,运转15分钟;
(2)加入14kg毛用酸性染料运转15分钟;
(3)开始升温,升温速度为1℃/分钟;升温至70℃后运转15分钟;再升温至98℃,升温速度为1℃/分钟,保温35分钟;
(4)加入12kg甲酸和20kg醋酸,再保温35分钟;然后降温至40℃;
(5)加入80kg氨水后升温至80℃,保温20分钟;
(6)最后降温至40℃后出缸。
实施例二:一种羊毛的节能染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)在染缸中加入1.7吨水和羊毛织物,水和羊毛织物的质量比为11:1,加热至50℃后加入25kg促染剂LTD、2.6kg渗透剂TST319和50kg硫酸铵,运转10分钟;
(2)加入12kg毛用酸性染料运转10分钟;
(3)开始升温,升温速度为1.5℃/分钟;升温至80℃后运转10分钟;再升温至100℃,升温速度为1.5℃/分钟,保温30分钟;
(4)加入15kg甲酸和25kg醋酸,再保温30分钟;然后降温至50℃;
(5)加入90kg氨水后升温至85℃,保温10分钟;
(6)最后降温至50℃后出缸。
实施例三:一种羊毛的节能染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)在染缸中加入1.6吨水和羊毛织物,水和羊毛织物的质量比为10:1,加热至45℃后加入22kg促染剂LTD、2.5kg渗透剂TST319和45kg硫酸铵,运转12分钟;
(2)加入13kg毛用酸性染料运转12分钟;
(3)开始升温,升温速度为1.2℃/分钟;升温至75℃后运转12分钟;再升温至99℃,升温速度为1.2℃/分钟,保温32分钟;
(4)加入13kg甲酸和22kg醋酸,再保温32分钟;然后降温至45℃;
(5)加入85kg氨水后升温至82℃,保温15分钟;
(6)最后降温至45℃后出缸。

Claims (8)

1.一种羊毛的节能染色工艺,其特征是,包括以下步骤:
(1)在染缸中加入水和羊毛织物,加热至40~50℃后加入促染剂、渗透剂和硫酸铵,运转10~15分钟;
(2)加入所需用量的染料运转10~15分钟;
(3)开始升温,升温至70~80℃后减慢升温速度再升温至98~100℃,保温30~35分钟;
(4)加入甲酸和醋酸,再保温30~35分钟;然后降温至40~50℃;
(5)加入氨水后升温至80~85℃,保温10~20分钟;
(6)最后降温至40~50℃后出缸。
2.如权利要求1所述的羊毛的节能染色工艺,其特征是:所述步骤(1)在染缸中加入1.5~1.7吨水和羊毛织物,水和羊毛织物的质量比为7~11:1,加热至40~50℃后加入20~25kg促染剂、2.5~2.6kg渗透剂和40~50kg硫酸铵,运转10~15分钟。
3.如权利要求1所述的羊毛的节能染色工艺,其特征是:所述促染剂采用促染剂LTD。
4.如权利要求1所述的羊毛的节能染色工艺,其特征是:所述渗透剂采用渗透剂TST319。
5.如权利要求1所述的羊毛的节能染色工艺,其特征是:所述步骤(3)开始升温,升温速度为1~1.5℃/分钟;升温至70~80℃后运转10~15分钟;再升温至98~100℃,升温速度为1~1.5℃/分钟,保温30~35分钟。
6.如权利要求1所述的羊毛的节能染色工艺,其特征是:所述步骤(4),加入12~15kg甲酸和20~25kg醋酸,再保温30~35分钟;然后降温至40~50℃。
7.如权利要求1所述的羊毛的节能染色工艺,其特征是:所述步骤(5)加入80~90kg氨水后升温至80~85℃,保温10~20分钟。
8.如权利要求1所述的羊毛的节能染色工艺,其特征是:所述染料采用毛用酸性染料。
