本发明公开了一种苎麻纤维混纺纱线的染色方法,包括以下步骤:(1)纺纱;(2)预处理;(3)染色;(4)苎麻纤维水洗;(5)后处理。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明的染色方法能够使苎麻纤维染色均匀,纺成纱线后不会产生褪色、沾色的现象;本发明的染色方法有效地缩短了染色时间,同时也减少了对苎麻纤维的破坏,大大提高了苎麻纤维的染色效率以及苎麻纤维的质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及纱线染色领域,特别是一种苎麻纤维混纺纱线的染色方法。
背景技术
传统的印染技术采用先纺纱再上色的工艺,该工艺方法是纱线的颜色不均匀,有露白,经常有退色、沾色、棉结色牢度差等问题,增大了返纱,多道重复工序,使布面层次不清晰,色泽不自然的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种苎麻纤维混纺纱线的染色方法,以解决现有技术中的不足,它能够改善苎麻纤维染色不匀、褪色沾色的现象,提高染色纱线的质量。
本发明提供了一种苎麻纤维混纺纱线的染色方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)纺纱:苎麻纤维混纺纱线是由质量百分比为50%-60%苎麻纤维,40%-50%的棉而成;
(2)预处理:将苎麻纤维混纺纱线经过活性冷轧堆染色的轧车,在轧槽内加入酶、精炼剂、渗透剂,车速保持在30-35m/min;
(3)染色:按照1:15-1:20 的浴比向染色机中加入工业用纯净水,苎麻纤维混纺纱线沿水流方向循环运行,将染色机内的水升温,当水温升至45-55℃时,分别加入分散螯合剂、匀染剂1g/L,再以1.5-2.5℃ /min 的速度升温至65-75℃时,加入染料,再加入冰醋酸至染液的pH 值为4.5-5.0,再以1- 2℃ /min 的速度升温至130℃,所述的染色机内的压力为0.38-0.40MPa,继续在循环条件下保温30-40 分钟,保温结束后再以1.2-1.8℃ /分的速度降温至70-75℃,排掉染液,再加入皂洗剂进行多次皂洗,直至水清;
(4)水洗:将染色后的苎麻纤维混纺纱线加入到沸水中煮10min,然后加入皂洗剂后再煮 10min,然后用水洗2-3遍;
(5)后处理:将苎麻纤维混纺纱线透风氧化5min后皂洗和水洗后烘干。
优选的是,步骤(1)中苎麻纤维混纺纱线是由质量百分比为50%苎麻纤维, 50%的棉而成。
优选的是,步骤(5)中所述皂洗采用2g/L的无水碳酸钠和5g/L标准皂片,皂洗温度为60℃,皂洗时间为20min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:本发明的染色方法能够使苎麻纤维染色均匀,纺成纱线后不会产生褪色、沾色的现象;本发明的染色方法有效地缩短了染色时间,同时也减少了对苎麻纤维的破坏,大大提高了苎麻纤维的染色效率以及苎麻纤维的质量。
具体实施方式
本发明的实施例:一种苎麻纤维混纺纱线的染色方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)纺纱:苎麻纤维混纺纱线是由质量百分比为50%-60%苎麻纤维,40%-50%的棉而成;
(2)预处理:将苎麻纤维混纺纱线经过活性冷轧堆染色的轧车,在轧槽内加入酶、精炼剂、渗透剂,车速保持在30-35m/min;

1.一种苎麻纤维混纺纱线的染色方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)纺纱:苎麻纤维混纺纱线是由质量百分比为50%-60%苎麻纤维,40%-50%的棉而成;
(2)预处理:将苎麻纤维混纺纱线经过活性冷轧堆染色的轧车,在轧槽内加入酶、精炼剂、渗透剂,车速保持在30-35m/min;
