Abstract

本发明涉及轮胎成型装置,尤其涉及一种胎面定长裁断的输送装置。一种胎面定长裁断的输送装置,该装置包括:第一伺服电机、第二伺服电机、第一伺服驱动器、第二伺服驱动器、输送带、裁刀装置、计长编码器、测距传感器和PLC控制系统。本发明具有以下的效果:1、通过导向辊与压辊的配合,可以保证胎面在裁刀前输送带上的平整与居中,降低因胎面位置发生偏移引起的误差;2、通过激光测距传感器检测裁切口坡度,可有效降低因检测不准造成的测量误差;3、通过裁刀压脚,保证裁切过程胎面位置的稳定;4、通过新型的检测方法,提高裁断长度的精度;5、通过计长编码器,减少胎面与输送带打滑带来的影响。

一种胎面定长裁断方法
技术领域
本发明涉及轮胎成型装置,尤其涉及一种胎面定长裁断方法。
背景技术
胎面定长裁断装置是胎面挤出线的重要组成部分,其作用是将生产线上连续的胎面按设定长度进行裁切,由于胎面是轮胎直接与路面接触的部分,因此裁切后胎面长度的准确与否直接影响轮胎的使用性能。
现有的胎面定长裁断装置工作原理是,胎面在输送带上纵向运动至设定长度后,裁刀进行横向裁切,输送带和裁断均为伺服控制。由于胎面底部与输送带之间存在相对移动,胎面实际运动距离小于设定距离,这就导致裁切后胎面长度存在误差。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出一种胎面定长裁断方法,能够克服上述问题,提高定长裁断的精度。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种胎面定长裁断方法,该方法采用的装置包括:第一伺服电机、第二伺服电机、第一伺服驱动器、第二伺服驱动器、输送带、裁刀装置、计长编码器、测距传感器和PLC控制系统;所述的输送带由第一伺服电机驱动,第一伺服电机由第一伺服驱动器控制,并在输送带的输送方向设置有压辊和压脚,压脚固定设置在安装杆上,安装杆连接设置有压脚气缸;所述的裁刀装置设置在压脚的前端,裁刀装置包括裁刀、支架和驱动气缸,支架设置在输送带上方,支架由第二伺服电机在输送带上方做横向运动,第二伺服电机由第二伺服驱动器驱动,驱动气缸设置在支架上,裁刀与驱动气缸的活塞杆相连接;所述的输送带的前端衔接输送辊道,在输送辊道上方设置所述的计长编码器,计长编码器连接滚轮,滚轮与输送辊道上的胎面相抵,所述的测距传感器设置在输送辊道的下方;所述的第一伺服驱动器、第二伺服驱动器、驱动气缸、计长编码器和测距传感器均与PLC控制系统相连接;
该方法包括以下的步骤:第一伺服驱动器先进入速度控制模式第一伺服电机工作,带动输送带和输送辊道运动,当胎面到达测距传感器后,第一伺服驱动器进入位置控制模式,计长编码器开始计数,当测量值达到S-L-H/tanα时,α为裁刀裁切角度,测距传感器距离裁刀距离为L,L应小于最短胎面长度,检测距离为H,H是输送辊道上表面至胎面坡度的距离;第一伺服驱动器停止动作,驱动气缸控制裁刀降下,压脚气缸控制压脚降下,第二伺服驱动器驱动第二伺服电机工作,带动裁刀动作,将胎面裁切,随后驱动气缸控制裁刀升起,压脚气缸控制压脚升起,裁刀返回原点,继续裁切胎面。
作为进一步改进,所述的输送辊道上设置有龙门架,在龙门架上设置所述的计长编码器。
作为进一步改进,所述的输送带的后端设置有两根导向辊,导向辊连接设置有调距装置。
本发明由于采用了上述的技术方案,具有以下的效果:
1、通过导向辊与压辊的配合,可以保证胎面在裁刀前输送带上的平整与居中,降低因胎面位置发生偏移引起的误差;
2、通过激光测距传感器检测裁切口坡度,可有效降低因检测不准造成的测量误差;
3、通过裁刀压脚,保证裁切过程胎面位置的稳定;
4、通过新型的检测方法,提高裁断长度的精度;
5、通过计长编码器,减少胎面与输送带打滑带来的影响。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做一个详细的说明。
如图1所示的一种胎面定长裁断方法,该装置包括:第一伺服电机1、第二伺服电机2、第一伺服驱动器、第二伺服驱动器、输送带3、裁刀装置、计长编码器4、测距传感器17和PLC控制系统;所述的输送带3由第一伺服电机1驱动,第一伺服电机1由第一伺服驱动器控制,输送带3的后端设置有两根导向辊14,导向辊14连接设置有调距装置15。并在输送带3的输送方向设置有压辊5和压脚6,压脚6固定设置在安装杆7上,安装杆7连接设置有压脚气缸8;所述的裁刀装置设置在压脚6的前端,裁刀装置包括裁刀9、支架10和驱动气缸11,支架10设置在输送带3上方,支架10由第二伺服电机2在输送带3上方做横向运动,第二伺服电机2由第二伺服驱动器驱动,驱动气缸11设置在支架10上,裁刀9与驱动气缸11的活塞杆相连接;所述的输送带3的前端衔接输送辊道13,在输送辊道13上方设置所述的计长编码器4,输送辊道13上设置有龙门架12,在龙门架12上设置所述的计长编码器4。计长编码器4连接滚轮,滚轮与输送辊道13上的胎面16相抵,所述的测距传感器17设置在输送辊道13的下方;所述的第一伺服驱动器、第二伺服驱动器、驱动气缸11、计长编码器4和测距传感器17均与PLC控制系统相连接。
本发明工作的时候,测距传感器17安装在输送辊道13,距离裁刀9距离为L,L应小于最短胎面长度,检测距离为H,H是输送辊道13上表面至胎面坡度的距离。第一伺服驱动器先进入速度控制模式第一伺服电机1工作,带动输送带3和输送辊道13运动,当胎面到达测距传感器17后,第一伺服驱动器进入位置控制模式,计长编码器开始计数,当测量值达到S-L-H/tanα时,α为裁刀裁切角度,第一伺服驱动器停止动作,驱动气缸11控制裁刀9降下,压脚气缸8控制压脚6降下,第二伺服驱动器驱动第二伺服电机2工作,带动裁刀9动作,将胎面16裁切,随后驱动气缸11控制裁刀9升起,压脚气缸8控制压脚6升起,裁刀9返回原点,继续裁切胎面。

Claims (3)

1.一种胎面定长裁断方法,其特征在于该方法采用的装置包括:第一伺服电机(1)、第二伺服电机(2)、第一伺服驱动器、第二伺服驱动器、输送带(3)、裁刀装置、计长编码器(4)、测距传感器(17)和PLC控制系统;所述的输送带(3)由第一伺服电机(1)驱动,第一伺服电机(1)由第一伺服驱动器控制,并在输送带(3)的输送方向设置有压辊(5)和压脚(6),压脚(6)固定设置在安装杆(7)上,安装杆(7)连接设置有压脚气缸(8);所述的裁刀装置设置在压脚(6)的前端,裁刀装置包括裁刀(9)、支架(10)和驱动气缸(11),支架(10)设置在输送带(3)上方,支架(10)由第二伺服电机(2)在输送带(3)上方做横向运动,第二伺服电机(2)由第二伺服驱动器驱动,驱动气缸(11)设置在支架(10)上,裁刀(9)与驱动气缸(11)的活塞杆相连接;所述的输送带(3)的前端衔接输送辊道(13),在输送辊道(13)上方设置所述的计长编码器(4),计长编码器(4)连接滚轮,滚轮与输送辊道(13)上的胎面(16)相抵,所述的测距传感器(17)设置在输送辊道(13)的下方;所述的第一伺服驱动器、第二伺服驱动器、驱动气缸(11)、计长编码器(4)和测距传感器(17)均与PLC控制系统相连接;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种胎面定长裁断方法,其特征在于:输送辊道(13)上设置有龙门架(12),在龙门架(12)上设置所述的计长编码器(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种胎面定长裁断方法,其特征在于:输送带(3)的后端设置有两根导向辊(14),导向辊(14)连接设置有调距装置(15)。
