Abstract

一种制造双层弹力带的装置,所述装置包括拉伸定形机构,在拉伸定形机构的相邻的导带轮之间设有折叠装置,所述折叠装置包括底板和一对贝壳形折叠板,折叠板的开口相互面对,并在带前进方面逐步收窄,圆弧半径逐渐减小,直到间距大致相当于带的中间不折叠部分的宽度,以致带的折叠部分搭接在未折叠部分,然后用连续的加热导带轮加热,使各层能相互粘附,该装置成本合理,并且织造作业方便。带在拉伸前后,而在热定形以前折叠,由此防止折叠后的带在弹性作用下展开。

Description

制造双层弹力带的装置
本发明涉及一种制造用于高强度编织物的多层合成热塑塑料弹力带的装置。
具有大体积的所谓盛物袋,用高抗拉强度编织物构成,编织物由合成热塑塑料弹力带织成。因为用这类带,所以盛物袋有高强度,例如盛物袋盛装物品重量可超过一千公斤。为再增加袋内盛物的重量,必须增加织物每平方公尺的重量。带的厚度增大则其单位截面面积的抗拉强度减低。已知将纬带和经带叠放形成双层带,增高织物每平方公尺的重量,便可提高织物的强度。但用这种双层带涉及机器价格昂贵,和织造作业中困难增多等问题。并且因双层绕卷比单层绕卷难而困难增多。
SU 729667公开了一种用于制造柔性带的装置,通过设置一个夹板形式的夹子防止柔性带变形。所述夹子可以在一个垂直于其表面的平面内移动。所述带喂入导向辊并在夹子和板之间拉伸。当带子在横向板之间通过时最终折叠。折叠的带由驱动器拉动以进行进一步处理。通过螺纹件来调节必要的压力,使得带进入折叠区,但其边缘不与板的边缘相接触。所述带因此没有在此区域变形。该对比文件的目的在于防止带变形,带边缘并不在其上折叠。
因此本发明的目的是提出一种成本合理,织造作业方便并且带边缘在其上折叠的制造双层弹力带的装置。
该目的之取得,在于将带绕在筒子上准备作进一步加工前,先将带折叠。带可按需要在拉伸前后折叠。为有效防止折叠后的带在弹性作用下展开,可将带在拉伸前后,而在热定形以前折叠。否则也可以在拉伸前或后,而在热定形时或其以后折叠。因为即使在热定形后,带中有足够的含热,可防随后因弹性而展开。
适宜将带的两边侧部折放在其中间部上,使折入部所处平面与带的中间部平行。因为两边侧折入部互相相邻并连接或搭接,故带有高度的均匀性。
在本发明的特别理想方案中,带主要为含有聚丙烯90至70%和聚烯烃10至30%的混合物。聚丙烯特别适用于制带,因为特别适合作纵向拉伸,实现链的三维定向,结果强度增高。但是聚丙烯带互相不粘附或少粘附,甚至在热定形后不能可靠定形而折叠后倾向展开。但如用10至30%的聚烯烃和聚丙烯混合,折缝便可稳定,因为在热作用下将折层互相粘附,便可可靠防止折叠后的带作不利的展开。
根据本发明的制造经折叠而有定向的热定形带所用设备,有拉伸并定形的机构,其中有导带轮(godets),一组带以连续环路的形式在导带轮上移动,这设备有本发明的特点,即在相邻的两导带轮之间有折叠装置,每一折叠装置有一个底板,和进入的带基本平行,并有贝壳形折叠板,边侧和底板连接,该折叠装置的开口互相面对,该折叠装置在带前进方向上逐渐收窄,圆弧半径逐渐减小,直到间距相当于带的中间不折叠部分的宽度。在带前进方向上,折板结构后跟随一个辊子。
对本发明的举例实施方案,现参照附图说明,附图内容如下:
图1简示带定向系统的侧视。
图2为折带装置纵向剖视,装置放在带定向系统拉伸机构的两个导带轮之间。
图3为图2中折叠装置沿Ⅲ-Ⅲ线的剖视。

在图1简示的带定向装置中,有一组环路形式的带,从约束机构中的辊子1中通过。一组带2从约束机构进入传统形式的热风炉3。离开热风炉3的带组2通过所谓的拉伸定形系统4,这系统有导带轮5至7,其中在一个或多个导带轮上加热。导带轮5至7构成所谓的拉伸机构。带组2离开最后的加热辊或导带轮后,通过拉伸定形系统的所谓定形部。该定形部由导带轮8及9构成,其圆周速度低于拉伸机构最后导带轮7的圆周速度。于是,带2退缩而定形。
从图2可见,在导带轮5及6间设有折带装置。这装置主要有一个平底板10,外面有在带前进方向上逐渐收窄的有槽孔罩11。折叠装置可调节的安装在承载件12上,承载件12和外壳固定,承载件包括在边侧上放置的旋转臂13,所述旋转臂上安装有辊子14,旋转臂既可以位于工作位置上,如实线所示,也可以位于中间位置上,如点线所示。带2用折叠装置折叠。折叠后的带2’在图4中示其在辊子6上的剖视。折叠后的带2’用连续的加热导带轮加热,使折叠的各层互相粘附。
图5示另一种装置,其较宽的带从带轴15上放出。将放出的较宽的带牵引,通过折叠装置,使之卷折。将折叠后的带如图示转向,在横向引导装置16上通过,绕上第二筒子17,成为折叠带。折叠装置10,11基本上与参照图2至4的叙述相似。折叠装置10,11和横向引导器16的支架18安装在外壳19上,在与筒子15及16的轴线平行的方向上往复活动,从而可将带均匀绕在筒子17的全部宽度上。
可以理解到宽带可从一个定向装置上送出而不用筒子15。

Claims (3)

1.制造热塑合成树脂双层弹力带的装置,所述装置包括拉伸定形机构,它为一导带轮形式,一组带以连续环路的形式在上面移动,在两相邻的导带轮之间设有折叠装置,用于使带在其上进行折叠,其特征在于:所述折叠装置各包括一底板,基本与进入的带的平面平行,和一对贝壳形折叠板,侧边和底板连接,折叠板的开口相互面对,并在带前进行方向上逐渐收窄,圆弧半径逐渐减小,直到间距大致相当于带的中间不折叠部分的宽度,以致带的折叠部分搭接在未折叠部分,然后用连续的加热导带轮加热,使各层能相互粘附。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:所述底板可调节地装在承载件上,承载件固定在所述装置上,所述承载件包括旋转臂,在旋转臂上安装有可转动的辊子,所述旋转臂可以位于在卷绕时用于支承带子的工作位置上,和旋离带子的中间位置上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于:一个横向引导器安装在外壳上,可平行于绕辊轴线往复运动,以使带子折叠之后能均匀地绕在各筒子的全部宽度上。
