Abstract

制造合成热塑塑料双层弹力带的一种方法,在将 带绕在筒子上准备进一步加工前将带折叠。

Description

本发明与用于高强度编织物的多层合成热塑塑料弹力带制造的方法有关。
具有大体积的所谓盛物袋,用高抗拉强度编织物构成,编织物由合成热塑塑料弹力带织成。因为用这类带,所以盛物袋有高强度,例如盛物袋盛装物品重量可超过一千公斤。为再增加袋内盛物的重量,必须增加织物每平方公尺的重量。带的厚度增大则其单位截面面积的抗拉强度减低。已知将纬带和经带叠放形成双层带,增高织物每平方公尺的重量,便可提高织物的强度。但用这种双层带涉及机器价格昂贵,和织造作业中困难增多等问题。并且因双层绕卷比单层绕卷难而困难增多。因此本发明的目的,是提出一种方法,其类型如上文所述,可用以制造双层弹力(stretched)带,而在绕卷和织造时,其操作和单层带相似。
在这类方法中,该目的之取得,在于将带绕在筒子上准备作进一步加工前,先将带折叠。带可按需要在拉伸前后折叠。为有效防止折叠后的带在弹性作用下展开,可将带在拉伸前后,而在热定形以前折叠。否则也可以在拉伸前或后,而在热定形时或其以后折叠。因为即使在热定形后,带中有足够的含热,可防随后因弹性而展开。
适宜将带的两边侧部折放在其中间部上,使折入部所处平面与带的中间部平行。因为两边侧折入部互相相邻并连接或搭接,故带有高度的均匀性。
在本发明的方法的特别理想方案中,带主要为含有聚丙烯90至70%和聚烯烃10至30%的混合物。聚丙烯特别适用于制带,因为特别适合作纵向拉伸,实现链的三维定向,结果强度增高。但是聚丙烯带互相不粘附或少粘附,甚至在热定形后不能可靠定形而折叠后倾向展开。但如用10至30%的聚烯烃和聚丙烯混合,折缝便可稳定,因为在热作用下将折层互相粘附,便可可靠防止折叠后的带作不利的展开。
用本发明的方法,制造经折叠而有定向的热定形带所用设备,有拉伸并定形的机构,其中有导带轮(godets),一组带纵连续环路的形式在导带轮上移动,这设备有本发明的特点,即在相邻的两导带轮之间有折叠装置,每一折叠装置有一个底板,和进入的带基本平行,并有贝壳形折叠板,边侧和底板连接,该折叠装置的开口互相面对,该折叠装置在带前进方向上逐渐收窄,圆弧半径逐渐减小,直到间距相当于带的中间不折叠部分的宽度。在带前进方向上,折板结构后跟随一个辊子。
对本发明的举例实施方案,现参照附图说明,附图内容如下:
图1简示带定向系统的侧视。
图2为折带装置纵向剖视,装置放在带定向系统拉伸机构的两个导带轮之间。
图3为图2中折叠装置沿Ⅲ-Ⅲ线的剖视。
图4为折叠装置沿图2的箭头4方向的前视。
图5为折叠冷定向带向的装置的简略侧视。
在图1简示的带定向装置中,有一组环路形式的带,从约束机构中的辊子1中通过。一组带1从约束机构进入传统形式的热风炉3。离开热风炉3的带组2通过所谓的拉伸定形系统4,这系统有导带轮5至7,其中一个或多个导带轮上加热。导带轮5至7构成所谓的拉伸机构。带组2离开最后的加热辊或导带轮后,通过拉伸定形系统的所谓定形部。该定形部由导带轮8及9构成,其圆周速度低于拉伸机构最后导带轮7的圆周速度。于是,带2退缩而定形。
从图2可见,在导带轮5及6间设有折带装置。这装置主要有一个平底板10,外面有在带前进方向上逐渐收窄的有槽孔罩11。折叠装置可调节,安装在承载件12上,承载件12和外壳固定,有在边侧上放置的旋转臂13,上安装辊子14,可将其放在工作位置上,如实线所示,或放在中间位置上,如点线所示。带2用折叠装置折叠。折叠后的带2′在图4中示其在辊子6上的剖视。折叠后的带2′用连续的加热导带轮加热,使折叠的各层互相粘附。
图5示另一种装置,其较宽的带从带轴15上放出。将放出的较宽的带牵引,通过折叠装置,使之卷折。将折叠后的带如图示转向,在横向引导装置16上通过,绕上第二筒子17,成为折叠带。折叠装置10,11基本上与参照图2至4的叙述相似。折叠装置10,11和横向引导器16的支架18安装在外壳19上,在与筒子15及16的轴线平行的方向上往复活动,从而可将带均匀绕在筒子17的全部宽度上。
可以理解到宽带可从一个定向装置上送出而不用筒子15。

Claims (8)

1、制造合成热塑塑料双层弹力带的方法,其特征在于,在将带绕在筒子上准备作进一步加工前,将带折叠。
2、如权利要求1中之方法,其特征在于,在将带拉伸以前或以后,将带折叠。
3、如权利要求1及2中之方法,其特征在于,在将带拉伸以前或以后,而在热定形前,将带折叠。
4、如权利要求1及2中之方法,其特征在于,在将带拉伸以前或以后,而在将其热定形时或定形以后,将带折叠。
5、如权利要求1至4中任何项之方法,其特征在于,将带的两侧部分向其中间部分上折叠。
6、如权利要求1至5中任何项之方法,其特征在于,带基本为聚丙烯90至70%和聚烯烃10至30%的混合物。
7、采用权利要求1中之方法的折叠弹力带制造设备,其中有拉伸定形机构,机构有导带轮,一组带以连续环路的形式在上面移动,该相邻的环路在互相相反的方向上开口,其特征在于,在两相邻的导带轮(5,6)之间设折叠装置,每个装置有底板(10),基本与进入的带(2)平行,有贝壳形折叠板(11),边侧和底板连接,该折叠装置的开口互相面对,并在带前进方向上逐渐收窄,圆弧半径逐渐减小,直到间距相当于带的中间不折叠部分(2)的宽度。
8、如权利要求7中之设备,其特征在于,在带前进方向上,折叠装置后跟随一个辊子。
