Abstract
为了防止挤压材料流入压片机体和用以实现片材宽度调整自动化的侧导板接触表面之间,一种辊头压片机包括一对安装在压片机体1的材料挤压口4前端的压延辊8和一对使从挤压口4出来的挤压材料被延辊8压制成片状的左右侧导板9、9,其特征在于,能够通过驱动缸19沿片宽方向自动地移动所述侧导板9,并且通过一个紧固装置(其紧固力可解除)能够将上述侧导板固定到压片机体1的法兰体5的前端。一个弹簧15施加紧固力,而一个千斤顶18解除紧固力。
Description
本发明涉及一种将橡胶、树脂或类似物压制成片状的辊头压片机。
过去,在公开号为NO16223/1991的日本实用新型案中已经披露了这种辊头压片机。
如图3所示,这种装置有一个压片机体21,还有将材料压制成片状的、通过辊支承座23而安装在机体21的材料挤压口22前的一对上、下压延辊24,以及确定材料宽度的一对左、右侧导板25、25,此时,可以通过一个由螺杆构成的驱动机构26自由地横向驱动侧导板25,定位螺栓27将该侧导板可拆卸地安装在压片机体21上。
当调整片材宽度时,松开定位螺栓27,接着,驱动机构26适当地、连续地横向移动侧导板25,接着,再拧紧螺栓27,将侧导板固定在压片机体1上。参考号28表示一个挤压螺杆。
尽管没有画出来,但是有这样的一种片宽调整装置,其中侧导板25固定在辊支承座23上而不是固定在压片机体上。
在上述类型的压片机的前半部分上(如图1所示),调整片宽时必须松开侧导板25的定位螺栓27。于是,出现这样一个问题,即不能简单地、自动地改变片材料宽度。
在上述类型的压片机的后半部分上,螺杆28从压片机体21挤压筒内挤压出去的材料被上述压力推入侧导板25和压片机体21(与挤压筒的配合面)之间。因此,这些流入的材料构成了使侧导板25不能移动的阻碍。流入的材料述形成一个高压楔,从而使侧导板25倾斜,于是出现这样一个问题,即侧导板25和压延辊24相互干扰。
本发明的目的在于,提供一种可以防止材料流入压片机体和侧导板之间的、并能够自动调整片材宽度的辊头压片机。
根据本发明的辊头压片机有一个压片机体,该机体有一个用于喂料的进料口和一个材料挤压口,材料从该挤压口出来后受到压制;一对位于所述压片机体的材料挤压口前的、将从材料挤压口挤压出来的材料压制成片状的压延辊;一对位于所述材料挤压口和所述压延辊之间的、用来控制所述压延辊的供料宽度的左右侧导板,所述侧导板可沿片宽方向移动,并且由紧固力可解除的紧固装置将所述侧导板固定在压片机体上。
另外,可以通过象液压缸机构或螺杆机构的驱动机构来移动侧导板。
根据本发明的辊头压片机,由于侧导板由紧固力可解除的紧固装置固定在压片机体上,所以,即使挤压材料的压力作用于侧导板上,挤压材料也不会流入压片机体和侧导板的接触面之间。从而,侧导板既不会倾斜,流入的材料也不会妨碍侧导板的运动。此外,也不会妨碍片宽的调整。
另外,当改变或调整片宽时,释放装置解除了紧固装置的紧固力,于是,在辊的轴向上可以轻松自如地移动侧导板。从而,能够自动地和连续有效地调整片材宽度。例如,当调整片宽的操作结束后,启动紧固力释放装置而产生紧固力,此时,侧导板被自动地固定到压片机体上。
下面参照附图对本发明进行详细的描述:
图1是表示本发明一个实施例的一个横截面平面图;
图2是上述实施例的主要部分的放大图;
图3是表示已有技术方案的一个横截面平面图。
图1和图2画出了本发明的一个实施例。参考号1表示压片机体,两个挤压螺杆3、3可转动地安装在压片机体的挤压筒2内。挤压筒2有一个进料口(未画出)和一个材料挤压口4,在该材料挤压口上成型有外凸的出口法兰体5。
出口法兰体5上有位于左右两侧的导板定位孔6,该导板定位孔在纵向上穿透法兰。滑键7(或键槽)在前端面的左右两侧、沿横向水平方向设置,所述滑键7在同一水平面上。
在挤压口4前端的附近安装有一对上下对置的、通过辊支承座(未画出)而可以水平转动的压延辊8。压延辊8使从挤压口4出来的材料从辊间穿过,并因此将材料压制成有一预定厚度的片材。
在压延辊8和挤压口4之间设置一对左右侧导板9、9。侧导板9控制从挤压口4出来的材料宽度,从而确定由压延辊8形成的片材的宽度。相对法兰5前端的机体1的接触面成型有一个键槽11和一个凹槽12(一个用来形成非接触面的浅凹槽),以及一个长的横向槽13在纵向上穿透。
设置在机体1的出口法兰体5上的一个滑键7嵌入键槽11中,侧导板9保持水平位置保持不变时,还可以横向滑动。
将一个定位螺栓14向前插入槽13中。槽栓14被插入机体1的法兰体5上的定位孔6中,一个紧固弹簧15(施加紧固力的装置)将一个螺母16与螺栓14螺接起来。一个解除紧固力的千斤顶18放置在定位螺栓14的终端和机体1的加强肋17之间,该千斤顶在弹簧15紧固力的相反方向上推动定位螺栓14向辊头移动,从而解除了螺栓14的紧固状态。
在法兰体5的左右外侧端的相对的左右两侧设置有作为侧导板驱动机构的液压缸19。液压缸19的活塞杆20的远端与侧导板9相连。值得注意的是,可以采用螺杆机构作为侧导板的驱动机构,这以便于能够电气自动化地驱动。另外,侧导板的驱动机构可以安装在压延辊8的支承座上。
在上述实施例中,由于通过包括一个螺栓14、一个螺母16、一个紧固弹簧15和一个千斤顶18的一个紧固装置将侧导板9固定到压片机体1的法兰体5上,所以,即使挤压材料的压力施加在侧导板9上,在侧导板9的接触面10和法兰体5的前端接触面之间也不会产生任何空隙。从而,挤压材料既不会流入,侧导板9也不会倾斜而妨碍其运动。
另外,在该实施例中,在侧导板相对压片机体的接触面上开一个凹槽或设置一个非接触面,这样,尽可能地减小接触面而增大作用于接触面上的单位面积上的紧固力,从而防止了挤压材料流入侧导板和压片机体之间的接触面之间。
现在,要改变或调整片材宽度时,启动千斤顶18而压下并在紧固弹簧15的紧固力相反方向上使定位螺栓14移向辊头(向前),因而紧固力被自动解除。从而,能够启动液压缸19,在滑键7的引导下,自动地、连续地横向(辊的轴向)移动侧导板9。
当按照如上所述的方式完成片材宽度或类似参数的调整后,千斤顶18被启动,消除作用于定位螺栓14压力-驱动力,因而紧固弹簧15产生的紧固力开始作用,从而,侧导板9被自动地固定安装在法兰体5的前端上。
侧导板9最好在内部设置一个用冷却水冷却的千斤顶。当挤压材料是高聚合材料时,特别是橡胶,它根据侧导板制作材料的种类,黏附于侧导板9的表面,有时橡胶就固结在那里。因此,当冷却水或类似物喷到设置在侧导板9内部的千斤顶上而对其冷却时,即使侧导板的表面与材料接触,材料也不会黏附。
另外,最好在与材料接触的表面上给侧导板9加镀层(如硬铬镀层)。当加上上述的镀层后,耐磨性增强了,表面也光滑了。材料的黏附现象大大减少。
本发明不仅限于上述的实施例,对于侧导板的紧固装置,可以使用附带一个弹簧复位机构的液压缸(如油压缸或气压缸)。该方案可以进行适当的修改。
Claims (7)
1.一种辊头压片机包括:
一个带有一个用于喂料的进料口和一个材料挤压口的压片机体,材料从该挤压口出来后受到压制;
一对位于所述压片机体的材料挤压口前的、将从该材料挤压口挤压出来的材料压制成片状的压延辊;
一对位于所述材料挤压口和所述压延辊之间的、用来控制所述压延辊的供料宽度的左右侧导板,所述侧导板可沿片宽方向移动,并且由紧固力可解除的紧固装置将所述侧导板固定在压片机体上。
2.如权利要求1所述的辊头压片机,其特征在于,还包括一个用来移动所述侧导板的驱动机构。
3.如权利要求2所述的辊头压片机,其特征在于,所述驱动机构是液压缸机构或螺杆机构。
4.如权利要求1所述的辊头压片机,其特征在于,该紧固装置包括一个螺栓、一个螺母、一个在所述螺栓上滑动的紧固弹簧和一个用来解除所述弹簧的紧固力的千斤顶。
5.如权利要求4所述的辊头压片机,其特征在于,所述紧固装置包括一个液压缸。
6.如权利要求5所述的辊头压片机,其特征在于,所述液压缸有一个附加其上的弹簧复位装置。
7.如权利要求1所述的辊头压片机,其特征在于,在与压片机体接触的所述侧导板的表面形成一个凹槽。
