技术领域
本发明涉及一种有效缓解分娩疼痛的泡腾片,更具体地说是一种快速补充能量,减轻疲劳,缓解产妇焦虑、烦躁、紧张等不良情绪和疼痛,属于固体饮料与特殊膳食用食品加工技术领域。
背景技术
分娩时是女人一生最痛的时刻,临产孕妇进入产程的特点是阵发性腹痛伴随子宫颈口的扩张。分娩前恐惧和焦虑常常困扰她们,恐惧和焦虑等心理问题又会影响生产产程的进展和母婴安全,并加重分娩时的疼痛和不适。
分娩过程中,产妇处于强体力劳动,整个产程一般需要10多小时,产妇对能量的需求大大增加。但是产妇常因精神因素和阵痛而拒绝进食。有的产妇因临产后恶心、呕吐,加之分娩中疼痛、过度换气、精神过度紧张使大脑皮层功能紊乱,睡眠少,剧烈耗能均可导致宫缩乏力,身体处于高度紧张状态。由于换气过度,产妇常处于代谢性酸中毒和呼吸性碱中毒状态,会降低产妇产力。
临床分娩时常吃巧克力,巧克力主要成分是蔗糖、可可脂、可可粉及辅料。巧克力是高热能食品,其中可可脂和蔗糖主要供热,还因携带方便,能量高的特点,一般产妇均可食用。但巧克力属于高热高脂食品,缺少水分,吃后口干,常常需要另外补充水分,有的产妇厌油,有的吃不惯巧克力,同时对缓解产妇焦虑、烦躁、紧张等不良情绪和疼痛的作用不明显。红牛、氨基酸饮料等功能饮料及参汤之类的食物,对于较长时间挣扎后,筋疲力尽的产妇,有一定的补水、提神助力的作用,但是有些成分如含咖啡因等并不适合孕产妇食用,同样对缓解产妇焦虑、烦躁、紧张等不良情绪和疼痛的作用不明显。
目前,我国市场上有用于分娩时补充能量的食品,但在专利文献和非专利文献中均未发现专门用于缓解产妇分娩疼痛的配方食品的记载。因此,一种食用更加方便,快速补充能量,减轻疲劳,缓解产妇焦虑、烦躁、紧张等不良情绪和疼痛的泡腾片的开发,具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明人付出努力,结合多年从事本领域工作的经验,反复研究和论证试验,终得本发明的产生。
本发明的目的就在于提供一种有效缓解分娩疼痛的泡腾片,特别是一种快速补充能量,减轻疲劳,缓解产妇焦虑、烦躁、紧张等不良情绪和疼痛的泡腾片。
本发明的另一目的就是提供该泡腾片的制备方法,其制备稳定性好、崩解时间短,工艺相对简单。
本发明的主要技术方案,是经过细致的调查和全面审慎的研究,经过多次试验确定产品的配方和生产工艺。
本发明的技术解决方案在于:一种有效缓解分娩疼痛的泡腾片其组分及其含量按质量百分比计为:结晶果糖:25~35%;木糖醇:5~15%;碳酸氢钠:20~30%;柠檬酸:25~35%;中链甘油三酯:2.5~5%;γ-氨基丁酸:0.5~5%;茶叶茶氨酸:0.4~4%;牛磺酸:0.11~0.14%;泛酸:0.0022~0.008%;维生素B1:0.0009~0.0022%;维生素B2:0.0009~0.0022%;维生素B6:0.0009~0.0022%;粘合剂:1~5%;润滑剂:0.1~0.5%;各原料组成的重量百分比之和为100%。
本发明所述的粘合剂是指无水乙醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮-K30、糖浆和麦芽糖醇中的一种或几种的混合;
本发明所述的润滑剂是指硬脂酸镁、微粉硅胶和分子量在4000~6000的聚乙二醇中的一种或几种的混合;
本发明所述的泡腾片中还可以更进一步适量添加崩解剂和矫味剂。
本发明所述的一种有效缓解分娩疼痛的泡腾片其制备方法在于:
(1)原料检验:对生产中使用的原料按国家标准中规定的相关要求进行检验;
(2)原料粉碎:在配料前将颗粒度大的原料如柠檬酸等在粉碎机上先行进行粉碎,并过100目筛。原料粉碎的目的是为了保证片剂外形美观,色泽均一,另外也可使原料在加工过程中混合均匀,从而保证片剂的质量稳定性;
(3)配料、混合:将主要原料按比例倒入混合机,开动搅拌器将原料混合均匀。为保证片剂中的各原料充分混匀,配料中的微量或少量成分与主要原料的混合采用等量逐级递增混合法;
(4)制软材:在混合物料上喷淋适宜量的粘合剂的溶液;
(5)造粒:将制好的软材在颗粒机上造成14目的颗粒,造好的颗粒置于方形托盘待用;
(6)干燥:将方形托盘中的湿颗粒置于70℃下烘干1h后取出,于干燥环境下冷却;
(7)整粒:在干燥过程中一部分颗粒可能彼此粘连结块,不适于压片要求,因此需经过筛整粒使干燥后的物料颗粒度均匀;
(8)压片:在干燥好的物料中润滑剂,混合均匀后投料到压片机,将物料冲压成片;
(9)包装:将经过检验的片型完整的片剂在包装机上密封包装。
下面结合各有效成份的性能,对本发明作进一步的说明:
本发明人在研究过程中发现:一种有效缓解分娩疼痛的泡腾片充分发挥了营养互补、协同增益效果,填补了市场空白。
结晶果糖为单糖,是糖类中化学活性最高的糖,天然存在于蜂蜜及菊芋、菊苣等菊科植物中。果糖甜度高,有水果香味,热值低,在体内代谢比葡萄糖快,易被机体吸收利用,且不依赖胰岛素,对血糖影响小,适用于葡萄糖代谢及肝功能不全的患者补充能量。在人体内能促进有益细菌如双歧杆菌类生长繁殖,抑制有害菌生长,改善人体肠胃功能和代谢。
木糖醇是一种具有营养价值的甜味物质,也是人体糖类代谢的正常中间体,在体内缺少胰岛素影响糖代谢情况下,无须胰岛素促进,木糖醇也能透过细胞膜,被组织吸收利用,促进肝糖元合成,供细胞以营养和能量,且不会引起血糖值升高。
中链甘油三酯消化速度(水解速度)快,仅需要几分钟就能直接从肠道上皮细胞吸收,再通过肝门静脉进入血液循环,是一种能快速提供能量的营养成分,在分解代谢中中链甘油三酯更容易被利用。中链脂肪酸比长链脂肪酸更容易发生氧化,能随时提供热能而不易被储存,同时食用含中链甘油三酯的食物能提高分娩时的耐力。
维生素B1主要维持碳水化合物的正常代谢,能增进食欲,维持神经正常活动;
维生素B2参与体内生物氧化与能量生成,参与体内氧化还原反应和能量生成;
维生素B6是机体中很多酶系统的辅酶,参与氨基酸的脱羧作用、转氨基作用、色氨酸的合成、含硫氨基酸的代谢、氨基酮戊酸形成和不饱和脂肪酸的代谢,还帮助糖原由肝脏和肌肉中释放能量,参与烟酸的形成,氨基酸的运输等;三者的摄入量比例是1∶1∶1,协同作用效果更好;
泛酸参加体内能量的制造,并可以控制脂肪的新陈代谢;是大脑和神经必需的营养物质;有助于体内抗压力荷尔蒙(类固醇)的分泌;可以保持皮肤和头发的健康。
γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)是一种天然存在的功能性氨基酸,是中枢神经系统主要的抑制性神经递质,介导神经系统快速抑制作用。已经证明GABA是中枢神经系统的抑制性传递物质,是脑组织中最重要的神经递质之一。其作用是降低神经元活性,防止神经细胞过热,GABA能结合抗焦虑的脑受体并使之激活,然后与另外一些物质协同作用,阻止与焦虑相关的信息抵达脑指示中枢。
茶氨酸具有消除紧张,放松情绪的作用。它的作用机理是可以调节脑电波,如自愿者口服50mg茶氨酸40min后,脑电图中可出α波,α波是安静放松的标志;同时受试对象感到轻松,愉快,无焦虑感。因此茶氨酸具有消除紧张,解除疲劳的作用。
本发明泡腾片营养成分之间具有协同作用,互相补充,互相促进,比单独应用任何一种所具有的作用都强。不仅快速补充能量,能有效地缓解不良情绪,减轻压力,缓解产妇焦虑、烦躁、紧张等不良情绪和减轻疼痛感。
本发明的优点和有益效果还在于制备出稳定性好、崩解时间短,趣味性强的泡腾片,在水中能迅速形成均匀的溶液,可口服和吮服,也可嚼服,服用方便,同时兼具片剂便于存放和携带的优点;正常食用,不会给身体带来危害和毒副作用。

结晶果糖:35%;木糖醇:5%;碳酸氢钠:20%;柠檬酸:25%;中链甘油三酯:4%;γ-氨基丁酸:1.3454%;茶叶茶氨酸:4%;牛磺酸:0.14%;泛酸:0.008%;维生素B1:0.0022%;维生素B2:0.0022%;维生素B6:0.0022%;聚乙烯吡咯烷酮-K30:5%;聚乙二醇6000:0.5%;其制备方法为:
(1)原料检验:对生产中使用的原料按国家标准中规定的相关要求进行检验;
(2)原料粉碎:在配料前将颗粒度大的原料如柠檬酸等在粉碎机上先行进行粉碎,并过100目筛;

制好的上述泡腾片,经120例正常自然分娩的产妇食用,统计结果表明:该产品能为分娩产妇提供源源不断的能量,帮助产妇缩短产程,能有效地缓解不良情绪,减轻压力,65%以上的食用者反映疼痛感减轻,口感较好,食用方便,价格合理,无毒副作用。

1.一种有效缓解分娩疼痛的泡腾片,其特征在于其组分及其含量按质量百分比计为:结晶果糖:25~35%;木糖醇:5~15%;碳酸氢钠:20~30%;柠檬酸:25~35%;中链甘油三酯:2.5~5%;γ-氨基丁酸:0.5~5%;茶叶茶氨酸:0.4~4%;牛磺酸:0.11~0.14%;泛酸:0.0022~0.008%;维生素B1:0.0009~0.0022%;维生素B2:0.0009~0.0022%;维生素B6:0.0009~0.0022%;粘合剂:1~5%;润滑剂:0.1~0.5%;各原料组成的重量百分比之和为100%;
其制备方法为:
