Abstract
本发明公开了一种产妇分娩高效速补能量包及其制备方法,属于果冻饮料与特殊膳食食品技术领域。其特征是由分娩能量果冻包和电解质补水液包两部分组成。本发明的优点和有益效果在于:采用独特的分段式能量补充配方,能够在短时间内为自然分娩产妇提供安全、快速、源源不断的高额能量,同时补充因分娩丢失的电解质及维生素。服用更方便,果冻状易吞咽,防止产妇误吸导致吸入性肺炎,克服了巧克力及其他功能性饮料的缺点,口感清新,易吸收,易消化,序贯供能仅需要15分钟,供能快且持久,可以帮助产妇顺产、缩短产程,有效避免产妇因产力不足造成的难产、胎儿窒息等突发情况。本发明产品易于生产,正常食用,不会给身体带来任何危害和毒副作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种产妇分娩高效速补能量包及其制备方法,属于果冻饮料与特殊膳食食品技术领域。
背景技术
分娩过程中,产妇处于强体力劳动,整个产程一般需要10多小时,产妇对能量的需求大大增加。但是产妇常因精神因素和阵痛而拒绝进食。有的产妇因临产后恶心、呕吐,加之分娩中疼痛、过度换气、精神过度紧张使大脑皮层功能紊乱,睡眠少,剧烈耗能均可导致宫缩乏力,身体处于高度紧张状态。由于换气过度,产妇常处于代谢性酸中毒和呼吸性碱中毒状态,会降低产妇产力。
据有关资料统计,中等活动的产妇进入产程后按中等劳动消耗能量计算,24小时需多耗能2480kcal,也就是说,一个进入产程的产妇,即使正常进食,还是处于负热卡平衡状态,进入第二产程后,耗能就更显著。产妇分娩能量缺乏通常会导致:子宫乏力,无体力把孩子排出;导致产妇疲劳,难产,产后出血等危险情况;进食多,会造成食道返流误吸,而引起窒息或吸入性肺炎,还可能造成严重的并发症,威胁产妇的生命安全。所以产程中补充能量可增加产力,有利于分娩顺利进行,提高顺产率,降低产后出血和新生儿窒息的发生。产妇分娩时水分流失会导致:分娩时出汗多,钾、钠、维生素B族大量流失,人体电解质失衡;脱水引起全身循环血容量不足,供给胎盘的血量会减少,引起胎儿在宫内缺氧。
临床分娩时常吃巧克力100~200克。巧克力主要成分是蔗糖(65%左右)、可可脂(27%左右)、可可粉及辅料。巧克力是高热能食品,其中可可脂和蔗糖主要供热,还因携带方便,能量高的特点,一般产妇均可食用。但巧克力属于高热高脂食品,缺少水分,吃后口干,常常需要另外补充水分,有的产妇厌油,有的吃不惯巧克力。鸡精、红牛、氨基酸饮料等功能饮料及参汤之类的食物,对于较长时间挣扎后,筋疲力尽的产妇,有一定的补水、提神助力的作用,但是有些成分如含咖啡因等并不适合孕产妇食用。
由此可见,市场期待一种高热量易消化、饮用方便、含丰富水分的替代品。所以,一种产妇分娩高效速补能量包的开发势在必行,具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明人付出努力,结合多年从事本领域工作的经验,反复研究和论证试验,终得本发明的产生。
本发明的目的就在于提供一种产妇分娩高效速补能量包及其制备方法,特别是一种体积小、能量高、消化速度(水解速度)快、能够被人体肠壁细胞直接吸收利用、能调节电解质平衡、不外溢,服用方便的产妇分娩专用辅助食品。
本发明的主要技术方案,是经过细致的调查和全面审慎的研究,经过多次试验确定产品的配方。

下面结合各有效成份的性能,对本发明作进一步的说明:
本发明中的分娩能量果冻包由四种供能物质——单糖、双糖、多糖及中链甘油三酯组成,其中单糖的供能速度快,能够为产妇快速提供能量,代谢完成后由双糖继续供能,之后多糖及中链甘油三酯可以将能量的供应持续到2个小时之后;木糖醇不受胰岛素调节,可以作为妊娠糖尿病人的能量;麦芽糊精、奶油粉可以分解后供能,其中还含有钙、铁等对产妇有益的微量元素及矿物质;淀粉是一种多糖,分解成单糖后供能;可可粉含有维生素B族、钾、镁、钙、铁等对产妇有益的营养元素;中链甘油三酯消化速度(水解速度)快,仅需要几分钟就能直接从肠道上皮细胞吸收,再通过肝门静脉进入血液循环,是一种能快速提供能量的营养成分,在分解代谢中中链甘油三酯更容易被利用。中链脂肪酸比长链脂肪酸更容易发生氧化,能随时提供热能而不易被储存。同时食用含中链甘油三酯的食物能提高分娩时的耐力。
本发明中的电解质补水液包,蜂蜜中的能量可以不经消化直接被人体吸收利用,含有与人体血清浓度相近的多种无机盐;食盐补充分娩过程中丢失的电解质钠;硫酸镁可抑制中枢神经系统,松弛骨骼肌,具有镇静、抗痉挛以及减低颅内压等作用;维生素B1主要维持碳水化合物的正常代谢,能增进食欲,维持神经正常活动;维生素B2参与体内生物氧化与能量生成,参与体内氧化还原反应和能量生成;维生素B6是机体中很多酶系统的辅酶,参与氨基酸的脱羧作用、转氨基作用、色氨酸的合成、含硫氨基酸的代谢、氨基酮戊酸形成和不饱和脂肪酸的代谢,还帮助糖原由肝脏和肌肉中释放能量,参与烟酸的形成,氨基酸的运输等;三者的摄入量比例是1∶1∶1,协同作用效果更好。L-谷氨酰胺是一种中性氨基酸,无臭,稍有甜味,在食品加工中作营养增补剂,调香增补剂。在本发明中L-谷氨酰胺是肠道粘膜细胞代谢必需的营养物质,对维持肠道粘膜上皮结构的完整性起着十分重要的作用。尤其是在外伤、感染、疲劳等严重应激状态下,肠道粘膜上皮细胞内谷氨酰胺很快耗竭。当肠道缺乏食物、消化液等刺激或缺乏谷氨酰胺时,肠道粘膜萎缩、绒毛变稀、变短甚至脱落,隐窝变浅,肠粘膜通透性增加,肠道免疫功能受损。补充L-谷氨酰胺可以缓解产妇疲劳,满足身体需要。

其生产工艺流程为:原料混合→加水溶解→杀菌→填充→包装,成品为180克/袋,本品每100g含含能量为826kJ,一包180克含能量为1487kJ。
由此可见,本发明产品一套产妇分娩高效速补能量包,由两包分娩能量果冻包和一袋电解质补水液包组合使用时,所含的能量为555+1487=2042kJ,与100克巧克力的能量基本相当(每100克巧克力的能量为2300kJ左右)。经产妇食用统计表明,本产品食用方便,补充能量快,能明显缩短产程,显著减少分娩并发症,显著减少新生儿窒息。
