背景技术
氧参与人体新陈代谢,是正常生命活动不可缺少的物质。成人在静息状态下,每分钟耗氧量约250ml;活动时,耗氧量增加。但人体内氧储量极少,必须依赖于外界环境氧的供给和通过呼吸、血液循环不断地完成氧的摄取和运输,以保证细胞的需要。当人体组织得不到充足的氧,或不能充分利用氧时,细胞、组织、器官的代谢、机能、甚至形态结构都可能发生异常变化,这一病理过程就称为缺氧。紧张的体力和脑力活动会造成机体耗氧量增加,这样,由于体内耗氧量急剧增加,单纯地通过肺呼吸,不足以弥补体内的氧耗量,使细胞处于缺氧环境中,同时伴随大量乳酸产生。抗缺氧研究一直是国内外学者关注的重要课题。因此,采用一些抗缺氧的产品改善机体供氧和能量状态,对提高机体在缺氧条件下的活动能力有非常重要的意义。
专利文献CN 101356971A公开了一种用于抗疲劳耐缺氧的保健食品营养组合物,该营养组合物主要由D-核糖、L-肉碱、矫味剂组成。
专利文献CN 101933945A公开了一种原料为红景天苷、D-核糖和蜂蜜的药物营养组合物,该药物营养组合物对心肌缺血,缺氧有治疗作用。亦可改善心血管功能,控制血小板聚集及血栓形成,亦有一定降血脂作用。本发明药物营养组合物具有益气活血,通脉止痛的作用。
D-核糖是一种五碳糖,是核酸(DNA、RNA)的基本骨架原料;它天然地存在于所有生命细胞包括人体细胞中,参与ATP合成,并在能量代谢过程中起重要作用。
D-核糖在ATP的再生和恢复中起关键作用,补充核糖可有效地加速ATP的合成。高强度训练会造成运动员组织器官(肌肉)缺氧,这时体内ATP水平会快速下降50%以上,通常需要几天的时间进行恢复,从而影响运动效果的发挥。ATP水平的快速恢复有助于缓解疲劳、恢复体能以及运动员运动极限的突破。
欧美等体育发达国家运动营养学界的多年研究与实际应用表明,通过补充D-核糖可以使运动员更快地恢复ATP水平,有效帮助运动员恢复运动疲劳、提高运动中耐缺氧能力。已知的包含D-核糖的营养保健制剂专利申请主要为纽迪希亚(努特里奇亚)、帝斯曼等企业所提出。
虽然D-核糖具有如前所述的诸多优点,但是,D-核糖在营养保健制剂中应用时,其限制性因素在于,其本身是核苷酸的组成部分之一,当其添加量过大时,会影响其他物质的代谢,进而对动物体或人体的生理机能产生不利影响。而现有的报道中,D-核糖的添加量一般都需要在100g以上才能取得有利的生理功效。该添加量首先存在摄入的顺应性难题,并且,运动食品或饮料均需要给人体提供一定量的糖分如葡萄糖等以提供能量,但提供何种糖类,各种糖类的组成比例,和运动人群的生理状况如血糖水平、胰岛素分泌、电解质平衡、肠道生理等条件密切相关,从而对抗疲劳、补充能量的目标有着非常大的影响,各种糖类的加入条件是非常严格的,稍有不当即可能非但无法实现保健功效,反而会加重运动员的胃肠道、肾脏、肝脏和神经系统的承受力,对于运动员或者其他群体来说,如此大的D-核糖剂量可能会造成生理状态的异常,另外,作为外加物质,核糖量添加必须受到国家食品药品监督管理局的严格管理。
甜菜根(Beta Vulgaris,Beet Root),简称甜菜,又名菾菜、红菜头、根甜菜、紫菜头,正作为一种新的超级食物越来越受人欢迎。有研究表明甜菜和甜菜根汁能够提高运动性能,降低血压和提高血流量。甜菜根汁补充已被证明可以改善运动时肌氧含量,这表明增加膳食摄入硝酸盐可以提高长期耐力运动时运动耐量的潜力。在4公里自行车计时赛中食用甜菜根汁能够提高2.8%的成绩(相当于减少了11秒),或在16.1公里的自行车计时赛中提高2.7%的成绩(相当于减少了45秒)。
从甜菜根的化学成分来看,其主要化学成分是糖类,甜菜根主要是用来榨制砂糖的原料,甜菜根水分占75%,固形物占25%。固形物中蔗糖占16%~18%,非糖物质占7%~9%。非糖物质又分为可溶性和不溶性两种:不溶性非糖主要是纤维素、半纤维素、原果胶质和蛋白质;可溶性非糖又分为无机非糖和有机非糖。无机非糖主要是钾、钠、镁等盐类;有机非糖可再分为含氮和无氮。无氮非糖有脂肪、果胶质、还原糖和有机酸;含氮非糖又分为蛋白质和非蛋白质。非蛋白非糖主要指甜菜碱、酰胺和氨基酸。
由于其中部分微量成分的影响,甜菜根及其提取物往往具有较浓厚的土腥味,在用于制糖工业时,这不会有太大影响,但如果直接应用于食品或饮料中,则需要通过特殊步骤例如柱层析等方法先经过有目的的加工除杂,去除其中的土腥味成分,来改善其顺应性、适口性。
甜菜根含有高含量的硝酸盐,可以作为一种抗血液凝固的因子。摄入甜菜根可以使得血液中硝酸盐水平增加两倍,硝酸盐可以减少肌肉所需的大量的氧气,因此可以提高耐力。但是,对于人体而言,摄入硝酸盐后,体内微生物可将其进一步代谢,代谢产物不但包括一氧化氮等可改善人体氧耗、增加血流的物质,还包括亚硝酸盐等产物。虽然部分报道指出亚硝酸盐和一氧化氮一样具有增加血流等功效,但亚硝酸盐同时还是一种剧毒物质,能使血液中正常携氧的低铁血红蛋白氧化成高铁血红蛋白,因而失去携氧能力而引起组织缺氧,成人摄入0.2-0.5克亚硝酸盐即可引起中毒,3克即可致死,亚硝酸盐同时还是一种致癌物质。因而,在使用甜菜根来利用其中硝酸盐在体内生成一氧化氮从而产生所述生理功效时,必须考虑两个问题,第一是其口味问题,第二是亚硝酸盐的生成。
一氧化氮(NO)是自由基型分子,化学性质活泼,易获得或失去一个电子。NO与氧气一样,可与血红蛋白结合,随血液到达机体组织,生理学上具有内皮细胞松弛因子的作用。外源性NO已经应用于临床,吸入适宜剂量的NO对高原脑水肿、肺水肿、哮喘、高血压、心脏病、休克等具有显著作用。内源性NO通常由三种NOS同功酶催化L-精氨酸分解产生。精氨酸,是一种á-氨基酸,亦是20种普遍的自然氨基酸之一。精氨酸被称为是机体内运输和贮存氨基酸的重要载体,在肌内代谢中极为重要。精氨酸在人体内合成能力较低,需要部份从食物中补充。精氨酸有很多来源,无论是鸡肉、鱼肉和某些蔬菜都含有精氨酸。但普通食物中的精氨酸往往含量较低,产生的一氧化氮数量较少,不具备相关营养价值。另外,精氨酸具有浓烈的苦味和鱼腥味,量大时尤为突出,在食品中应用时其受到较大限制。
绞股蓝系葫芦科多年生草质腾本绞股蓝属植物,中医认为其味苦;微甘;性凉,现代化学分析指出其含有多种皂苷、三萜类、黄酮、甾醇、氨基酸、有机酸、无机盐、糖类、微量元素等化学成分,且具有不同成度的生理功能。如广西产绞股蓝含无机微量元素达19种,而有10种是人体所必需的,它们是Zn、Fe、Ca、Mo、Mn、Ni、Cr、V、Se和Si含量也比较可观。目前认为,绞股蓝中起最大作用的生物活性物质是绞股蓝总皂苷(GP)现已分离鉴定出82种之多,其中有几种与人参皂苷Rb1、Rb2、Rb3、Rd、F2完全相同,因此从临床药理角度出发,绞股蓝不仅具有与人参相似的生物疗效特点,还具有自身不同的生物活性特点。绞股蓝在应用于食品中时也存在有一定苦味,和其他物质联用时受到一定限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐缺氧的营养组合物及其应用。
首先,本发明提供了一种耐缺氧的营养组合物,其包括以下成分:D-核糖、甜菜根提取物、精氨酸、绞股蓝提取物。所述营养组合物的口味甜美、风味独特,具有很高的顺应性;同时该营养组合物还可以有效增强耐久力,缓解疲劳,为机体提供充足能量,增强机体应激能力和适应性。
具体的,所述营养组合物包括以下重量份的成分:D-核糖50-600份、甜菜根提取物200-650份、精氨酸90-400份和绞股蓝提取物80-450份。
优选地,所述营养组合物中还包括维生素0-200份和矿物质0-500份。
更优选地,所述营养组合物中还包括维生素50-150份和矿物质100-300份。
优选地,所述营养组合物由以下重量份的成分组成:D-核糖200-550份、甜菜根提取物200-500份、精氨酸150-300份、绞股蓝提取物80-200份、维生素0-150份、矿物质39-200份。
更优选地,所述营养组合物由以下重量份的成分组成:D-核糖300-450份、甜菜根提取物300-400份、精氨酸190-260份、绞股蓝提取物120-180份、维生素80-120份、矿物质75-150份。
上述营养组合物中:所述甜菜根提取物(Beet Root Extract)是指藜科植物甜菜的新鲜根部通过榨汁、浓缩、喷雾干燥后制成的固体。
所述绞股蓝提取物(Gynostemma Extract)是指以绞股蓝原料经提取分离制成的产品。

本发明的另一目的是提供一种运动饮料,所述运动饮料包括以下成分:D-核糖、甜菜根提取物、精氨酸、绞股蓝提取物。
优选地,所述运动饮料由以下成分组成:D-核糖50-600份、甜菜根提取物200-650份、精氨酸90-400份、绞股蓝提取物80-450份、维生素0-200份、矿物质0-500份、食品添加剂0-50份。
其中,所述食品添加剂包括酸味调节剂、甜味剂、稳定剂、色素、食用香精、防腐剂等中的一种或几种。
所述食品添加剂,包括酸味调节剂、甜味剂、稳定剂、色素、食用香精、防腐剂等中的一种或几种。可采用本领域常用的一些添加剂及用量。
所述酸味调节剂为柠檬酸或苹果酸;
所述甜味剂可选为天然甜味剂和人工合成甜味剂,例如甜菊糖、甘草、罗汉果苷、新甲基橙皮苷二氢查耳酮、麦芽糖醇、木糖醇、阿斯巴甜、安赛蜜、三氯蔗糖等;
所述稳定剂为改性淀粉、羧甲基纤维素钠、微晶纤维素、明胶、琼脂、黄原胶、瓜尔豆胶、卡拉胶、赤槐豆胶、果胶、海藻酸钠、蔗糖甘油酯等;
所述色素可选为天然食用色素或合成食用色素,例如红曲、藻蓝、栀子蓝、叶绿素、叶黄素、姜黄素、胡萝卜素、苋菜红、日落黄、赤藓红、柠檬黄、亮蓝等;
所述食用香精可选为天然香精或合成香精,便于调节营养组合物的口味,例如柠檬香精、牛奶香精、水果味香精等;
所述防腐剂为苯甲酸及其盐类、山梨酸及其盐类、乳酸链球菌素等。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种运动食品,所述运动食品由营养组合物和食品添加剂组成,所述食品添加剂如前所述。所述营养组合物包括以下成分:D-核糖、甜菜根提取物、精氨酸、绞股蓝提取物。
本发明还提供了上述营养组合物、运动饮料、运动食品的用途,所述用途包括但不限于:(1)耐缺氧,提高常压缺氧耐受力,缓解运动疲劳,增加耐久力,缓解疲劳;(2)扩张动脉血管,增加肌肉血流,降低血压,提高血流量,增强氧利用率;(3)改善自由基代谢状况;(4)增强机体应激能力和适应性;(5)帮助机体快速获得充足能量,延长运动时间,提高运动性能。
本发明提供的具有耐缺氧的的营养组合物、运动饮料和运动食品具有以下优点:
1、本发明提供的营养组合物包括以下成分:D-核糖、甜菜根提取物、精氨酸、绞股蓝提取物,其中:
ATP是人体中的通用能量,在进行强体力活动以及缺氧时,ATP会降解为前体物质,这些前体物质会从细胞中流失,使ATP在短期内无法达到正常水平,使人感到无力、疲劳。D-核糖的摄入可以防止ATP前体物质的流失、迅速恢复机体ATP的水平,使机体能够迅速获得生命活动所需的充足能量。
现有技术中,D-核糖在营养保健制剂中应用时,为了实现较好的缓解疲劳,增强运动能力,增强抗缺氧能力,通常添加量高至100g/日/成年人;或者,即使仅出于营养补充的目的,添加量通常也高达20g/日/人以上。
而本申请则通过D-核糖和其他几种原料的合理配伍,大大降低了D-核糖的添加量,避免了在运动饮料、运动食品中大量添加核糖的缺陷和潜在风险。
2、精氨酸是一氧化氮的前体,补充精氨酸能够显著提高体内一氧化氮含量,一氧化氮能够与动脉中的肌肉细胞接触并使之放松,扩张了动脉血管,使得血压降低,从而提高血流量。
绞股蓝具有广泛的药理功能,延缓疲劳的产生,加快疲芝的消除,又不含违禁成分,无毒副作用,已受到运动医学界的广泛重视。大量药理实验研究均表明,绞股蓝抗疲劳作用的活性成分为总皂甙。绞股蓝总皂甙可提高常压缺氧耐受力,能明显延长小鼠在常压下耐缺氧时间和游泳时间,提高小鼠耐低温能力,明显改善自由基代谢状况。
上述成分合用,具有耐缺氧,缓解运动疲劳,增强机体应激能力和适应性的作用。
本发明实现了非常优异的抗缺氧、恢复疲劳的效果,本发明的产品可以迅速恢复机体ATP,使机体能够迅速获得充足能量,增加耐久力而没有过度疲劳,扩张动脉血管,降低血压,提高血流量,提高常压缺氧耐受力,改善自由基代谢状况,耐缺氧,缓解运动疲劳,增强机体应激能力和适应性,增加肌肉血流,增强氧利用率,抗疲劳耐缺氧,帮助机体快速获得充足能量,延长运动时间,从而提高运动性能。本发明提供的饮料具有增加肌肉血流,增强氧利用率,抗疲劳耐缺氧,帮助机体快速获得充足能量,延长运动时间,从而提高运动性能的作用。
3、本发明产品具有很高的顺应性,即适口性,这对一种食品来说非常重要,因为产品味道如果难以被接受,即使其功效很好,也并非必然能够获得商业成功。本发明的原料中,甜菜根提取物具有较浓厚的土腥味,精氨酸具有浓烈的苦味和鱼腥味,绞股蓝具有较强的苦味,发明人通过合理的配伍,发现在本发明的特定组合下,上述原料本身的异味和不良顺应性都得到了改善。分析来看,可能是D-核糖、甜菜根提取物、精氨酸和绞股蓝组合后,各自所涉及的味觉受体在体内互相产生了复杂的影响,导致整体上适口性得到了预料不到的改善。
4、本发明的产品具有很高的安全性,甜菜根中富含硝酸盐,经检测,摄入后运动员血液内亚硝酸盐含量均未有显著变化,这证明了D-核糖、甜菜根提取物、精氨酸和绞股蓝组合后,对甜菜根提取物中硝酸盐体内代谢产生了影响,使其在保持一氧化氮的代谢方向的基础上,还抑制了亚硝酸盐的产生,降低了副作用。

以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。在不背离本发明精神和实质的情况下,对本发明方法、步骤或条件所作的修改或替换,均属于本发明的范围。
若未特别指明,实施例中所用的技术手段为本领域技术人员所熟知的常规手段;若未特别指明,实施例中所用试剂均为市售。
实施例1
1、组成:D-核糖200kg,甜菜根提取物250kg,精氨酸400kg,绞股蓝提取物100kg,维生素200kg(维生素B2 140kg、烟酸50kg、维生素B12 10kg),矿物质60kg(碳酸钙40kg、硫酸镁20kg)。
2、制备方法:按照以上配比分别称取各种组分,然后将各种组分加入CH-200槽型粉碎机粉碎混匀,经NJP-400A型全自动胶囊充填机得到的胶囊剂型的产品。
实施例2
1、组成:D-核糖50kg,甜菜根提取物500kg,精氨酸130kg,绞股蓝提取物370kg,维生素160kg(维生素B1 40kg、维生素B2 30kg、维生素B6 40kg、泛酸10kg),柠檬酸2kg,阿斯巴甜1.5kg,安赛蜜1.5kg,香精1.8kg(香草香精0.8kg,牛奶香精1kg)。
2、制备方法:按照配比分别称取各种组分,然后将各种组分加入CH-200槽型粉碎机粉碎混匀,过筛得到粉剂型的固体饮料,所述粉剂平均粒径为30目。
实施例3
1、组成:D-核糖550kg,甜菜根提取物200kg,精氨酸300kg,绞股蓝提取物80kg,维生素16kg(维生素C 10kg、维生素B1 2kg、维生素B2 1kg、维生素B6 2kg、烟酸1kg),矿物质39kg(柠檬酸钠3kg、氯化钾5kg、磷酸氢钙19kg、硫酸镁6kg、硫酸锌5.5kg、焦磷酸铁0.5kg),柠檬酸6kg、苹果酸4kg,三氯蔗糖1kg,安赛蜜0.6kg,黑加仑香精6.5kg,混合莓香精3kg。
2、制备方法:按照配比分别称取各种组分,然后将各种组分加入CH-200槽型粉碎机粉碎混匀,过筛得到粉剂型的固体饮料,所述粉剂平均粒径为30目。
实施例4
1、组成:D-核糖100kg,甜菜根提取物650kg,精氨酸180kg,绞股蓝提取物200kg,微晶纤维素460kg,矿物质115kg(碳酸钙100kg,氯化钠5kg,氯化钾10kg)。
2、制备方法:按照配比分别称取各种组分,然后将各种组分逐一投入一台三维混合机充分混匀,经YST-16T压片机得到片剂型的压片糖果,所述压片糖果克重为1g/片。
实施例5
1、组成:D-核糖600kg,甜菜根提取物520kg,精氨酸90kg,绞股蓝提取物450kg,维生素85kg(维生素C 28kg、维生素B1 10kg、维生素B2 6kg、维生素B6 10kg、烟酸8kg、维生素B12 1kg、泛酸22kg),矿物质500kg(柠檬酸钠55kg、氯化钠65kg、氯化钾80kg、乳酸钙160kg、硫酸镁120kg、葡萄糖酸锌20kg),柠檬酸8kg、苹果酸3kg,三氯蔗糖12kg,安赛蜜5kg,蓝莓香精4.6kg,柑橘香精2.5kg。
2、制备方法:按照配比分别称取各种组分,将D-核糖投入DH-G 2000化糖罐90℃水进行溶解,甜菜根提取物、精氨酸、绞股蓝提取物、维生素、矿物质、酸味调节剂、甜味剂投入LP3000溶解罐进行溶解。糖液降温、过滤,溶解罐料液过滤,一同打入WD8000调配罐混合调配,补水定容加入香精得到液体剂型的产品。
实施例6
1、组成:D-核糖200kg,甜菜根提取物500kg,精氨酸150kg,绞股蓝提取物200kg,维生素50kg(维生素C 20kg、维生素B1 10kg、维生素B2 2kg、维生素B6 10kg、维生素B12 3kg、叶酸5kg),矿物质100kg(氯化钠13kg、氯化钾10kg、柠檬酸钠9kg、磷酸氢钙23kg、硫酸镁18kg、硫酸锌20kg、焦磷酸铁7kg),柠檬酸8kg,三氯蔗糖0.8kg,安赛蜜0.5kg,红枣香精5kg,冬瓜茶香精2kg。
2、制备方法:按照配比分别称取各种组分,然后将各种组分加入CH-200槽型粉碎机粉碎混匀,过筛得到粉剂型的固体饮料,所述粉剂平均粒径为30目。
实施例7感官评定——顺应性试验
1、组成:实施例1-6的产品和四种原料本身
2、方法:取实施例1-6
3、所得产品和D-核糖、甜菜根提取物、精氨酸以及绞股蓝提取物各20g,加20mL水搅拌5min,分时段分别由5名有经验的感官鉴定师进行感官评定,评价指标主要为口味和整体协调性两部分,
口味主要考虑苦味、腥味,其他异味等负面因素,采用10分制,分值低者说明负面口味较轻。
整体协调性主要考虑正面口感因素,采用10分制,非常喜爱10,很喜爱9,一般喜爱7.5,轻微喜爱6.5,无好恶5.5,轻微厌恶4.5,一般厌恶3.5,很厌恶2,非常厌恶0。

1.实验设计
1.1实验样品
实验组A:实施例3所得的固体饮料;
实验组B:与实施例3配方相同,但不含D-核糖、精氨酸的固体饮料
实验组C:专利文献CN 101356971A公开的保健食品营养组合物实施例1的口服液。
实验组D:实施例1所得的胶囊;
实验组E:实施例5所得的液体饮料;
实验组F:实施例6所得的固体饮料;
对照组:普通耐缺氧饮料,D-核糖含量与实施例5相同,不含甜菜根提取物、精氨酸和绞股蓝提取物。
1.2实验对象
某体育院校学生,每周参加训练4~6次,每次时间不少于2小时。将受试人群随机分为六组,试验组A 20人(男11人,女9人,年龄20.25±1.78岁),试验组B 20人(男13人,女7人,年龄20.55±1.25岁),试验组C 20人(男12人,女8人,年龄20.47±2.53岁),试验组D 20人(男10人,女10人,年龄19.95±2.33岁),对照组20人(男12人,女8人,年龄19.78±1.85岁)。
1.3实验方法
实验持续30天,期间受试者保持正常的饮食和训练安排,不使用其他营养品。受试者每次训练前半小时,实验组A、B服用相应的试验品20g,实验组C、E服用相应的试验品80ml,实验组D服用相应的试验品10粒,对照组服用对照品20g,以100ml常温水冲服、饮用或吞服。每日参加两次以上(含两次)训练时,只服用一次,全天没有训练时,当日不服用。
无氧功测试:采用Wingate法(阻力=体重×0.085kg),在MONARK-829功率自行车上进行,服用营养补剂前、后各进行一次。令受试者全力蹬车30s,测试30s的最大功率和平均功率。
1.4结果统计
数据用Excel处理,采用t检验对测试数据进行统计学分析,以mean±SD表示,P>0.05视为无显著差异,P<0.05视为显著差异,P<0.01视为极显著差异。

表2结果显示:无氧功率主要反映体考生的耐缺氧能力和爆发力。实验组A、实验组C、实验组D、实验组E和实验组F实验后30s无氧功率平均值明显高于实验前(p<0.05),且实验组A和实验组F的平均无氧功显著高于对照组(p<0.05),实验组B差异不显著。实验组A、实验组C、实验组D、实验组E和实验组F实验后30s无氧功率峰值显著高于实验前(p<0.05),且实验组A和实验组F显著高于对照组(p<0.05),实验组B差异不显著。由测试结果可知,本发明的运动产品能够达到增强氧利用率、提高运动性能的目的。
由此可见,D-核糖、甜菜根提取物、精氨酸和绞股蓝提取物组合的固体运动产品较普通的运动饮料功能更强,本发明所述的D-核糖+甜菜根提取物+精氨酸+绞股蓝提取物的运动饮料,功能更加显著,尤其是具有增加肌肉血流,使机体迅速获得能量,增强氧利用率,提高运动能力的功效。
另外,经国标急性毒性实验和慢性毒性实验,发现本发明的营养组合物具有很高的安全性。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明、具体实施方式及试验,对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种耐缺氧的营养组合物,其特征在于,包括以下成分:D-核糖、甜菜根提取物、精氨酸、绞股蓝提取物。
2.如权利要求1所述的营养组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的成分:D-核糖50-600份、甜菜根提取物200-650份、精氨酸90-400份和绞股蓝提取物80-450份。
3.如权利要求1所述的营养组合物,其特征在于,还包括维生素0-200份和矿物质0-500份。
4.如权利要求3所述的营养组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的成分:D-核糖200-550份、甜菜根提取物200-500份、精氨酸150-300份和绞股蓝提取物80-200份。
5.如权利要求3所述的营养组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的成分:D-核糖200-550份、甜菜根提取物200-500份、精氨酸150-300份和绞股蓝提取物80-200份,维生素0-150份,矿物质39-200份。
6.如权利要求3所述的营养组合物,其特征在于,所述维生素为维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酸、泛酸或其混合物;所述矿物质为钙盐、钠盐、钾盐、镁盐、锌盐、铁盐或其混合物。
7.权利要求1-6任一所述营养组合物在制备耐缺氧或降血压食品中的应用。
8.含有权利要求1-6任一所述营养组合物的运动食品。
9.如权利要求8所述的运动食品,所述运动食品为液体饮料、固体饮料、胶囊剂型或压片糖果;
所述运动食品还含有食品添加剂,所述食品添加剂,包括酸味调节剂、甜味剂、稳定剂、色素、食用香精、防腐剂等中的一种或几种。
10.如权利要求1-6任一所述的营养组合物的用途,包括:
耐缺氧,提高常压缺氧耐受力,缓解运动疲劳,增加耐久力,缓解疲劳;
扩张动脉血管,增加肌肉血流,降低血压,提高血流量,增强氧利用率;
改善自由基代谢状况;
增强机体应激能力和适应性;
帮助机体快速获得充足能量,延长运动时间,提高运动性能。
