背景技术
随着公众对健康理念和追求的不断加深,运动锻炼成为人们改善健康状况的主要手段,除了通过不断改进训练方法提高运动能力外,如何及时有效地补充运动后机体能量物质,合理使用运动营养补充剂缓解运动疲劳,增强运动能力,日益成为国内外相关领域研究的重点。
运动营养补充剂是指以满足运动人群的生理代谢状态、运动能力及对某些营养成分的特殊需要而专门加工的食品和药品,主要目标对象是运动人群,既包括专业运动员,又包括经常参加体育锻炼的普通健身者,或一般体力劳动者也可以使用。长时间、中等强度运动时,人体骨骼肌糖原和血糖减少,使大脑皮层和骨骼肌工作能力下降,造成运动疲劳,机体能量消耗剧增,许多酶、激素、血液有形成分等也参与代谢和氧运输,使许多调节营养素也伴随着消耗,因此,能源物质的补充是保证机体能量平衡的基础。当前的运动营养补充剂,按其主要成分,可分为营养物质补充类和动植物功能因子类,前者包括机体所需的营养素及其代谢产物,以补充为目的;后者指具有潜在改善运动能力作用的活性成分,以提高运动能力为主要目的。
目前,国内外运动营养食品产业发展迅速,在已公开的专利中,“一种运动营养固体饮料及其制备方法”(CN106259946A)组分由人参粉、低聚肽、乳清蛋白粉、菊粉、牛磺酸、支链氨基酸、全脂奶粉和食品添加剂组成,能有效缓解运动疲劳、防止运动损伤、增强机体免疫力;“一种增强运动能力和运动耐力的营养食品”(CN106617086A)由葡萄糖、低聚异麦芽糖、蛋白粉、肌酸、谷氨酰胺、左旋肉碱、牛磺酸、氯化钠、碳酸钙、维生素C、B1、B2、B6、B12等组成,来增加运动能力和耐力,增长肌肉,促进肌肉增长和身体恢复;张伊田等(张伊田等.抗运动性疲劳营养补剂的研制[J]. 食品科技, 2012,37(2):133-136)研究了抗运动性疲劳效果较好营养补剂各成分及其配比剂量,其中包括牛磺酸、人参提取物、支链氨基酸、茶多酚、锌等;艾华等(艾华,常翠青. 运动营养食品中营养成分和功能因子研究进展[J].食品科学技术学报,2017,35(3):16-24)研究了几种常用的营养成分和功能因子,主要由乳清蛋白、支链氨基酸、肌酸、肉碱、低聚糖、维生素、矿物质、碳酸氢钠、柠檬酸钠、以及一些天然脂解物质如辣椒素、人参、丝肽、二十八醇、牛磺酸、咖啡因、绿茶提取物等来增强脂肪分解代谢作用,提高耐力运动能力。
综上所述,现市场上运动营养产品大多数以补充人体所需基本营养素为主,主要注重运动后的能量补充,尤其是通过补充碳水化合物、维生素以快速缓解运动疲劳的产品较多,但是,这些产品中大多含有大量糖分,不利于运动减肥人群使用,而且没有同时具备促进体内脂肪代谢、补充蛋白质、补充电解质、补钙、抗疲劳、预防肌肉痉挛、促进骨骼和肌肉生长功能的产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种运动型营养补充剂,该营养补充剂通过补充维生素、矿物质、多肽、氨基酸和其它营养素,并添加中药提取物,可有效缓解运动疲劳,提高运动能力,促进体内脂肪分解代谢,促进骨骼和肌肉生长,预防肌肉痉挛,为运动者提供更好的营养选择。
为实现上述发明的目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:

其中,三七提取物可以是五加科植物三七Panax notoginseng (Burk.)F.H.Chen的根、根茎或茎叶,经水或乙醇提取制备得到的提取物;人参提取物可以是人工种植五加科植物人参Panax ginseng C. A. Mey不同生长年限内的根或根茎,经水或乙醇提取制备得到的提取物。
所述支链氨基酸为亮氨酸、缬氨酸和异亮氨酸按质量比3:1:1的混合物。
所述B族维生素为维生素B1、B2、B6和烟酸按质量比(10~15):(10~15):(10~15):(150~200)的混合物。B族维生素来源可以是其可商业化应用的化合物形式。
所述聚维酮是聚维酮K30~K90,优选型号K30。
所述聚乙二醇(PEG)是PEG4000~PEG8000,优选型号PEG6000。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种运动型营养补充剂的制备方法,通过下述步骤制备:
(1)按下列重量份的原料备料:三七提取物100~200份、人参提取物100~200份、醋酸钙200~300份、水解蛋黄粉200~300份、玉米低聚肽粉300~500份、支链氨基酸0~500份、牛磺酸5~10份、左旋肉碱50~100份、B族维生素1~2份、氯化钠200~300份、柠檬酸钾200~300份、低聚异麦芽糖2000~3000份、三氯蔗糖10~20份、麦芽糊精1000~2000份、聚维酮50~200份、聚乙二醇50~100份;
(2)将三氯蔗糖、三七提取物、人参提取物、醋酸钙、水解蛋黄粉、玉米低聚肽粉、支链氨基酸混合均匀,然后加入麦芽糊精,继续混合均匀,得到混合物料;
(3)将牛磺酸、左旋肉碱、氯化钠、柠檬酸钾和低聚异麦芽糖粉碎,过60目筛,再加入到步骤(2)的混合物料中,混合均匀;
(4)将聚维酮加水配制为质量浓度为10~20%的溶液,再加入到步骤(3)的混合物料中,经混合均匀,过20~30目筛制粒,50~60℃热风干燥,过24目筛整粒,得到颗粒;
(5)将聚乙二醇粉碎过80目筛,与B族维生素一起加入到步骤(4)制得的颗粒中,混合均匀,即得到运动型营养补充剂。
进一步地,本发明按上述方法制备的运动型营养补充剂,适合运动人群尤其是运动减肥人群补充营养使用,推荐每日1~2次,每次5~10g,运动前、后15~30min以200~300ml水溶解后饮用,溶解水温不宜超过60℃。
其中,三七提取物可增加组织尤其是肌肉组织的血液供应,有利于脂肪代谢和肌糖原合成,还能减少体内蛋白质分解,维持体内氨平衡;左旋肉碱提高脂肪在线粒体内膜的转运效率,促进脂肪分解代谢。三七提取物和左旋肉碱同时添加,进一步促进体内脂肪分解代谢和能量合成。
人参提取物能促进肝糖原向肌糖原的转化,提高肝脏和肌肉的糖原储量;牛磺酸促进心肌细胞能量代谢,二者合用,抗疲劳、保护心肌和提高耐缺氧能力作用增强。
醋酸钙溶解度大、钙吸收好、利用率高,主要用于补充钙质,预防由于运动过度导致的肌肉痉挛,长期使用还可以增加骨密度和促进骨骼生长;水解蛋黄粉作为骨代谢改善物质,在增强成骨细胞活性、促进骨质钙化的同时,抑制破骨细胞活性,使骨质保持良好的代谢平衡。醋酸钙与水解蛋黄粉同时添加,钙吸收和促进骨骼生长的作用增强。
玉米低聚肽为玉米蛋白水解产物,具有氨基酸种类丰富、吸收好、利用率高等优点,同时还具有抗氧化作用,对清除自由基、缓解运动疲劳、促进体力恢复具有明显效果;支链氨基酸为必需氨基酸,参与肌肉蛋白合成,人体主要通过外源补充。玉米低聚肽和支链氨基酸同时添加,补充蛋白质合成的必需氨基酸,缓解运动疲劳,促进肌肉生长。
维生素B1、B2、烟酸是能量代谢中不可缺少的成分,维生素B6有助于蛋白质的代谢和利用,添加后可促进人体能量转化和代谢。
氯化钠、柠檬酸钾主要作用是补充电解质,预防由于运动过度导致的脱水和电解质失衡。
低聚异麦芽糖甜味柔和,与三氯蔗糖合用,口感更接近蔗糖,代替高热量的蔗糖、葡萄糖等传统甜味剂,因所含能量较低,肥胖、糖尿病及其它需要控制能量摄入的人群均可以正常使用。此外,低聚异麦芽糖为人体不能利用的低聚糖,可促进肠道菌群生长,具有一定改善胃肠道功能,有利于缓解由于运动过度导致的胃肠道不适。
麦芽糊精、聚维酮、聚乙二醇主要作为辅料使用,其中,麦芽糊为填充剂,用以改善产品的冲调性;聚维酮为粘合剂,用于颗粒制粒;聚乙二醇为润滑剂,用以改善物料的流动性。
本发明提供的运动型营养补充剂,添加了预防运动后脱水的电解质补充剂、促进能量代谢和转化的维生素、促进脂肪分解代谢的中药提取物和营养素、促进骨骼和肌肉生长的蛋白质和氨基酸,添加了抗疲劳、保护心肌、提高耐缺氧能力的中药提取物和营养素,以及补充钙质、增加骨密度和预防肌肉痉挛的钙质和营养素,同时以低聚糖代替葡萄糖、蔗糖等高热量糖作为甜味剂,通过配方优化组合,在减少外源性能量物质摄入的同时,充分调动体内能量代谢系统,使运动营养更加全面,有利于运动人群尤其是运动减肥人群提高运动能力、缓解体力疲劳、促进体力恢复和养成健康体魄。
本发明具有的有益效果:本发明提供的组合物,减少高能量碳水化合物用量,通过添加促进能量代谢和转化的中药提取物和营养素,可充分调动体内能量代谢,促进体内脂肪分解,促进骨骼和肌肉生长,有效缓解运动疲劳,预防肌肉痉挛,提高运动能力,为运动爱好者尤其是运动减肥人群提供更好的营养选择。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例来对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1
(1)按下列重量份的原料备料:三七提取物150份、人参提取物100份、醋酸钙200份、水解蛋黄粉200份、玉米低聚肽粉350份、支链氨基酸150份、牛磺酸5份、左旋肉碱50份、B族维生素1份、氯化钠200份、柠檬酸钾250份、低聚异麦芽糖2000份、三氯蔗糖10份、麦芽糊精1150份、聚维酮K30 50份、PEG4000 50份;
所述支链氨基酸为亮氨酸、缬氨酸和异亮氨酸按质量比3:1:1的混合物。
所述B族维生素为维生素B1、B2、B6和烟酸按质量比12:10:15:180的混合物。
(2)将三氯蔗糖、三七提取物、人参提取物、醋酸钙、水解蛋黄粉、玉米低聚肽粉、支链氨基酸混合均匀,然后加入麦芽糊精,继续混合均匀,得到混合物料;
(3)将牛磺酸、左旋肉碱、氯化钠、柠檬酸钾和低聚异麦芽糖粉碎,过60目筛,再加入到步骤(2)的混合物料中,混合均匀;
(4)将聚维酮加水配制为质量浓度为10%的溶液,再加入到步骤(3)的混合物料中,经高速剪切混合均匀,过30目筛制粒,55℃热风干燥,过24目筛整粒,得到颗粒;
(5)将聚乙二醇粉碎过80目筛,与B族维生素一起加入到步骤(4)制得的颗粒中,混合均匀,即得到运动型营养补充剂。
实施例2
(1)按下列重量份的原料备料:三七提取物100份、人参提取物200份、醋酸钙280份、水解蛋黄粉250份、玉米低聚肽粉500份、支链氨基酸400份、牛磺酸8份、左旋肉碱90份、B族维生素2份、氯化钠260份、柠檬酸钾200份、低聚异麦芽糖2700份、三氯蔗糖12份、麦芽糊精1500份、聚维酮K90 100份、聚乙二醇PEG8000 90份;
所述支链氨基酸为亮氨酸、缬氨酸和异亮氨酸按质量比3:1:1的混合物。
所述B族维生素为维生素B1、B2、B6和烟酸按质量比12:10:15:180的混合物。
(2)将三氯蔗糖、三七提取物、人参提取物、醋酸钙、水解蛋黄粉、玉米低聚肽粉、支链氨基酸混合均匀,然后加入麦芽糊精,继续混合均匀,得到混合物料;
(3)将牛磺酸、左旋肉碱、氯化钠、柠檬酸钾和低聚异麦芽糖粉碎,过60目筛,再加入到步骤(2)的混合物料中,混合均匀;
(4)将聚维酮加水配制为质量浓度为20%的溶液,再加入到步骤(3)的混合物料中,经高速剪切混合均匀,过20目筛制粒,60℃热风干燥,过24目筛整粒,得到颗粒;
(5)将聚乙二醇粉碎过80目筛,与B族维生素一起加入到步骤(4)制得的颗粒中,混合均匀,即得到运动型营养补充剂。
实施例3
(1)按下列重量份的原料备料:三七提取物200份、人参提取物120份、醋酸钙300份、水解蛋黄粉240份、玉米低聚肽粉400份、支链氨基酸300份、牛磺酸10份、左旋肉碱60份、B族维生素2份、氯化钠220份、柠檬酸钾250份、低聚异麦芽糖2000份、三氯蔗糖15份、麦芽糊精1000份、聚维酮K60 200份、聚乙二醇PEG6000 80份;
所述支链氨基酸为亮氨酸、缬氨酸和异亮氨酸按质量比3:1:1的混合物。
所述B族维生素为维生素B1、B2、B6和烟酸按质量比10:10:10:150的混合物。
(2)将三氯蔗糖、三七提取物、人参提取物、醋酸钙、水解蛋黄粉、玉米低聚肽粉、支链氨基酸混合均匀,然后加入麦芽糊精,继续混合均匀,得到混合物料;
(3)将牛磺酸、左旋肉碱、氯化钠、柠檬酸钾和低聚异麦芽糖粉碎,过60目筛,再加入到步骤(2)的混合物料中,混合均匀;
(4)将聚维酮加水配制为质量浓度为15%的溶液,再加入到步骤(3)的混合物料中,经高速剪切混合均匀,过30目筛制粒,55℃热风干燥,过24目筛整粒,得到颗粒;
(5)将聚乙二醇粉碎过80目筛,与B族维生素一起加入到步骤(4)制得的颗粒中,混合均匀,即得到运动型营养补充剂。
实施例4
(1)按下列重量份的原料备料:三七提取物150份、人参提取物180份、醋酸钙270份、水解蛋黄粉200份、玉米低聚肽粉300份、牛磺酸5份、左旋肉碱100份、B族维生素1.5份、氯化钠300份、柠檬酸钾280份、低聚异麦芽糖3000份、三氯蔗糖20份、麦芽糊精2000份、聚维酮K30120份、聚乙二醇PEG6000 100份;
所述支链氨基酸为亮氨酸、缬氨酸和异亮氨酸按质量比3:1:1的混合物。
所述B族维生素为维生素B1、B2、B6和烟酸按质量比11:10:12:180的混合物。
(2)将三氯蔗糖、三七提取物、人参提取物、醋酸钙、水解蛋黄粉、玉米低聚肽粉、支链氨基酸混合均匀,然后加入麦芽糊精,继续混合均匀,得到混合物料;
(3)将牛磺酸、左旋肉碱、氯化钠、柠檬酸钾和低聚异麦芽糖粉碎,过60目筛,再加入到步骤(2)的混合物料中,混合均匀;
(4)将聚维酮加水配制为质量浓度为10%的溶液,再加入到步骤(3)的混合物料中,经高速剪切混合均匀,过30目筛制粒, 60℃热风干燥,过24目筛整粒,得到颗粒;
(5)将聚乙二醇粉碎过80目筛,与B族维生素一起加入到步骤(4)制得的颗粒中,混合均匀,即得到运动型营养补充剂。
实施例5
(1)按下列重量份的原料备料:三七提取物180份、人参提取物130份、醋酸钙240份、水解蛋黄粉300份、玉米低聚肽粉380份、支链氨基酸500份、牛磺酸6份、左旋肉碱70份、B族维生素1份、氯化钠250份、柠檬酸钾300份、低聚异麦芽糖2100份、三氯蔗糖16份、麦芽糊精2000份、聚维酮K90 70份、聚乙二醇PEG8000 850份;
所述支链氨基酸为亮氨酸、缬氨酸和异亮氨酸按质量比3:1:1的混合物。
所述B族维生素为维生素B1、B2、B6和烟酸按质量比12:10:12:200的混合物。
(2)将三氯蔗糖、三七提取物、人参提取物、醋酸钙、水解蛋黄粉、玉米低聚肽粉、支链氨基酸混合均匀,然后加入麦芽糊精,继续混合均匀,得到混合物料;
(3)将牛磺酸、左旋肉碱、氯化钠、柠檬酸钾和低聚异麦芽糖粉碎,过60目筛,再加入到步骤(2)的混合物料中,混合均匀;
(4)将聚维酮加水配制为质量浓度为10%的溶液,再加入到步骤(3)的混合物料中,经高速剪切混合均匀,过30目筛制粒,50℃热风干燥,过24目筛整粒,得到颗粒;
(5)将聚乙二醇粉碎过80目筛,与B族维生素一起加入到步骤(4)制得的颗粒中,混合均匀,即得到运动型营养补充剂。
应用实例
取实施例5所得运动营养补充剂进行人体试验,以30名体育大学男子中长跑运动员为研究对象,实验采用双盲法进行研究,选取的受试者均为身体健康,生活习惯规律良好,年龄在19~22周岁,平均身高在(172.00±7.52)cm,平均体重为(62kg±3)kg;随机选取15名受试者为实验组(服用实施例中的运动营养补充剂),另外15名受试者为对照组(服用市场上以补充蛋白质和碳水化合物为主的能量补充剂产品),两组每天食用16g营养补充剂,连续食用2周,所有受试者每天完成的训练计划和项目相同。
受试者在试验运动前当天及实验结束第二天的同一时间内,第2周最后一天运动结束后15min采取取静脉血,用于测定安静时血清总睾酮(T)、血清肌酸激酶(CK)、血糖值,随后按运动计划进行运动能力测试(800米跑、100米跨步跳),运动前心率,运动后3分钟心率恢复情况;血清总睾酮(T)采用化学发光法测试,血清肌酸激酶(CK)采用酶动力学法测试,乳酸采用酶电极法,血糖采用葡萄糖氧化酶法。所以受试者的统计数据以平均数±标准差(Mean±SD)表示,采用组间T检验方法差异分析。
1、运动素质测试
按照平时训练计划对所有受试者进行测试,主要项目为在实验前、服用营养补充剂实验后同一时间内进行测试,并记录参试者的主观反映,表1为实验前后对照组、实验组800米跑、100米跨步跳运动能力的比较。

由表1可知,所有受试者在实验前运动能力没有明显差异,进行实验后运动量有所改善,对照组实验前、后相比较,发现在实验后100米跨步跳和800米跑比实验前分别减少7.38%、5.44%;实验组实验前、后相比较,发现在实验后100米跨步跳和800米跑比实验前分别减少19.88%、19.08%;与对照组相比,实验组在实验后100米跨步跳步数减少12.50%,800米跑时间缩短13.64%。此外,参考受试者的主诉情况,说明使用本发明实施例1中的运动营养补充剂可显著提高运动者的运动能力、减少肌肉和关节酸痛、预防肌肉痉挛发生。
2、运动受试者心率情况比较
对所有分组受试者在运动前安静状态,运动800米跑后3分钟,各测定一次心率,相关数据见表2。

由表2可知,运动前安静状态下对照组和实验组心率均无显著差异,运动结束后3分钟实验组心率恢复情况明显快于对照组;说明使用本发明提供的运动营养补充剂可快速恢复运动能力。
3、受试者血糖浓度的变化
受试者在运动前、运动结束后15分钟采血测试的血糖浓度变化见下表3。

由表3可见,受试者在运动前血糖浓度无明显的变化,运动后15分钟实验组受试者的血糖浓度显著高于对照组,而对照组中运动前和运动后15分钟血糖浓度无明显的差异,说明本发明提供的运动营养补充剂可有效促进体内糖原储存,为运动者提供能量。
4、受试者血清睾酮的变化
所有受试者在运动前和服用营养剂3周后第二天同一时间内,及在第3周最后一天训练结束15分钟后采静脉血,采用化学发光法测试血清睾酮的变化,见下表4。

由表4可见,受试者对照组和实验组在运动试验前的血清睾酮值无明显的差异,在服用不同补充运动营养补充剂后,实验组运动结束后15min测试的血清睾酮减少范围值明显低于对照组,运动后的恢复值也高于对照组,说明本发明提供的运动营养补充剂可升高运动后血清睾酮水平,有助于消除运动疲劳和恢复体能。
5、血清肌酸激酶(CK)测试结果
所有受试者在运动前和服用营养剂3周后的第2天同一时间内,及在第3周最后一天训练结束15分钟后采静脉血,采用酶动力学法测试,结果见表5。

由上表5可发现,实验前受试者的CK值无明显的差异,服用不同补充运动营养补充剂后,与对照组相比,实验组第二天恢复和运动结束15min的CK值显著性提高,说明本发明提供的运动营养补充剂能促进运动后骨骼肌机能的恢复,促进损伤组织的修复。
以上所有实施例及应用实例对本发明做了详细的描述,结果表明,本发明提供的运动型营养补充剂在缓解运动疲劳、提高运动耐力、增加能量物质储备、促进体内脂肪分解代谢、促进骨骼和肌肉生长、预防肌肉痉挛上有显著的改善作用。
Claims (7)
1.一种运动型营养补充剂,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料组成:三七提取物100~200份、人参提取物100~200份、醋酸钙200~300份、水解蛋黄粉200~300份、玉米低聚肽粉300~500份、支链氨基酸0~500份、牛磺酸5~10份、左旋肉碱50~100份、B族维生素1~2份、氯化钠200~300份、柠檬酸钾200~300份、低聚异麦芽糖2000~3000份、三氯蔗糖10~20份、麦芽糊精1000~2000份、聚维酮50~200份、聚乙二醇50~100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的运动型营养补充剂,其特征在于:所述支链氨基酸为亮氨酸、缬氨酸和异亮氨酸按质量比3:1:1的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的运动型营养补充剂,其特征在于:所述B族维生素为维生素B1、B2、B6和烟酸按质量比(10~15):(10~15):(10~15):(150~200)的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的运动型营养补充剂,其特征在于:所述聚维酮是聚维酮K30~K90。
5.根据权利要求1所述的运动型营养补充剂,其特征在于:所述聚乙二醇(PEG)是PEG4000~PEG8000。
6.权利要求1至5中任一一种运动型营养补充剂的制备方法,其特征在于通过下述步骤制备:
(1)按下列重量份的原料备料:三七提取物100~200份、人参提取物100~200份、醋酸钙200~300份、水解蛋黄粉200~300份、玉米低聚肽粉300~500份、支链氨基酸0~500份、牛磺酸5~10份、左旋肉碱50~100份、B族维生素1~2份、氯化钠200~300份、柠檬酸钾200~300份、低聚异麦芽糖2000~3000份、三氯蔗糖10~20份、麦芽糊精1000~2000份、聚维酮50~200份、聚乙二醇50~100份;
(2)将三氯蔗糖、三七提取物、人参提取物、醋酸钙、水解蛋黄粉、玉米低聚肽粉、支链氨基酸混合均匀,然后加入麦芽糊精,继续混合均匀,得到混合物料;
(3)将牛磺酸、左旋肉碱、氯化钠、柠檬酸钾和低聚异麦芽糖粉碎,过60目筛,再加入到步骤(2)的混合物料中,混合均匀;
(4)将聚维酮加水配制为质量浓度为10~20%的溶液,再加入到步骤(3)的混合物料中,经混合均匀,过20~30目筛制粒,50~60℃热风干燥,过24目筛整粒,得到颗粒;
(5)将聚乙二醇粉碎过80目筛,与B族维生素一起加入到步骤(4)制得的颗粒中,混合均匀,即得到运动型营养补充剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所得运动型营养补充剂的用法是:每日1~2次,每次5~10g,运动前、后15~30min以200~300ml水溶解后饮用,溶解水温不超过60℃。
