Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of animal medicine, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating porcine circovirus disease and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the 90 s of the 20 th century, people worldwide detected a novel porcine ringlet virus in sick pigs and some pigs without obvious clinical symptoms, unlike the known PCV separated by PK-15 cell culture contamination, the original PCV is named as circovirus type I (PCV-1), the newly appeared PCV related to clinical diseases is named as circovirus type II (PCV-2), the infection of PCV-2 can cause the postweaning Piglet Multisystemic Wasting Syndrome (PMWS), porcine dermatitis nephrotic syndrome (PNDS), porcine respiratory mixed disease, reproductive failure syndrome and the like, the meaning of the present porcine circovirus disease (PCVD) refers to the group disease or the disease related to PCV-2, VD in PCVD, PMWS is the most harmful to the swine industry, and causes losses in the swine industry of about 6 billion euros each year in Europe.
At present, a large number of traditional Chinese medicine formula researches are reported for treating porcine circovirus disease, and certain effects are obtained, for example, application number CN201310581614.9, a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating porcine circovirus disease and a preparation method thereof, discloses a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating porcine circovirus disease and a preparation method thereof, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition is prepared by mixing the following components in parts by weight: 15-35 parts of gentiana scabra bunge, 15-35 parts of artemisia anomala, 15-45 parts of asiatic moonseed rhizome, 15-35 parts of Chinese holly, 10-40 parts of poplar flower, 10-35 parts of cardamom, 15-45 parts of radix zanthoxyli, 15-35 parts of fructus evodiae, 15-35 parts of tree peony bark and 15-45 parts of liquorice; for example, application number CN201210305975.6 "a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating porcine circovirus disease and a preparation method thereof" discloses a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating porcine circovirus disease and a preparation method thereof, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine compound of the composition comprises the following components: the traditional Chinese medicine formula comprises astragalus membranaceus, isatis root, fructus forsythiae, honeysuckle, cordyceps sinensis polysaccharide, codonopsis pilosula, rhizoma atractylodis, angelica sinensis, fresh rehmannia root, coptis chinensis, grifola, poria cocos, bighead atractylodes rhizome, pericarpium citri reticulatae and herba epimedii, and although the traditional Chinese medicine formula has a curative effect on the porcine circovirus disease, the traditional Chinese medicine formula is unreasonable, and raw material components are inappropriate, so that the porcine circovirus disease is low in cure rate and easy to relapse.
