Traditional Chinese medicine feed additive for improving animal organism immunity, feed and preparation method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of feeds, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine feed additive for improving the immunity of an animal organism, a feed and a preparation method.
Background
With the rapid development of the breeding industry, the problems caused by diseases in large-scale breeding are increasingly prominent, especially immunosuppressive diseases, which can cause the immune functions in livestock and poultry to be defective, the immunity to be low or even disappear, the self-protection immune barrier is lost, the disease prevention capability is extremely poor, the organism is extremely susceptible to pathogenic microorganisms, and conditional pathogenic infection is easy to occur, so that various diseases are integrated, the disease condition is complicated, the treatment difficulty is high, the administration effect is poor, the disease condition is difficult to diagnose and cure repeatedly, and even the death rate is high.
There are many factors that cause immunosuppression in livestock and poultry, such as: the unreasonable application of antibiotics can cause damage to the heart, lung, liver, spleen, kidney and the like of internal organs of livestock and poultry, so that the internal organ balance is difficult to maintain, the body resistance is rapidly reduced, and various pathogenic diseases enter the livestock and poultry while being deficient; mycotoxins and other drugs are metabolized by the liver and excreted by the kidney, and when the liver and the kidney are damaged, toxin accumulation can be caused, so that the immune system is damaged and the immune response is strongly inhibited; the body can be immune tolerant after the wrong vaccine is inoculated, and further immune suppression is formed. The livestock and poultry diseases are more and more complicated due to the reasons, and the vaccine is difficult to take effect when being used, thereby causing great economic loss to farmers.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the technical problem that livestock and poultry in the prior art can generate immunosuppression, the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine feed additive for improving the immunity of animal organisms, a feed and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose of the invention, the embodiment of the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
on one hand, the embodiment of the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine feed additive for improving the immunity of animal organisms, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 10-20 parts of Chinese yam, 10-15 parts of codonopsis pilosula, 5-10 parts of liquorice, 5-10 parts of honeysuckle, 10-15 parts of isatis root, 10-20 parts of wolfberry, 10-15 parts of eucommia ulmoides and 10-20 parts of angelica sinensis.
According to the problems of low immune function and susceptibility to epidemic diseases of livestock and poultry under the condition of large-scale breeding, the traditional Chinese medicine formula is prepared as the feed additive through a large number of researches.
In the formula, the astragalus membranaceus is slightly warm in nature, enters lung, spleen, liver and kidney channels, benefits qi to raise yang, strengthens exterior and stops sweating, induces diuresis to alleviate edema, and can be used for treating the symptoms of qi and blood deficiency, such as spleen deficiency diarrhea, lung deficiency cough, spontaneous perspiration, night sweat, edema, blood arthralgia, carbuncle, cellulitis and non-astringency; the yam has mild property, enters spleen, lung and kidney channels, supplements qi and nourishes yin, tonifies spleen and kidney, and can secure essence and stop leukorrhagia; the codonopsis pilosula is neutral in nature, has the effects of invigorating spleen and tonifying lung, tonifying qi and promoting fluid production, and is mainly used for treating spleen and stomach weakness, poor appetite and loose stool and qi and blood deficiency; licorice root, radix Glycyrrhizae is neutral in nature, enters heart, spleen, lung and stomach meridians, regulates the middle warmer, relieves urgency, moistens lung, detoxifies toxicity, and coordinates the effects of the other drugs. The astragalus, the Chinese yam, the codonopsis pilosula and the liquorice are combined to play the functions of tonifying qi and spleen and improving the digestion and absorption functions of organisms, and are monarch drugs in the formula.
The honeysuckle is cold in nature, enters lung, heart, stomach and large intestine channels, clears away heat and toxic materials, cools and disperses wind heat, and can resist bacteria, viruses, relieve fever and enhance immunity; the isatis root is cold in nature, enters heart and stomach channels, has strong immunoregulation function, can promote spleen development, increase the number of white blood cells and lymphocytes, and promote synthesis and secretion of antibodies. Honeysuckle and isatis root are ministerial drugs in the prescription.
The medlar has mild nature, enters liver and kidney channels, can regulate immunity, and has the effects of resisting oxidation, resisting tumor, resisting fatigue, protecting liver, expelling toxin and the like; eucommia bark, cortex Eucommiae has warm nature, enters liver and kidney meridians, tonifies liver and kidney, and strengthens tendons and bones. The combination of the two can tonify liver and kidney, and the formula is used as an adjuvant drug.
The Chinese angelica, being a guiding drug in the formula, is warm in nature, enters liver, heart and spleen channels, can tonify blood, activate blood, moisten dryness and smooth intestines, and is mainly used for treating various diseases caused by blood abundance.
The whole formula uses the astragalus root, the yam, the codonopsis pilosula and the liquorice to tonify the middle-jiao and qi, promote the absorption capacity of the digestive system of the body and balance the cold and cool qi of the honeysuckle and the isatis root; the honeysuckle and the isatis root have the main effects of clearing heat and removing toxicity and are matched with monarch drugs for replenishing qi and invigorating spleen to achieve the effects of eliminating evil and strengthening body resistance and enhancing body immunity; the medlar and the eucommia bark eliminate liver and kidney symptoms caused by various toxins, remarkably improve the curative effect of the prescription and accelerate the recovery of sick livestock; dang Gui can tonify qi and blood, and strengthen the spleen-invigorating and stomach-harmonizing effect of monarch drug. The traditional Chinese medicine preparation mainly has the effects of strengthening the middle-jiao and replenishing qi, resisting virus and increasing qi, tonifying qi and blood, strengthening spleen and stomach by compatibility of the traditional Chinese medicines, achieves the effects of strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil, resisting virus and enhancing immunity, clearing heat and removing toxicity, strengthening heart and invigorating spleen and protecting liver and kidney by digestion and absorption of organs of a body, comprehensively regulates and rapidly improves the immunity of livestock and poultry, enhances the capability of the body for removing viruses, bacteria and other foreign matters, removes harmful substances in intestinal tract, can synergistically control immunosuppressive syndromes caused by mycotoxin and viral infection diseases such as ring disease, blue ear disease, pseudorabies, canine parvovirus, foot-and-mouth disease, influenza, diarrhea, bursal disease and the like, prevents and resists various diseases caused by viruses and bacteria in the growth process of livestock and poultry, and has good effect.
Compared with conventional chemical medicines, the traditional Chinese medicine feed additive has no toxic or side effect, does not generate drug resistance, and can be used as a feed additive for daily feed. In practical application, the traditional Chinese medicine formula is used as a feed additive and added into feed in an amount of 1 kg/ton of feed, and the feed is mixed with the feed for feeding livestock and poultry every month for 10 days, so that the disease resistance of the livestock and poultry can be obviously improved. According to investigation and statistics, during the epidemic period of African swine fever, no sick pig occurs in a pig farm in which the traditional Chinese medicine feed additive is mixed in the feed, and no sick chicken occurs in a chicken farm in which the traditional Chinese medicine feed additive is mixed in the feed during the epidemic period of the fowl plague, which shows that the traditional Chinese medicine feed additive can improve the antibody level of the livestock and poultry body, enhance the resistance of the livestock and poultry, and relieve the immune suppression syndrome caused by various reasons.
