Background
African swine fever is an acute, hemorrhagic, highly contagious disease caused by African swine fever virus infecting domestic pigs and various wild pigs (African wild pigs, European wild pigs, etc.). Has the characteristics of short disease course, high mortality rate of the most acute and acute infections of 100 percent and the like; it often presents with clinical symptoms of anorexia, hyperpyrexia (40-42 ℃), leukopenia, bleeding of skin and internal organs, high mortality, etc.
China is a big country for raising pigs and pork consumption, the marketing amount, the stocking amount and the pork consumption amount of live pigs are all in the top of the world, the total import amount of the pigs and pork products is huge every year, the trade with a plurality of countries is frequent, and the number of commodities carried by passengers is large and the types are mixed. Therefore, the risk of transferring the African swine fever into China is increased, and once the African swine fever is transferred, the direct and indirect loss caused by the African swine fever is immeasurable. Therefore, how to effectively prevent and control African swine fever is a key problem to be urgently solved in the current pig industry.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a Chinese herbal medicine preparation for preventing African swine fever virus, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
10-12 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 10-12 parts of codonopsis pilosula, 10-12 parts of honeysuckle, 8-10 parts of angelica sinensis, 8-10 parts of dandelion, 8-10 parts of fructus forsythiae, 4-6 parts of liquorice, 6-8 parts of folium isatidis and 8-10 parts of rehmannia glutinosa.
The astragalus can obviously increase the total number of white blood cells in blood, promote the phagocytic function and the bactericidal capacity of neutrophils and macrophages, obviously enhance cellular immunity and promote the lymphocyte transformation caused by phytohemagglutinin, concanavalin A, phytolaccin and the like; the codonopsis pilosula contains various chemical components such as saponin, cane sugar, starch, glucose, mucus, trace microbial alkali and the like, and has the effects of enriching blood, reducing blood pressure, tonifying middle-jiao and Qi and the like; the honeysuckle has the functions of resisting pathogenic microorganisms, resisting inflammation, detoxifying, regulating immunity, protecting liver, reducing blood fat and the like; the angelica can obviously enhance the phagocytic function of abdominal macrophage and the humoral immunity function of the organism, and the angelica polysaccharide has stronger activation effect on T lymphocyte, can obviously promote the proliferation of mouse lymphocyte, directly activates the T lymphocyte participating in antibody reaction, makes partial cell group become antibody secreting cell and has synergistic effect with the concanavalin.
The traditional Chinese veterinarian considers that the onset transformation of the African swine fever in the pig body can be treated by dialectically treating the upper jiao, the middle jiao, the lower jiao and the defense, qi, nutrient and blood. The 'deficiency-evil coordination' is a cause of disease occurrence, namely that the five internal organs in the traditional Chinese medicine are in deficiency and the virus enters the five internal organs in deficiency, so that the five internal organs are in excess and weak, and the disease resistance is weak; the Chinese herbal medicines can harmonize yin and yang, treat both principal and secondary aspects of diseases, enable the organism to be as same as the body in physique and immunity, and balance yin and yang, thereby achieving an ideal breeding state of 'having few diseases and being died'. Therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine composition adopts raw materials including astragalus, codonopsis pilosula, honeysuckle, angelica, dandelion, fructus forsythiae, liquorice, folium isatidis and rehmannia, can enhance the immunity of the organism, improve the disease resistance and achieve the purpose of preventing the African swine fever.

In the test, 80 piglets of 15-20kg are selected as test animals and are raised for a long time; 80 test animals were randomly divided into two groups, one group being a control group and two groups being test groups, each group being two replicates. The test group adds the Chinese herbal medicine preparation for preventing African swine fever virus prepared in the embodiment 4 into the feed, and the addition amount is 1t of feed and 1.5Kg of the Chinese herbal medicine preparation for preventing African swine fever virus prepared in the embodiment 4; the control group was fed with feed only. Wherein the feed in the test group and the control group is Hefeng pig feed, the two groups of animals are subjected to feeding management under the same condition, and the two groups of piglets are continuously fed for 40 days. After the test is finished, all the test pigs are deeply buried for harmless treatment.
The clinical observation indexes are as follows: the mental state, growth rate, morbidity and mortality of piglets are mainly observed, and the results are shown in table 1.
In the test process, because safety protection is not carried out, the control group and the test group are infected with the African swine fever virus, and the control group, the test group and the pig blood are detected to have the African swine fever virus. The mental state and the nutritional state of the piglets in the control group are poorer than those of the animals in the test group, and a large amount of death occurs. The Chinese herbal medicine preparation for preventing African swine fever virus prepared in example 4 is added into the feed for the test group, the death rate is not high, and the specific data are shown in Table 1.
