Description

Chicken feed for improving disease resistance and survival rate, preparation method and feeding method thereof
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention relates to the technical field of feed preparation, in particular to a chicken feed capable of improving disease resistance and survival rate, a preparation method and a feeding method thereof.
[ background of the invention ]
At present, in order to ensure that chickens grow quickly, chicken feed produced in factories is mostly used for feeding the chickens. The feed can ensure that the chickens can grow rapidly in a short time and reach the marketing standard as soon as possible. However, fast-growing chicken is rough in texture and poor in mouthfeel, and the breeder has a demand for chicken quality. Meanwhile, the artificial feed contains various growth hormones, so that although the growth speed of the chickens can be improved and the growth period can be shortened, the immunity of the chickens is greatly reduced by using a large amount of the feed. And the problems of frequent diseases, excessive drug residue content, ecological environment pollution, prohibited article addition and the like exist, and the meat safety of the poultry is seriously influenced.
With the improvement of living standard of people, people have higher requirements on the quality and flavor of chicken, and the chicken fed by using natural feed has excellent taste and local flavor. However, the problem of frequent diseases still exists, and in the prior art, antibiotics are mostly used for treating diseases of the broiler chickens, so that the taste of the chicken is influenced, and the health of eaters is also influenced to a certain extent.
[ summary of the invention ]
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a chicken feed for improving disease resistance and survival rate, a preparation method and a feeding method thereof, and aims to solve the problems that the existing feed contains too much hormone, the medicine residue exceeds the standard after a large amount of medicine is used, the immunity of chicken is reduced, the disease is frequently caused, the meat quality of chicken is rough, the taste is poor, the health and the safety of chicken are influenced and the like. The feed can effectively enhance the immunity and disease resistance of chicken, improve the survival rate, and greatly improve the meat quality of chicken, and the chicken has Chinese herbal medicine fragrance, rich nutrition and sufficient taste and flavor.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

Examples of the experiments
1. Detecting time and place
The detection time is from 30 days in 5 months in 2019 to 17 days in 6 months in 2019, the trigeminy villages of two rivers and towns in the Wuming area in Guangxi Nanning city, and the detection of related indexes is carried out by an animal health supervision institute in the Wuming area in Nanning city.
2. Test object and test standard
The Fengxiang chickens which are fed by the feed prepared by the invention for more than 3 months, have the age of more than 6 months and live weight of about 3000g are randomly selected.
The detection project is to detect the residual quantity of the fluoroquinolones in the muscle, an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method and No. 1025 bulletin-8-2008 of Ministry of agriculture are used for detecting the residual quantity of the fluoroquinolones in the animal-derived food, and the experiment is carried out under the environmental conditions of 22 ℃ and 65 percent by using an enzyme-labeling instrument (YQ-85), a table type low-speed centrifuge (YQ-77) and a vortex mixer (YQ-100) as main instruments, and after chicken is separated out, the detection is carried out under the conditions of solid state, refrigeration and no putrefaction.
3. The results are shown in Table 1 below
TABLE 1 test results report
Figure BDA0002937755030000091
As is clear from table 1, no fluoroquinolone drug residue was detected in the detection of fluoroquinolone drug residues in animal-derived foods by animal health supervision in the waring zone of nanning city in the feignal chicken fed with the feed prepared by the method of the present invention. Therefore, the feed prepared by the invention belongs to ecological and environment-friendly feed, can be used for being used in the breeding of chickens in a large amount, and does not generate harmful drug residues such as fluoroquinolone.
And 300 90-day-old chicks with good growth conditions are selected and divided into 6 groups, 50 chicks are fed for 3 months according to examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3, result data are recorded, and weight, hair color, taste, diseased number, dead number and survival rate result data are obtained and are counted as shown in the following table.
TABLE 2 comparison of feeding results of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3
Figure BDA0002937755030000101
As can be seen from Table 2, the survival rate of the chickens fed by the feed prepared by the invention is over 98 percent, and the number of the sick chickens is controlled to be below 2; and in most example 3, the survival rate reached 100%, which was 12% higher than that of comparative example 2. The disease resistance of the chicken is improved and the survival rate of the chicken is improved by the Chinese herbal medicine formula in the invention compared with the traditional Chinese herbal medicine formula in the comparative example 3, meanwhile, the mixture C, namely the Chinese herbal medicine residues and the liquid medicine C are used for feeding the Fengxiang chicken in the comparative example 1, the number of the diseased chicken is 4, the number of the dead chicken is 3, and the number of the dead chicken is lower than that of the other two comparative examples. The reason is that the effective components of glossy ganoderma, red date, astragalus root, isatis root, white vine, gardenia, grosvenor momordica fruit and the like are added into the Chinese herbal medicine components, so that the body constitution of the chicken can be effectively enhanced, and the effect of enhancing the disease resistance of the chicken can be achieved by using other Chinese herbal medicines as auxiliary materials. However, the weight of the chickens in the comparative example 1 is reduced probably because the feed lacks nutrients such as plant fibers, and the weight of the chickens in the comparative example 3 is increased because the hormone content in the chickens is increased, the growth of the chickens is stimulated, and the weight of the chickens is increased.
In conclusion, the chicken tastes of the chicken in the examples 1 to 3 are better than those of the chicken in the comparative examples 1 to 3, so that the self-made feed can improve the taste of the chicken, the feather color is bright, the feed prepared by the invention can achieve the extreme effects on color, smell and taste, and healthy, organic and ecological broiler chickens can be produced.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made in the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present invention shall be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
