Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of chicken feeding, in particular to a method for promoting laying hens
A Chinese herbal medicine additive for improving egg quality and its feeding method are provided.
Background
China is a big laying hen breeding country, and eggs are always the largest egg consumer goods in China. At present, with the development of the laying hen breeding industry in China, the laying hen breeding scale is larger and the breeding density is larger and larger. In the current large-scale breeding environment, the breeding density, the epidemic prevention level and the like can generate layer-by-layer influence on the immune system of the laying hens, and the increase of the breeding density enables some germs harmful to the laying hens to obtain the opportunity of breeding, so that the organism of the laying hens is damaged, the morbidity of various diseases is increased, and the economic benefit of farmers is further influenced. The use of the antibiotics reduces the incidence of diseases, promotes the growth of the laying hens and has a promoting effect on the laying hen breeding industry. However, in order to prevent the cultivation cost from being too high and increase the economic benefit, some farmers add antibiotics in the cultivation process without limitation, so that drug residues are generated in the eggs, the safety of the quality of the eggs is affected, and the food safety and the human health are threatened. Human beings transfer residual drugs to human bodies by eating the egg and meat products, and bring immeasurable harm to the human bodies over time, such as carcinogenesis, teratogenesis, mutagenesis and the like. Moreover, the use of a large amount of antibiotics can cause the drug resistance of germs to be higher and higher, and finally super bacteria which are difficult to eliminate appear, so that the germs suffer endless.
With the innovation and development of production technology, various advanced industrial technologies are continuously combined with the traditional breeding industry, so that the traditional breeding industry is greatly changed, and the breeding industry relying on human resources is changed into the breeding industry relying on advanced equipment and management concepts. The improvement of breeding technology and management leads the breeding efficiency to be rapidly improved, the quantity of eggs is no longer a problem worried by farmers, and the quality of eggs becomes a first problem concerned by large breeding enterprises and consumers. Various egg products such as non-resistant eggs, selenium-rich eggs, primary egg laying and the like appear in the market and are deeply favored by consumers.
Under such a large environment, the breeding industry will meet a new wave of reform heat tide. Namely, on the premise of ensuring the quantity of livestock and poultry products, high-quality products which are satisfied by consumers are produced. In recent years, Chinese herbal medicine preparations and fermented feeds have been continuously proposed to have unique effects in cultivation, and have been proved to be applied to production processes. People are aware that in the culture process, Chinese herbal medicine additives and fermented feed also have some micro-ecological preparations, plant essential oil and the like, which can not only replace the functions of antibiotics for resisting diseases and promoting growth, but also improve the quality of meat, eggs, milk and the like of livestock and poultry. On the one hand, the negative effects of the use of antibiotics on animals, human beings and the environment are reduced, on the other hand, the development of the breeding industry is promoted, and therefore, the antibiotic substitutes are absolutely indispensable in future breeding.
Chinese patent CN100539867C discloses a formula of a Chinese herbal medicine additive for promoting egg laying and improving egg quality, wherein the additive is prepared from Chinese herbal medicines of codonopsis pilosula, Chinese angelica, Chinese dodder seed, marigold, Chinese yam, poria cocos, medlar, basil, rhizoma atractylodis, prepared rhizome of rehmannia, motherwort, spina date seed, astragalus, dandelion and liquorice, and mainly has the main effects of reducing the cholesterol content of eggs, promoting egg laying and improving the egg quality, has little effect on promoting the growth of laying hens, and cannot thoroughly solve the problems of antibiotic-free breeding, antibiotic-free feeding and the like.

For example, the extract of dried radix astragali contains amino acids such as proline, cystine, serine, and glycine. The hawthorn contains 15 trace elements such as copper, iron, cobalt, manganese, zinc and the like, 6 major elements such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, sodium and the like, and 17 amino acids, so that the hawthorn is very rich in nutrition. The wheat kernels, the astragalus membranaceus and the ephedra can promote digestion and absorption of gastrointestinal tracts, and the Chinese herbal medicines with rich nutrition are prepared into additives to be added into the feed, so that the content of vitamins, amino acids and minerals in the feed can be increased, the cost of the feed is reduced, and the product quality of animals and the utilization rate of the feed can be improved. Chinese herbal medicines such as Chinese yam, malt and the like are added into the daily ration of the broiler chicken, so that the digestion and absorption of the broiler chicken can be promoted, the appetite is enhanced, and the growth and development of the broiler chicken are promoted. Researches show that the addition of the Chinese herbal medicines of the dried orange peel, the medicated leaven, the hawthorn and the agastache rugosus into the daily ration of the laying hens increases the eggshell hardness and the egg white calcium content of the laying hens and reduces the egg breaking rate and the cholesterol content.
2. The metabolism is regulated, the anti-stress capability is enhanced, the production of livestock and poultry is intensified, and the heat stress becomes an important factor influencing the production of laying hens. The generation of stress seriously affects the production performance of laying hens and the product quality of eggs, and even leads to the death of the hens. The research shows that the weight of the chicken is reduced by 32.6 percent, the meat-feed ratio is increased by 25.6 percent, and the feed intake is reduced by 16.4 percent after the chicken generates heat stress. The heat stress caused the egg weight of the egg to decrease by 3.24%, the eggshell weight to decrease by 9.93%, and the eggshell thickness to decrease by 1.2%. Anti-stress additives are effective means to cope with heat stress. Some active ingredients of the Chinese herbal medicines have the effects of resisting and relieving stimulus sources, and can maintain the internal environment homeostasis of the laying hens and regulate the metabolism of organisms so as to relieve heat stress. The influence of the Chinese herbal medicine anti-stress additive and the western medicine anti-heat stress additive on the production performance of animals with heat stress does not have difference, so the Chinese herbal medicine is very ideal as the anti-heat stress additive. According to the invention, the Chinese herbal medicine additive is added into the daily ration, so that the productivity of the laying hens in high-temperature seasons is improved, the heat stress is relieved, the feed intake and the laying rate of the laying hens are increased, the feed-egg ratio and the egg breakage rate are reduced, and the egg quality is improved.

The Chinese herbal medicine preparation can remarkably improve the immunity level of broiler chickens, 0.1-0.3% of the Chinese herbal medicine preparation is added into a test group, the G value of the produced immunoglobulin can be remarkably improved by 25.52-32.43%, the M value of the produced immunoglobulin can be remarkably improved by 32.72-41.62%, the A value of the produced immunoglobulin can be remarkably improved by 17.19-24.71%, the immune antibody titer of Newcastle disease can be improved by 0.95-1.57%, the immune antibody titer of bird flu H5 can be improved by 0.56-0.87, and the immune antibody titer of bird flu H9 can be improved by 0.80-1.41. In some chicken farms, an immunopotentiator compounded by a plurality of Chinese herbal medicines such as astragalus, codonopsis pilosula, liquorice and the like is added into feed to strengthen the deficiency of the immunity of laying hens or broilers, strengthen the physique of the chickens, reduce the morbidity and ensure the production.
4. The production performance is improved, the quality of the product is improved, the Chinese herbal medicine has small toxic and side effects, low residue and strong safety, and can be accepted by people more securely when being used as a feed additive. In the process of raising chickens, the Chinese herbal medicine additive is applied to daily ration, so that the laying rate of the chickens can be improved, the egg quality and the meat quality of the chickens can be improved, the egg breaking rate and the soft egg rate can be reduced, the eggshell thickness can be increased, and the eating mouthfeel and the flavor of eggs and chicken can be improved. The Chinese herbal medicines can regulate the metabolism of fat, reduce the precipitation of the fat and improve the edible taste and flavor of the product. Researches show that the Chinese herbal medicines serving as additives added into the daily ration of the broiler chicken can improve the carcass fat deposition of the broiler chicken, reduce the fat content of the abdomen, improve the fat content of the breast muscle and increase the tenderness of chicken. The yolk index, the Ha's unit, the eggshell thickness, the eggshell strength and the like of the egg are all improved, which shows that the Chinese herbal medicines have certain health care effect on the reproductive system of the laying hen. The Chinese herbal medicine can improve the intestinal flora state of chicken flocks, maintain the steady state of intestinal tracts, increase the number and variety of intestinal probiotics and inhibit the breeding of harmful bacteria to the chicken flocks.
The compound Chinese herbal medicine preparation added into the laying hen feed can effectively increase the laying rate of laying hens, and the effect is best when the addition amount is 1.5%. The Chinese herbal medicine preparation with the concentration of 0.3 percent is added into the daily ration of the broiler chicken, so that the types of volatile components in the chicken can be increased, and the meat quality and the edible flavor of the chicken can be improved. Researches find that the production performance and the immunity level of the broiler chicken can be obviously improved by adding Chinese herbal medicine preparations with different doses in the daily feeding of the broiler chicken, and the effect is best when the addition amount is 1 percent. The Chinese herbal medicine additive is added into daily ration of the laying hens according to a certain proportion, the laying rate of the laying hens is obviously increased, compared with the production record of the laying hens in the same period, the production record of the laying hens adopting the Chinese herbal medicine additive is improved by 13.16% in winter, 8.4% in summer, 9.2% in spring and autumn and the egg quality of the laying hens using the Chinese herbal medicine preparation is obviously improved.
