On the other hand, the invention also provides a preparation method of the pet food for losing weight, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: mixing the raw materials of the soybean protein concentrate, the soybean protein isolate and the fruit and vegetable powder in proportion, adding 2-3 times of water in the total parts of the three raw materials, curing at 120 ℃ for 20min, cooling to 50-60 ℃, adding probiotics and protease for enzymolysis for 2-5h to obtain a mixture A; mincing chicken and fish with a meat mincer, and finely grinding with a colloid mill to obtain a meat emulsion mixture B; mixing the mixture A and the mixture B with the rest raw materials, and feeding the mixture into a bulking machine for bulking, granulating and drying to obtain granular pet food; and sieving and packaging the granular pet food to obtain the weight-reducing pet food.
The invention discloses the function of part of components in pet food for losing weight:
konjak flour: the konjac flour is extracted from rhizomes of konjac, the main component of the konjac flour is glucomannan which is water-soluble cellulose, and unlike starch, the glucomannan cannot be digested by animals and cannot be absorbed and metabolized, so that satiety is strong but energy is low. In addition, glucomannan can accelerate gastrointestinal peristalsis, help intestinal absorption, and has effects of loosening bowel to relieve constipation.
Hop extract: the flos Lupuli has effects of invigorating stomach, resolving food stagnation, promoting diuresis and tranquilizing. The hop extract has antitumor, antioxidant, antibacterial, and free radical scavenging effects, and can be used as food additive for preventing food spoilage.
Black tea polyphenols: the black tea is a fully fermented tea, and recently is found to play the health-care effects of reducing fat and losing weight in several aspects of regulating lipid metabolism, improving blood fat, improving oxidative stress indexes, regulating intestinal flora and the like. Black tea polyphenol is one of main functional components, and is reported to improve phosphorylation of adenosine activated protein kinase in liver by increasing total amount of short chain fatty acid in intestinal tract, thereby improving obesity induced by high fat diet. In addition, another article reports that the black tea polyphenol can promote lipid excretion in human excrement, thereby achieving the effects of reducing blood fat and losing weight.
Nuciferine: the lotus leaf is the dry leaf of lotus of the family of the lotus, is homologous in medicine and food, and is used for tea drink preparation and traditional Chinese medicine treatment. The lotus leaf extract is reported to be capable of reducing body weight, blood sugar and lipid levels, thereby achieving the effect of losing weight. The main components of the lotus leaves comprise alkaloids, flavonoids, terpenoids and the like, wherein the nuciferine is an isoquinoline alkaloid rich in the lotus leaves and is one of important functional components of the lotus leaves for generating pharmacological action.
Phytosterol: phytosterols are an important component of plant cells, and are reported to have physiological functions of reducing blood lipid, reducing cholesterol, resisting oxidation, enhancing immunity and the like. It was found that the intake of 2g of phytosterol per day by adults reduced the concentration of LDL cholesterol by about 10%.

The pet food for losing weight is prepared from seventeen components including konjac powder, egg white, feeding-attracting hydrolyzed protein powder, chicken, fish, soybean protein concentrate, soybean protein isolate, fruit and vegetable powder, glycerol, a hop extract, a traditional Chinese medicine extract, a compound premix, probiotics, protease, black tea polyphenol, nuciferine and phytosterol. The pet food has a reasonable formula from the viewpoint of taking nutrition and weight loss of pets into consideration, and specifically, 1) the konjac flour which is strong in satiety and low in energy and has the effect of relaxing bowels is added; 2) The egg white, the phagostimulant hydrolyzed protein powder, the chicken, the fish, the soybean protein concentrate and the soybean protein isolate provide high-quality protein, multiple vitamins, enzymes and minerals, and simultaneously reduce the intake of fat, thereby being beneficial to the growth and development of pet muscles; 3) The fruit and vegetable powder is rich in dietary fiber, various vitamins and trace elements, and can stimulate the digestive tract to regulate gastrointestinal motility and increase immunity; 4) The black tea polyphenol, nuciferine and phytosterol can regulate lipid metabolism to achieve the effect of losing weight. The pet food has good palatability, can effectively reduce the weight of the obese pet dog, and obviously improves the abnormality of serum lipid metabolism indexes of the obese pet dog. Test example 1
1 test grouping
The experiment adopts a 9-score BCS scoring system to evaluate the obesity condition of the Corkyard dogs, the Corkyard dogs with the BCS score of more than 7 are considered to be obese, 12 obese Corkyard dogs which are about 2 years old and have the BCS score of more than 7 are selected as experimental animals, the animals are randomly and evenly divided into 3 groups, and each group comprises 4 animals, namely a commercially available common pet food feeding group, a commercially available weight-reducing pet food feeding group and a weight-reducing pet food feeding group. Before the experiment, the weight and the BCS score of all groups of Corkyu dogs have no significant difference. The whole test period is 2 months, all groups of the coxiella pellegrina are fed under the same environment, and the cockroaches are fed freely and drink water freely, and the outdoor activity time of about 30min per day is guaranteed. The change in daily average feed intake for each group of corgi dogs was analyzed before and after changing the diet, and all corgi dogs were weighed every 2 weeks during the test period. After the test is finished, blood of all the Corkyps is collected, and indexes of cholesterol and triglyceride in the blood are measured.
2 data analysis
The data were analyzed using GraphPad Prism 7.0 software Student's t-test and the results are expressed as mean ± standard deviation, with (P < 0.05) indicating significant differences.
3 results
3.1 palatability analysis
The average daily feed intake of 12 Caucasian dogs before and after the test is counted, and the palatability of the weight-reducing pet food is analyzed. As can be seen from Table 1, compared with the test results, the feed intake of all groups of the Cocky dogs has no obvious change, which shows that the test results show that the common pet food sold in the market, the weight-reducing pet food sold in the market and the weight-reducing pet food of the invention have good palatability. In addition, the mental state and the foraging state of the coxiella peltata are observed during the test period, and the mental state of the coxiella peltata is found to be better, and no hunger sensation and four-position foraging phenomenon exist after the coxiella peltata is eaten.

3.2 body weight analysis
As can be seen from Table 2, the weight of the corgi dogs after two months in the commercial ordinary pet food feeding group and the commercial weight-reducing pet food feeding group is basically consistent with that before the test; when the weight-reducing pet food prepared in example 1 was fed to the weight-reducing pet food feeding group, the weight of the pet dog was reduced by 7.19% after feeding for 2 months, which indicates that the weight-reducing pet food of the present invention is beneficial to the weight reduction of the pet dog.

3.3 blood index analysis
The blood before and after the test of the Cokyo dog is subjected to biochemical detection, and the result shows that compared with the blood before the test, the concentration of cholesterol and triglyceride in the serum of a commercial ordinary pet food feeding group has no obvious change; the serum cholesterol concentration of the commercial weight-reducing pet food-fed corgi dogs is obviously reduced compared with that before the test, but the content of triglyceride is not obviously changed compared with that before the test; compared with the concentration before the test, the concentrations of the cholesterol and the triglyceride in the serum of the corgi dog fed by the weight-reducing pet food are both remarkably reduced, which shows that the weight-reducing pet food can effectively reduce the cholesterol and the triglyceride in the blood of the pet dog to be in a normal range.

In summary, the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the weight-reducing pet food has good palatability, and the food consumption of pet dogs before and after changing the food for feeding has no significant difference.
2. The weight-reducing pet food effectively reduces the weight of the obese pet dog and obviously improves the abnormality of serum lipid metabolism indexes of the obese pet dog.
Test example 2
To further illustrate the weight loss effect of the pet food for weight loss in accordance with the present invention, animal experiments on pet cats are provided below for illustration.
The test animals are 1 Jin Jianceng male cat which is sterilized for 1 year and a half, the living environment, the feeding time and the feeding amount of the pet cat before and after the test are kept consistent, and the pet cat can eat freely and drink freely. The test period is 2 months, the weight of the pet cat is respectively measured before and after the test, the measurement time is 10 am, and the weight loss rate calculation formula is (the weight of the pet cat before the test-the weight of the pet cat after the test)/the weight of the pet cat before the test. Feed intake, defecation, mental status of the pet cats were observed during the test period. It was found through analysis that the food consumption of the pet cats fed the diet pet food prepared in example 1 of the present invention was not significantly different from that fed the commercial ordinary pet food. After the pet food for losing weight prepared in the embodiment 1 of the invention is fed for 2 months, the weight loss rate is 6.86%, which shows that the pet food has obvious weight-losing effect. During the test period, the pet cats have normal defecation times and do not have the phenomena of loose stools and soft stools. Before the test, jin Jianceng male cats are easy to be tired, have little exercise, are cachectic and slow in movement, and after the test is finished, the mental states of the pet cats are improved, and the activity is increased compared with the activity before the test.

Claims (9)
1. The pet food for losing weight is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of konjac powder, 10-20 parts of egg white, 10-20 parts of phagostimulant hydrolyzed protein powder, 10-20 parts of chicken, 5-10 parts of fish, 20-40 parts of soybean protein concentrate, 20-40 parts of soybean protein isolate, 2-10 parts of fruit and vegetable powder, 1-5 parts of glycerol, 1-5 parts of hop extract, 1-4 parts of traditional Chinese medicine extract, 1-5 parts of compound premix, 1-2 parts of probiotics, 1-2 parts of protease, 1-2 parts of black tea polyphenol, 1-2 parts of nuciferine and 1-2 parts of phytosterol.

The pet food for losing weight according to claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15 parts of konjaku flour, 15 parts of egg white, 15 parts of phagostimulant hydrolyzed protein powder, 15 parts of chicken, 8 parts of fish meat, 25 parts of soybean protein concentrate, 25 parts of soybean protein isolate, 5 parts of fruit and vegetable powder, 3 parts of glycerol, 3 parts of hop extract, 2 parts of traditional Chinese medicine extract, 2 parts of compound premix, 1 part of probiotics, 1 part of protease, 1 part of black tea polyphenol, 1 part of nuciferine and 1 part of phytosterol.
3. The pet food for losing weight according to claim 1, wherein the food calling hydrolyzed protein powder is one or more of chicken bone protein powder, pig bone protein powder and fishbone protein powder.
4. The pet food for losing weight according to claim 1, wherein the fruit and vegetable powder is one or more of sweet potato powder, carrot powder, spinach powder, tomato powder, pumpkin powder, chinese cabbage powder, apple powder, banana powder and peach powder.
5. The pet food for losing weight according to claim 1, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine extract is one or more of Chinese yam, bighead atractylodes rhizome, eucommia bark, codonopsis pilosula, astragalus membranaceus and coix seed.
6. The pet food for losing weight according to claim 1, wherein the compound premix comprises the following components in a compound trace element ratio: vitamin complex: angel yeast: glucose =1:1:5:50.
7. the pet food for losing weight according to claim 1, wherein the probiotics is one or more of lactobacillus, bifidobacterium and clostridium butyricum.
8. The pet food for losing weight according to claim 1, wherein the protease is one or more of papain, alkaline protease, and pancreatin.

The method for preparing the pet food for losing weight according to claim 1, comprising the following steps of: mixing the raw materials of the soybean protein concentrate, the soybean protein isolate and the fruit and vegetable powder in proportion, adding 2-3 times of water in the total parts of the three raw materials, curing at 120 ℃ for 20min, cooling to 50-60 ℃, adding probiotics and protease for enzymolysis for 2-5h to obtain a mixture A; mincing chicken and fish with a meat mincer, and finely grinding with a colloid mill to obtain a meat emulsion mixture B; mixing the mixture A and the mixture B with the rest raw materials, and feeding the mixture into a bulking machine for bulking, granulating and drying to obtain granular pet food; and sieving and packaging the granular pet food to obtain the weight-reducing pet food.
