Fermented ration for reducing weight of cats and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention provides fermented ration for losing weight of cats and a preparation method thereof, relates to cat food and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of animal feed production.
Background
With the development of economy in China, GDP (gas dynamic pressure) is improved year by year, pet economy is vigorously developed, and a large number of researches show that obesity of pet cats can seriously affect the appearance and animal welfare of the pet cats, reduce the quality of life, and have a plurality of actual and serious health risks, and can have a plurality of adverse effects on the health and the service life of the pet cats. Obesity itself has a close relationship with the occurrence of many diseases including osteoarticular diseases, diabetes, cardiopulmonary diseases, urinary system diseases, reproductive system diseases, metabolic diseases, tumors (breast tumors, transitional cell carcinoma), dermatological diseases, and anesthetic complications. In developed countries, veterinary communities have formed consensus on being a significant health problem for obesity in pets. With the intensive research of obesity problems, more and more people consider that obesity problems have become the first killer threatening the health of pets. The U.S. national chief researcher Ernie Ward doctor explicitly states that: "currently, the pet obesity problem is the greatest threat to the health of us pets.
Eurotium cristatum (Eurotium cristatum, E.cristatum) is also known as golden flower fungus, belongs to the phylum ascomycota, the order Ascomycetes, the order Aspergillus, the family Aspergillus, the genus Eurotium, is a dominant strain obtained by the process of "growing flowers" of Fuzhuan tea under certain temperature and humidity conditions. In the fermentation process of Fuzhuan tea, eurotium cristatum can secrete a plurality of extracellular enzymes, so that the fermented product has special flavor and color. The Eurotium cristatum not only can improve the color, fragrance and taste of Fuzhuan tea, but also can reduce cholesterol, resist oxidation and reduce blood sugar. Researches show that the Eurotium cristatum has the activities of resisting oxidation, inhibiting bacteria, reducing blood fat, producing enzymes and the like, and the fermentation of the Eurotium cristatum can improve the biological activity of a fermented product. Studies show that the fermentation product of the Eurotium cristatum contains lipid-lowering substances and can relieve the chronic kidney disease of high-fat rats by relieving skeletal muscle insulin resistance; enzymes in the fermentation liquor have an inhibiting effect on the activity of lipase, so that the digestion and metabolism of fat are prevented, and the effect of losing weight is achieved; in addition, the fermentation product obtained by the Eurotium cristatum has certain anti-inflammatory potential and anti-tumor activity.
