本发明公开了一种含南瓜酵素的饮料及其制备方法。该含南瓜酵素的饮料及其制备方法,以桃胶、南瓜、玛咖、山茱萸、绞股蓝、西洋参、罗汉果、水为活性成分,按一定的重量份数制成。该含南瓜酵素的饮料,各原料优势互补,利用其相互间的协同或抵抗作用提高疗效,共凑益气补血、清心润肺、健脾益中、滋肝补肾之效,可减少体内有害自由基对细胞的损伤,改善皮肤新陈代谢,排出有害毒素,使人体气血充盈、肝肾脾肺营和有度,消除疲劳感,改善身体机能,具有提高人体免疫力、延缓衰老、祛斑美容、减少皮肤细纹和干裂、使面部皮肤滋润有光泽、富有弹性的美容养颜作用。

背景技术
伴随着社会工业化进程的推进,人们的生活环境不断恶化、生存压力日益增大,加之不健康的作息生活方式,越来越多的人出现了身体亚健康状态,睡眠不好,精神紧张,或者出现了各类皮肤问题或是容颜早衰现象。针对上述情况,很多人会选择服用一些滋补保健品,但目前市面上的这些滋补保健品成分大都不明确,甚至是含有兴奋剂,长期服用不仅具有一定的副作用,而且人们还会对药物产生恐惧感和依赖性,不能从根本上解决问题。另一方面,随着人们生活水平的提高,保健意识的加强,人们已经越来越倾向于将药食两用的天然植物通过合理的工艺制成饮用简单、具有保健功能的饮料,但是目前市面上的饮料大多功能单一,人们饮用后保健效果不好,或者是含糖量较高,不适合糖尿病人饮用,不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种调节人体免疫力、改善人们体质、美容养颜、延缓衰老、口感清爽、酸甜适口又不会使血糖升高、适合普通人群和糖尿病人群饮用的含南瓜酵素的饮料及其制备方法。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种含南瓜酵素的饮料及其制备方法,由以下重量份数的原料制成:桃胶20-25份、南瓜50-65份、玛咖10-15份、山茱萸10-15份、绞股蓝15-20份、西洋参5-10份、罗汉果35-40份、水800-1000份。
该含南瓜酵素的饮料,其优选的各原料的重量配比为:桃胶22.5份、南瓜57.5份、玛咖12.5份、山茱萸12.5份、绞股蓝17.5份、西洋参7.5份、罗汉果37.5份、水900份。
该含南瓜酵素的饮料的制备方法,采用如下步骤:
(1)原料准备:
称取上述重量份数的桃胶、南瓜、玛咖、山茱萸、绞股蓝、西洋参和罗汉果用水洗净,然后沥干;
(2)制备中药提取液:
(2-1)将步骤(1)洗净沥干后的玛咖、山茱萸、绞股蓝、西洋参和罗汉果分别粉碎至80-100目后,加入250-300份的水,加热至80-100℃提取40-120分钟后,使用800-1000目筛网过滤,得一次滤液和一次滤渣;
(2-2)将步骤(1-1)过滤后得到的一次滤渣再次加入150-200倍重量的水,加热至80-100℃提取30-60分钟后,使用800-1000目筛网过滤,得二次滤液和二次滤渣;
(2-3)将步骤(1-1)、步骤(1-2)制得的一次滤液和二次滤液合并得中药提取液,备用;
(3)制备桃胶溶液:
(3-1)将步骤(1)洗净沥干后的桃胶分割成大拇指大小的块状;
(3-2)将步骤(3-1)制得的块状桃胶中加入100-150份水,常温下浸泡溶胀8-10个小时后,在80-100℃下搅拌加热30-40分钟,得桃胶溶液;
(4)制备南瓜酵素:
(4-1)将步骤(1)洗净沥干后的南瓜去籽,切成1厘米以下的南瓜丁,备用;
(4-2)将步骤(4-1)制得的南瓜丁加入发酵罐中,加入50-100份水,在25-34℃条件下发酵60-80天,发酵期间每天查看发酵罐,排出发酵过程产生的气体;
(4-3)将步骤(4-2)制得的发酵液使用800-1000目筛网滤除南瓜渣,即得南瓜酵素;
(5)制备合并液:
(5-1)将步骤(2-3)制得的中药提取液、步骤(3-2)制得的桃胶溶液、步骤(4-3)制得的南瓜酵素混合得合并液,边搅拌边向合并液中加入体积浓度为90%的乙醇,使合并液的乙醇浓度达到50%,静置24小时后,使用800-1000目筛网过滤,得合并液滤液;
(5-2)将步骤(5-1)制得的合并液滤液经减压浓缩回收乙醇,浓缩至无乙醇味,得浓缩液;
(5-3)将步骤(5-2)制得的浓缩液中加入澄清剂,搅拌均匀,静置24小时,使用800-1000目筛网过滤,得澄清液;
(5-4)将步骤(5-3)制得的澄清液,5℃下静置24小时,使用800-1000目筛网过滤,得澄清液滤液;
(5-5)将步骤(5-4)制得的澄清液滤液兑入剩余的水,搅拌均匀后灭菌、分装,即得该含南瓜酵素的饮料。
所述澄清剂由羧甲基纤维素、海藻酸钠和魔芋胶组成。
步骤(4-2)中所述发酵罐包括一罐体,在罐体的顶部和底部开口处分别设有一顶盖和一底盖,在罐体的顶盖上设有一排气结构;所述底盖的两侧顶部分别与一气缸的活塞杆端部相铰接,在罐体的底部两侧分别固设有一连接杆,所述连接杆的另一端分别与两气缸的缸体相铰接;在底盖中部设有一出液口,在出液口上方的底盖内侧表面罩设有一滤网;所述排气结构包括嵌设在顶盖中间的一外筒,在外筒的内侧中心设有一内筒,所述内筒的外壁通过若干根连接筋与外筒的内壁固连,在内筒的侧壁两侧分别开设有一透气通道,在内筒的内侧设有一封堵栓,封堵栓的顶部两侧分别向外侧沿伸设有一挂耳,所述封堵栓通过两挂耳悬挂在两透气通道内,在内筒的上部内侧螺纹插设有一调节栓,在调节栓底部与封堵栓之间设有一弹簧,在调节栓的顶部表面设有一调节槽。
用法用量:每天饮用300-600毫升。
本发明所采用的各原料的药用性能如下所示:
桃胶:味甘、苦,性平。归大肠、膀胱经。具有补气固表、止汗脱毒、生肌、利尿、退肿之功。主治石淋,血淋,痢疾气虚乏力,中气下陷,久泻脱肛,便血崩漏,表虚自汗,糖尿病等。现代医学研究表明,桃胶的主要组成为胶原蛋白、白乳糖、鼠李糖、α-葡萄糖醛酸等,其内含的丰富胶原蛋白养颜美肤效果非常好,桃胶还具有清血降脂,润燥润肺,活血益气等功效,长期食用使皮肤水润有弹性,气色红润光泽;桃胶有足够的水溶性和适当的粘度,可用于配制水溶性胶粘剂,也可用作增稠剂、乳化剂。
南瓜:味甘,性温。入脾、胃经。具有补中益气、消炎止痛、化痰排脓、解毒杀虫、生肝气、益肝血、保胎之功。现代医学研究表明,南瓜中丰富的类胡萝卜素在机体内可转化成具有重要生理功能的维生素A,从而对上皮组织的生长分化、维持正常视觉、促进骨骼的发育具有重要生理功能;南瓜中的果胶可以保护胃肠道黏膜,保护胃肠道黏膜免受粗糙食品的刺激,而且果胶能和体内多余的胆固醇结合在一起使胆固醇吸收减少,血胆固醇浓度下降;南瓜含有丰富的钴,钴能活跃人体的新陈代谢,促进造血功能,并参与人体内维生素B12的合成,是人体胰岛细胞所必须的微量元素,对防治糖尿病,降低血糖有特殊的疗效;南瓜中所含的维生素C可防止硝酸盐在消化道中转变成致癌物质亚硝酸,有防癌的功效,能帮助肝、肾功能的恢复,增强肝、肾细胞的再生能力;南瓜中含有的甘露醇有通大便的作用,可减少粪便中毒素对人体的危害,防止结肠癌的发生;南瓜中含有丰富锌,锌参与人体内核酸、蛋白质合成,是肾上腺皮质激素的固有成分,是人体生长发育的重要物质;南瓜多糖是一种非特异性免疫增强剂,能提高机体免疫功能,促进细胞因子生成,通过活化补体等途径对免疫系统发挥多方面的调节功能。酵素在生物学上称作“酶”,是生物体内一类起催化作用的不可或缺的蛋白质,用南瓜制备得到的酵素可以平衡人体内分泌系统,帮助身体进行新陈代谢,排出老化废物,清理肠胃,提高人体免疫力,进而达到美容、瘦身、强体的效果。同时,南瓜在发酵过程中,大分子的营养物质会被分解成小分子,维生素、矿物质等营养元素会被充分释放出来,溶解在南瓜酵素中,便于人体吸收利用。

山茱萸:味酸,性微温。归肝、肾经。具有补益肝肾,收敛固脱之功。主治头晕目眩,耳聋耳鸣,腰膝酸软,遗精滑精,小便频数,虚汗不止,妇女崩漏。现代医学研究表明,山茱萸含有挥发性成分、有机酸类、环烯醚萜苷类、鞣质类、多糖、氨基酸、无机盐和维生素等多种化学成分,具有较强的生物活性和广泛的药理作用,具体体现为:山茱萸环烯醚萜苷对脑神经细胞具有显著的保护作用,能提高局灶性脑缺血模型大鼠的神经功能,抑制脑内炎性细胞因子增多,减少神经细胞凋亡,促进脑内血管内皮生长因子的表达;山茱萸中所含维生素C和多糖能够有效抑制油脂的氧化,有效清除氧化过程产生的自由基,在增强免疫、抗衰老、抗氧化以及保护肝脏等诸方面均具有良好的药理活性;山茱萸中的酚酸类化合物也具有较强的抑菌活性,其成分没食子酸是多种中草药抑菌特别是抑制金葡球菌的活性成分;目前山茱萸已经逐渐应用于补酒、口服液、饮料和果脯蜜饯、果酱、罐头等保健食品的生产中。
绞股蓝:味苦、甘,性凉。归肺、脾、肾经。具有清热,补虚,解毒之功。主治体虚乏力,虚劳失精,白细胞减少症,高脂血症,病毒性肝炎,慢性胃肠炎,慢性气管炎。现代医学研究证明,绞股蓝的主要有效成份是绞股蓝皂苷、绞股蓝糖苷(多糖)、水溶性氨基酸、黄酮类、多种维生素、微量元素、矿物质等,多为水溶性物质,能调节大脑皮质兴奋和抑制反应的平衡,对中枢神经系统有双向调节作用,具有镇静、催眠、抗紧张、解疲劳、增强记忆力的功效,对神经衰弱、偏头痛、心悸气短、胸闷肢麻、眩晕头痛、健忘耳鸣、等神经系统疾病有较好的疗效;所含绞股蓝皂苷能够有效地提高人的脑力劳动和体力劳动能力,起到抗疲劳,提高效率的作用,对注意力集中及长时间思考能力方面和对智力记忆力减退、老年人大脑功能减退方面均有明显改善作用,对思维迟钝、老年性痴呆等方面还有精神兴奋作用。
西洋参:味甘、微苦,寒,归肺、胃、心、肾经。具有补气养阴,清火生津之功。主治气虚阴亏火旺,咳喘痰血,虚热烦倦,内热消渴,口燥咽干。西洋参药性和缓,性寒凉,和人参的温热峻补不同,四季皆宜。现代医学研究表明,西洋参含有多种人参皂甙、洋参多糖及少量挥发油、维生素及微量元素等成分,具有抗疲劳、抗缺氧、增强机体抗病能力及促进蛋白质合成等作用;西洋参含有多种人参皂甙、洋参多糖及少量挥发油、维生素及微量元素等成分,能提高红细胞内超氧化物歧化酶活性,清除有害自由基,具有抗衰老、抗辐射、抗癌、抗疲劳的功效。
罗汉果:味甘,凉,归肺,脾经。具有清热润肺,化痰止咳,利咽,润肠通便之功。主治痰火咳嗽,百日咳,咽喉炎,扁桃体炎,急性胃炎,便秘。现代医药学研究表明,罗汉果富含维生素C,维生素C是一种活性很强的还原性抗氧化物质,它参与体内的生理氧气还原过程,具有抗衰老、益肤美容的作用;罗汉果的含糖量很高,干果的总糖含量为25.17-38.31%,适口性好,其果实内含有一种比蔗糖甜300倍的甜味素,可以作为甜味食品或者调味剂,并且罗汉果所含糖分的热含量极低,是糖尿病、肥胖等不宜吃糖者的理想替代糖品。
本发明含南瓜酵素的饮料,将多种原料科学搭配组方,标本兼顾,安全可靠,疗效显著,营养成分丰富,利用其相互间的协同或抵抗作用提高疗效,共凑益气补血、清心润肺、健脾益中、滋肝补肾之效,可减少体内有害自由基对细胞的损伤,改善皮肤新陈代谢,排出有害毒素,使人体气血充盈、肝肾脾肺营和有度,消除疲劳感,改善身体机能,具有提高人体免疫力、延缓衰老、祛斑美容、减少皮肤细纹和干裂、使面部皮肤滋润有光泽、富有弹性的美容养颜作用;而且饮用无时间限制,口感好,人们对其不会有抵触心理,可长期服用。而且,罗汉果所含糖分的热含量极低,是糖尿病、肥胖等不宜吃糖者的理想替代糖品,桃胶有足够的水溶性和适当的粘度,可用于配制水溶性胶粘剂,也可用作增稠剂、乳化剂,减少了其他化学助剂的使用。南瓜经发酵后制得南瓜酵素,不仅发挥了酵素作为酶的功效,还能能使南瓜中的营养成分充分释放出来被人体吸收。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明并不局限于此,实施例中的制备方法均为常规制备方法,不再详述。
实施例1:
该含南瓜酵素的饮料,由以下重量的原料制成:桃胶22.5千克、南瓜57.5千克、玛咖12.5千克、山茱萸12.5千克、绞股蓝17.5千克、西洋参7.5千克、罗汉果37.5千克、水900千克。
该含南瓜酵素的饮料,采用如下步骤:
(1)原料准备:
称取上述重量份数的桃胶、南瓜、玛咖、山茱萸、绞股蓝、西洋参和罗汉果用水洗净,然后沥干;
(2)制备中药提取液:
(2-1)将步骤(1)洗净沥干后的玛咖、山茱萸、绞股蓝、西洋参和罗汉果分别粉碎至80-100目后,加入250-300份的水,加热至80-100℃提取40-120分钟后,使用800-1000目筛网过滤,得一次滤液和一次滤渣;
(2-2)将步骤(1-1)过滤后得到的一次滤渣再次加入150-200倍重量的水,加热至80-100℃提取30-60分钟后,使用800-1000目筛网过滤,得二次滤液和二次滤渣;
(2-3)将步骤(1-1)、步骤(1-2)制得的一次滤液和二次滤液合并得中药提取液,备用;
(3)制备桃胶溶液:
(3-1)将步骤(1)洗净沥干后的桃胶分割成大拇指大小的块状;
(3-2)将步骤(3-1)制得的块状桃胶中加入100-150份水,常温下浸泡溶胀8-10个小时后,在80-100℃下搅拌加热30-40分钟,得桃胶溶液;
(4)制备南瓜酵素:
(4-1)将步骤(1)洗净沥干后的南瓜去籽,切成1厘米以下的南瓜丁,备用;
(4-2)将步骤(4-1)制得的南瓜丁加入发酵罐中,加入50-100份水,在25-34℃条件下发酵60-80天,发酵期间每天查看发酵罐,排出发酵过程产生的气体;
(4-3)将步骤(4-2)制得的发酵液使用800-1000目筛网滤除南瓜渣,即得南瓜酵素;
(5)制备合并液:
(5-1)将步骤(2-3)制得的中药提取液、步骤(3-2)制得的桃胶溶液、步骤(4-3)制得的南瓜酵素混合得合并液,边搅拌边向合并液中加入体积浓度为90%的乙醇,使合并液的乙醇浓度达到50%,静置24小时后,使用800-1000目筛网过滤,得合并液滤液;
(5-2)将步骤(5-1)制得的合并液滤液经减压浓缩回收乙醇,浓缩至无乙醇味,得浓缩液;
(5-3)将步骤(5-2)制得的浓缩液中加入澄清剂,搅拌均匀,静置24小时,使用800-1000目筛网过滤,得澄清液;
(5-4)将步骤(5-3)制得的澄清液,5℃下静置24小时,使用800-1000目筛网过滤,得澄清液滤液;
(5-5)将步骤(5-4)制得的澄清液滤液兑入剩余的水,搅拌均匀后灭菌、分装,即得该含南瓜酵素的饮料。
所述澄清剂由羧甲基纤维素、海藻酸钠和魔芋胶组成。
用法用量:每天饮用300-600毫升。
实施例2:
桃胶20千克、南瓜50千克、玛咖10千克、山茱萸10千克、绞股蓝15千克、西洋参5千克、罗汉果35千克、水800千克。
制备方法及用法用量同实施例1。
实施例3:
桃胶25千克、南瓜65千克、玛咖15千克、山茱萸15千克、绞股蓝20千克、西洋参10千克、罗汉果40千克、水1000千克。
制备方法及用法用量同实施例1。
实施例4:
桃胶21.2千克、南瓜53.5千克、玛咖11.2千克、山茱萸11.2千克、绞股蓝16.2千克、西洋参6.2千克、罗汉果36.2千克、水850千克。
制备方法及用法用量同实施例1。
实施例5:
桃胶23.7千克、南瓜61千克、玛咖13.7千克、山茱萸13.7千克、绞股蓝18.7千克、西洋参8.7千克、罗汉果38.7千克、水950千克。

如图1-图4所示,实施例1-5中含南瓜酵素的饮料的制备方法,步骤(4-2)中所述发酵罐包括一罐体1,在罐体1的顶部和底部开口处分别设有一顶盖2和一底盖3,在罐体1的顶盖2上设有一排气结构;所述底盖3的两侧顶部分别与一气缸4的活塞杆端部相铰接,在罐体1的底部两侧分别固设有一连接杆5,所述连接杆5的另一端分别与两气缸4的缸体相铰接;在底盖3中部设有一出液口6,在出液口6上方的底盖3内侧表面罩设有一滤网7;所述排气结构包括嵌设在顶盖2中间的一外筒8,在外筒8的内侧中心设有一内筒9,所述内筒9的外壁通过若干根连接筋10与外筒8的内壁固连,在内筒9的侧壁两侧分别开设有一透气通道11,在内筒9的内侧设有一封堵栓12,封堵栓12的顶部两侧分别向外侧沿伸设有一挂耳13,所述封堵栓12通过两挂耳13悬挂在两透气通道11内,在内筒9的上部内侧螺纹插设有一调节栓14,在调节栓14底部与封堵栓12之间设有一弹簧15,在调节栓14的顶部表面设有一调节槽16。
生产酵素需要在一定的密闭装置中,在一定的温度和压力范围内才能生产出质量好的酵素,而且酵素生产过程中产生的气体如果不适当排出会使罐体1内的压力持续增加,如果不把压力调节在一定范围内,生产出的酵素质量就会下降。现有技术中,用于生产酵素的酵素桶在排出多余气体时往往通过直接打开酵素桶桶盖或者在酵素桶桶盖处安插一根管子进行排气,这样的结构在排气过程中会使得其他生物或杂菌进入桶内,导致酵素桶内发酵的生物发生变质,造成制备酵素失败,降低了酵素桶的使用效果和实用性能。
本发明步骤(4-2)中所述发酵罐,正常状态下,封堵栓10将透气通道9封闭,只有当罐体1内气体达到一定的气压时才会将封堵栓10顶起,使气体从透气通道9排出。同时,可根据需要,比如罐体1内南瓜的重量调节封堵栓10顶部弹簧13的压力,以控制罐体1内气压,结构简单巧妙,使用十分灵活,而且在排出多余气体的过程中还能避免杂菌进入罐体1内污染正在发酵的南瓜。当发酵完成后,从出液口6放出罐体1内的发酵液后,通过气缸4动作打开罐体1底盖3,将南瓜渣卸出即可,省时省力,而且滤网7能防止南瓜渣堵塞出液口6。
试验:
为了验证本发明含南瓜酵素的饮料的疗效,本发明人于2014年5月至今,通过对300例自愿试用本发明含南瓜酵素的饮料的试用者进行试验。其中,男100例,女150例,年龄25-60岁。
试验结果:服用后身体状况改善人数289例,有效率96.3%。
用法用量:每天饮用300-600毫升。
典型病例:
病例1:王某,女,25岁,高校在读学生,于2014年12月就诊,自述半年来因科研紧张导致经常失眠,记忆力下降,注意力不能集中,并常感头晕沉,时有头痛,感到非常苦恼。于2014年12月10日开始服用本发明实施例1所制含南瓜酵素的饮料,每日400毫升,饮用一个月后,症状明显减轻,继续饮用两周后症状基本消失,后继续饮用两周,3个月后随访未见复发。
病例2:李某,男,39岁,公司职员,于2015年3月就诊,自述平时工作繁忙,工作压力大,精神紧张,近两个月来经常失眠,导致睡眠不足,烦躁易怒,记忆力减退,在工作中频繁出现失误。服用多种保健口服液调理,效果不佳,于2015年3月18日开始服用本发明实施例2所制含南瓜酵素的饮料,每日500毫升,坚持饮用两个月后,睡眠改善,症状明显减轻,继续饮用两周后症状基本消失。
病例3:宋某,男,41岁,汽车司机,需要经常跑长途,奔波劳碌,导致面部长满黑斑,肌肤干燥有痤疮,有疲惫无力的感觉,并患有糖尿病。于2015年10月20日开始服用本发明实施例3所制含南瓜酵素的饮料,每日600毫升,饮用两个月后,疲惫感明显消失,面部黑斑变浅、痤疮减少,继续饮用两周后,面部黑斑、痤疮基本消失,血糖浓度未见升高。
Claims (5)
1.一种含南瓜酵素的饮料,其特征是:由以下重量份数的原料制成:桃胶20-25份、南瓜50-65份、玛咖10-15份、山茱萸10-15份、绞股蓝15-20份、西洋参5-10份、罗汉果35-40份、水800-1000份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含南瓜酵素的饮料,其特征是:由以下重量份数的原料制成:桃胶22.5份、南瓜57.5份、玛咖12.5份、山茱萸12.5份、绞股蓝17.5份、西洋参7.5份、罗汉果37.5份、水900份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的含南瓜酵素的饮料的制备方法,其特征是:包括如下步骤:
(1)原料准备:
称取上述重量份数的桃胶、南瓜、玛咖、山茱萸、绞股蓝、西洋参和罗汉果用水洗净,然后沥干;
(2)制备中药提取液:
(2-1)将步骤(1)洗净沥干后的玛咖、山茱萸、绞股蓝、西洋参和罗汉果分别粉碎至80-100目后,加入250-300份的水,加热至80-100℃提取40-120分钟后,使用800-1000目筛网过滤,得一次滤液和一次滤渣;
(2-2)将步骤(1-1)过滤后得到的一次滤渣再次加入150-200倍重量的水,加热至80-100℃提取30-60分钟后,使用800-1000目筛网过滤,得二次滤液和二次滤渣;
(2-3)将步骤(1-1)、步骤(1-2)制得的一次滤液和二次滤液合并得中药提取液,备用;
(3)制备桃胶溶液:
(3-1)将步骤(1)洗净沥干后的桃胶分割成大拇指大小的块状;
(3-2)将步骤(3-1)制得的块状桃胶中加入100-150份水,常温下浸泡溶胀8-10个小时后,在80-100℃下搅拌加热30-40分钟,得桃胶溶液;
(4)制备南瓜酵素:
(4-1)将步骤(1)洗净沥干后的南瓜去籽,切成1厘米以下的南瓜丁,备用;
(4-2)将步骤(4-1)制得的南瓜丁加入发酵罐中,加入50-100份水,在25-34℃条件下发酵60-80天,发酵期间每天查看发酵罐,排出发酵过程产生的气体;
(4-3)将步骤(4-2)制得的发酵液使用800-1000目筛网滤除南瓜渣,即得南瓜酵素;
(5)制备合并液:
(5-1)将步骤(2-3)制得的中药提取液、步骤(3-2)制得的桃胶溶液、步骤(4-3)制得的南瓜酵素混合得合并液,边搅拌边向合并液中加入体积浓度为90%的乙醇,使合并液的乙醇浓度达到50%,静置24小时后,使用800-1000目筛网过滤,得合并液滤液;
(5-2)将步骤(5-1)制得的合并液滤液经减压浓缩回收乙醇,浓缩至无乙醇味,得浓缩液;
(5-3)将步骤(5-2)制得的浓缩液中加入澄清剂,搅拌均匀,静置24小时,使用800-1000目筛网过滤,得澄清液;
(5-4)将步骤(5-3)制得的澄清液,5℃下静置24小时,使用800-1000目筛网过滤,得澄清液滤液;
(5-5)将步骤(5-4)制得的澄清液滤液兑入剩余的水,搅拌均匀后灭菌、分装,即得该含南瓜酵素的饮料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的含南瓜酵素的饮料的制备方法,其特征是:所述澄清剂由羧甲基纤维素、海藻酸钠和魔芋胶组成。
5.根据权利要求3所述的含南瓜酵素的饮料的制备方法,其特征是:步骤(4-2)中所述发酵罐包括一罐体,在罐体的顶部和底部开口处分别设有一顶盖和一底盖,在罐体的顶盖上设有一排气结构;所述底盖的两侧顶部分别与一气缸的活塞杆端部相铰接,在罐体的底部两侧分别固设有一连接杆,所述连接杆的另一端分别与两气缸的缸体相铰接;在底盖中部设有一出液口,在出液口上方的底盖内侧表面罩设有一滤网;所述排气结构包括嵌设在顶盖中间的一外筒,在外筒的内侧中心设有一内筒,所述内筒的外壁通过若干根连接筋与外筒的内壁固连,在内筒的侧壁两侧分别开设有一透气通道,在内筒的内侧设有一封堵栓,封堵栓的顶部两侧分别向外侧沿伸设有一挂耳,所述封堵栓通过两挂耳悬挂在两透气通道内,在内筒的上部内侧螺纹插设有一调节栓,在调节栓底部与封堵栓之间设有一弹簧,在调节栓的顶部表面设有一调节槽。
