a.将茶叶老叶、茶油树叶子进行烘干或晒干处理,使其含水量为15-20%,然后将玉米轴、含水量为15-20%的茶叶老叶和茶油树叶子粉碎成颗粒状,再将茶叶老叶颗粒、茶油树叶子颗粒和生物菌混合搅拌,再将混合物建堆发酵 5-7天,最后将发酵好的混合物与河沙混合,得到营养基;所述生物菌为放线菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、固氮菌、酵母菌和木霉菌中的一种以上;所述茶叶老叶颗粒、茶油树叶子颗粒和生物菌的重量比例为5∶4.5∶0.5;
b.挑选无破损、无霉变、颗粒饱满的花生,用20-30℃含硒溶液浸泡花生,待花生完全泡涨后,将花生滤水取出;
c.用35-40℃含硒溶液对花生进行催芽,将花生放入密闭空间中,再将35-40℃含硒溶液放入加超声波湿器中,向密闭空间进行加湿,待花生露白后,催芽完成;
d.用泡花生后余下的水和含硒溶液将营养基调制成含水量为30-50%,然后在足够大的厚度为2cm以上的海绵上铺一层厚度为1-3cm的营养基,平铺一层露白花生,再覆盖一层厚度为2-3cm的营养基;再将玉米轴颗粒煮2-3分钟,滤水晾至30-45℃,最后覆盖在顶层培育,即可得到富硒花生芽;
(2)对新鲜的海带或用含硒溶液浸泡过的干海带清洗干净,然后进行切丝,备用;
(3)将新鲜的辣椒捣成辣椒泥,备用;
(4)将枸杞用水煮开5-10分钟,然后将洗净的富硒花生芽放入枸杞开水中灼烫半分钟,再将花生芽取出滤水;
(5)把海带丝、辣椒泥和灼烫过的花生一起混合揉拌,揉拌的同时加入食盐,腌制5-7天;
(6)腌制完成后,放入玫瑰精油混合均匀,然后杀菌,即可入罐包装。
作为本发明的进一步说明,所述的含硒溶液为浓度为0.05-0.3%的亚硒酸溶液或浓度为0.05-0.3%的硒酸溶液。
作为本发明的进一步说明,所述的玫瑰精油用重瓣红玫瑰萃取。
作为本发明的进一步说明,所述的揉拌时间为30分钟以上。
本发明具备的优点和有益效果:
本发明选用富硒花生芽含人体所需的微量元素硒,能提高人体免疫,促进淋巴细胞的增殖及抗体和免疫球蛋白的合成,对结肠癌、皮肤癌、肝癌、乳腺癌等多种癌症具有明显的抑制和防护的作用。
2、本发明选用海带含有丰富的碘等矿物质元素,且含热量低,具有降血脂、降血糖、调节免疫、抗凝血、抗肿瘤、排铅解毒和美发、延缓衰老的抗氧化等多种生物功能。
3、本发明选用玫瑰精油的添入,增添了香味的同时,还具有抗菌、抗痉挛、杀菌、净化、镇静、补身等功效,能使人精神舒适、缓解焦虑、抑郁、压力,帮助睡眠,促进新陈代谢、细胞再生、血液循环。
4、本发明利用花生芽做主要原料,花生芽蛋白质和粗脂肪含量高,并富含维生素、钾、钙、铁、锌等矿物质及人体所需的各种氨基酸和微量元素,还可以使花生中的蛋白质水解为氨基酸,易于人体吸收,提高了各种人体必需的微量元素利用率,与此同时,油脂被转化为热量,脂肪含量大大降低,害怕肥胖的人可长期食用。
5.本发明的包装方式为罐装,无需添加任何防腐剂,天然健康,安全可靠。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明,但是本发明的保护范围不局限于以下实施例。
实施例1:
花生芽罐头的原料组分和重量份数为:100份花生芽、45份海带、120份辣椒、30 份枸杞和20份玫瑰精油;所述的含硒溶液为浓度为0.3%的亚硒酸溶液。所述的玫瑰精油用重瓣红玫瑰萃取。
所述花生芽罐头的制作方法为:
(1)花生芽的培育:
a.将茶叶老叶、茶油树叶子进行烘干或晒干处理,使其含水量为20%,然后将玉米轴、含水量为20%的茶叶老叶和茶油树叶子粉碎成颗粒状,再将茶叶老叶颗粒、茶油树叶子颗粒和生物菌混合搅拌,再将混合物建堆发酵 7天,最后将发酵好的混合物与河沙混合,得到营养基;所述生物菌为放线菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、固氮菌、酵母菌和木霉菌;所述茶叶老叶颗粒、茶油树叶子颗粒和生物菌的重量比例为5∶4.5∶0.5;
b.挑选无破损、无霉变、颗粒饱满的花生,用30℃含硒溶液浸泡花生,待花生完全泡涨后,将花生滤水取出;
c.用40℃含硒溶液对花生进行催芽,将花生放入密闭空间中,再将40℃含硒溶液放入加超声波湿器中,向密闭空间进行加湿,待花生露白后,催芽完成;
d.用泡花生后余下的水和含硒溶液将营养基调制成含水量为50%,然后在足够大的厚度为8cm的海绵上铺一层厚度为3cm的营养基,平铺一层露白花生,再覆盖一层厚度为3cm的营养基;再将玉米轴颗粒煮3分钟,滤水晾至45℃,最后覆盖在顶层培育,即可得到富硒花生芽;
(2)对新鲜的海带或用含硒溶液浸泡过的干海带清洗干净,然后进行切丝,备用;
(3)将新鲜的辣椒捣成辣椒泥,备用;
(4)将枸杞用水煮开10分钟,然后将洗净的富硒花生芽放入枸杞开水中灼烫半分钟,再将花生芽取出滤水;
(5)把海带丝、辣椒泥和灼烫过的花生一起混合揉拌40分钟,揉拌的同时加入食盐,腌制7天;
(6)腌制完成后,放入玫瑰精油混合均匀,然后杀菌,即可入罐包装。
实施例2:
花生芽罐头的原料组分和重量份数为:100份花生芽、30份海带、90份辣椒、25 份枸杞和12份玫瑰精油;所述的含硒溶液为浓度为0.1%的亚硒酸溶液。所述的玫瑰精油用重瓣红玫瑰萃取。
所述花生芽罐头的制作方法为:
(1)花生芽的培育:
a.将茶叶老叶、茶油树叶子进行烘干或晒干处理,使其含水量为18%,然后将玉米轴、含水量为18%的茶叶老叶和茶油树叶子粉碎成颗粒状,再将茶叶老叶颗粒、茶油树叶子颗粒和生物菌混合搅拌,再将混合物建堆发酵 6天,最后将发酵好的混合物与河沙混合,得到营养基;所述生物菌为放线菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和木霉菌;所述茶叶老叶颗粒、茶油树叶子颗粒和生物菌的重量比例为5∶4.5∶0.5;
b.挑选无破损、无霉变、颗粒饱满的花生,用25℃含硒溶液浸泡花生,待花生完全泡涨后,将花生滤水取出;
c.用37℃含硒溶液对花生进行催芽,将花生放入密闭空间中,再将37℃含硒溶液放入加超声波湿器中,向密闭空间进行加湿,待花生露白后,催芽完成;
d.用泡花生后余下的水和含硒溶液将营养基调制成含水量为40%,然后在足够大的厚度为4cm的海绵上铺一层厚度为2cm的营养基,平铺一层露白花生,再覆盖一层厚度为2.5cm的营养基;再将玉米轴颗粒煮2.5分钟,滤水晾至40℃,最后覆盖在顶层培育,即可得到富硒花生芽;
(2)对新鲜的海带或用含硒溶液浸泡过的干海带清洗干净,然后进行切丝,备用;
(3)将新鲜的辣椒捣成辣椒泥,备用;
(4)将枸杞用水煮开8分钟,然后将洗净的富硒花生芽放入枸杞开水中灼烫半分钟,再将花生芽取出滤水;
(5)把海带丝、辣椒泥和灼烫过的花生一起混合揉拌35分钟,揉拌的同时加入食盐,腌制6天;
(6)腌制完成后,放入玫瑰精油混合均匀,然后杀菌,即可入罐包装。
实施例3:
花生芽罐头的原料组分和重量份数为:100份花生芽、15份海带、50份辣椒、20份枸杞和5份玫瑰精油;所述的含硒溶液为浓度为0.05%硒酸溶液。所述的玫瑰精油用重瓣红玫瑰萃取。

1.一种花生芽罐头,其特征在于,由以下主要原料组分和重量份数制成:100份花生芽、15-45份海带、50-120份辣椒、20-30份枸杞和5-20份玫瑰精油;
所述花生芽罐头的制作方法为:
(1)花生芽的培育:
a.将茶叶老叶、茶油树叶子进行烘干或晒干处理,使其含水量为15-20%,然后将含水量为15-20%的茶叶老叶和茶油树叶子粉碎成颗粒状,再将茶叶老叶颗粒、茶油树叶子颗粒和生物菌混合搅拌,再将混合物建堆发酵 5-7天,最后将发酵好的混合物与河沙混合,得到营养基;所述生物菌为放线菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、固氮菌、酵母菌和木霉菌中的一种以上;所述茶叶老叶颗粒、茶油树叶子颗粒和生物菌的重量比例为5∶4.5∶0.5;
