本发明公开一种涡环磨,包括底座、安装在底座上的筒体、主轴以及动力装置;筒体内设有进料仓以及与进料仓相连通的解聚仓,主轴贯穿筒体;动力装置与主轴相连;解聚仓的内部设有若干平行设置的破碎环;破碎环的中心轴线与筒体的中心轴线之间夹角为零;主轴套有若干平行设置的刀盘,刀盘设于解聚仓内;刀盘与破碎环交替排列;刀盘的外沿至少设有一个刀片;破碎环的内圈上设有若干破碎条。本发明结构紧凑、结构稳定性强,解聚打散区域大,能够提高解聚打散能力。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及粉体加工设备领域,具体涉及一种涡环磨。
背景技术
粉体解聚打散是常见的粉体加工工艺,团聚性或结块物料经进料口送入涡环磨内,经高速旋转的转子对物料进行冲击、剪切,使物料粉碎还原。打散后的物料常被上升气流输送至物料收集区,被旋风收集器和脉冲除尘器收集,净化的空气由引风机排出。
CN 104001606 A公开一种蜂巢磨,采用解聚轮叶片以及解聚齿板之间压力、剪切力以及摩擦力将粉体解聚,主要解聚区域集中在解聚轮叶片的外沿,空间占用率大,且无法对解聚轮叶片进行调节,只能适用一种粉体实现一种解聚要求;
CN 103252284 B公开一种粉体解聚打散机,其中粉碎机构与分级机构分别有两个驱动设备驱动,能够实现对粉碎过程和颗粒导出过程进行调节,但是整体结构复杂,能耗高;整体结构拆装复杂,调试困难;
上述两个专利均为竖装结构,内部主轴均为竖装,结构稳定性不够,可能产生安全隐患。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明提出一种结构紧凑、结构稳定性强、拆装简便、解聚打散能力强的涡环磨。
本发明为解决现有技术存在的问题所采用的技术方案为:一种涡环磨,包括底座、安装在底座上的筒体、主轴以及动力装置;筒体内设有进料仓以及与进料仓相连通的解聚仓,主轴贯穿筒体;动力装置与主轴相连;
解聚仓的内部设有若干平行设置的破碎环;破碎环的中心轴线与筒体的中心轴线之间夹角为零;主轴套有若干平行设置的刀盘,刀盘设于解聚仓内;刀盘与破碎环交替排列;刀盘的外沿至少设有一个刀片;破碎环的内圈上设有若干破碎条。
进一步地,刀片径向设置;破碎条沿破碎环的内圈均匀径向设置。
进一步地,破碎环的内圈上均匀设有若干安装通孔;破碎条贯穿安装通孔,筒体设有与安装通孔相匹配的筒体通孔;破碎条可以调节伸入解聚仓的长度。
进一步地,刀盘包括对称设置的两个法兰盘以及刀座套;法兰盘套在刀座套上;刀座套套在主轴上;刀片的一端插入法兰盘之间且固定在法兰盘的外沿。
进一步地,筒体以及主轴均横向设置,主轴的两端均设有轴承;轴承与底座相连。
进一步地,进料仓设有进料口;解聚仓设有出料口。
进一步地,主轴套有打散轮Ⅰ以及打散轮Ⅱ;打散轮Ⅰ以及打散轮Ⅱ均设于进料仓的内部。
进一步地,主轴套有风轮;风轮设于解聚仓的内部。
本发明相对于现有技术,其优点在于:
(1)本发明的解聚仓中刀片以及破碎条拆装简便,刀片或者破碎条破损时可以单个更换,能够提高维修效率,减少维修成本;
(2)本发明采用横装结构,筒体以及主轴均横向设置,主轴的两端通过轴承安装在底座上,主轴通过动力装置驱动,驱动设备联接简单可靠,整体结构相对于竖装结构更加稳定;
(3)本发明解聚打散区域大,采用刀片和破碎条交替排列设置,能够保证距离主轴不同距离的物料被解聚,能够提高其解聚能力。
(4)本发明中破碎条能够调整其伸入解聚仓的长度,能够调节刀片以及破碎条的数量,能够对解聚打散能力进行调节,能够适应不同粉体的解聚打散要求。

具体实施方式
现结合附图及实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例
参照图1以及图2,本实施例包括底座1、安装在底座1上的筒体2、主轴3以及动力装置4;筒体2内设有进料仓5以及与进料仓5相连通的解聚仓6,主轴3贯穿筒体2;动力装置4与主轴3相连;
解聚仓6的内部设有八个平行设置的破碎环7;破碎环7的中心轴线与筒体2的中心轴线之间夹角为零;主轴3套有九个平行设置的刀盘8,刀盘8设于解聚仓6内;刀盘8与破碎环7交替排列;刀盘8的外沿设有一个刀片9;破碎环7的内圈上设有四个破碎条10。主轴3带动刀盘8旋转时,刀片9的末端能够通过破碎环7之间的间隙,破碎条10和刀片9互不干扰。
刀片9径向设置;破碎条10沿破碎环7的内圈均匀径向设置。
参照图3,破碎环7的内圈上均匀设有四个安装通孔;破碎条10贯穿安装通孔,筒体2设有与安装通孔相匹配的筒体通孔;破碎条10可以调节伸入解聚仓6的长度。
参照图4,刀盘8包括对称设置的两个法兰盘11以及刀座套12;法兰盘11套在刀座套12上;刀座套12套在主轴3上;刀片9的一端插入法兰盘11之间且固定在法兰盘11的外沿。
筒体2以及主轴3均横向设置,主轴3的两端均设有轴承13;轴承13与底座1相连。
进料仓5设有进料口14;解聚仓6设有出料口15。
主轴3套有打散轮Ⅰ16以及打散轮Ⅱ17;打散轮Ⅰ16以及打散轮Ⅱ17均设于进料仓5的内部。
主轴3套有风轮18;风轮18设于解聚仓6的内部。
动力装置4带动主轴3转动,两个打散轮、风轮18以及刀盘8均开始旋转,物料从进料口14进入进料仓5,进料仓5的两个打散轮对物流进行预处理,风轮18旋转使得解聚仓6内部形成负压,物料进一步的被吸入解聚仓6,在解聚仓6中,刀片9与破碎条10的共同作用下对物料进行解聚打散,最终通过出料口排出。
Claims (6)
1.一种涡环磨,包括底座、安装在底座上的筒体、主轴以及动力装置;所述筒体内设有进料仓以及与进料仓相连通的解聚仓,所述主轴贯穿筒体;所述动力装置与主轴相连;
其特征在于,所述解聚仓的内部设有若干平行设置的破碎环;所述破碎环的中心轴线与筒体的中心轴线之间夹角为零;所述主轴套有若干平行设置的刀盘,所述刀盘设于解聚仓内;所述刀盘与破碎环交替排列;所述刀盘的外沿至少设有一个刀片;所述破碎环的内圈上设有若干破碎条,所述刀片径向设置;所述破碎条沿破碎环的内圈均匀径向设置;所述破碎环的内圈上均匀设有若干安装通孔;所述破碎条贯穿安装通孔,所述筒体设有与安装通孔相匹配的筒体通孔;所述破碎条可以调节伸入解聚仓的长度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涡环磨,其特征在于,所述刀盘包括对称设置的两个法兰盘以及刀座套;所述法兰盘套在刀座套上;所述刀座套套在主轴上;所述刀片的一端插入法兰盘之间且固定在法兰盘的外沿。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涡环磨,其特征在于,所述筒体以及主轴均横向设置,所述主轴的两端均设有轴承;所述轴承与底座相连。
4.根据权利要求1所述的涡环磨,其特征在于,所述进料仓设有进料口;所述解聚仓设有出料口。
5.根据权利要求1所述的涡环磨,其特征在于,所述主轴套有打散轮Ⅰ以及打散轮Ⅱ;所述打散轮Ⅰ以及打散轮Ⅱ均设于进料仓的内部。
6.根据权利要求1所述的涡环磨,其特征在于,所述主轴套有风轮;所述风轮设于解聚仓的内部。
