Abstract
本发明涉及一种动物脱毛剂，具体涉及一种白鹅羽毛脱毛剂，该白鹅羽毛脱毛剂按重量份数计，由青梅100‑120份、白矾3‑5份、樟脑3‑5份、棕榈酸0.2‑0.25份、尿囊素1‑2份为原料制成，制作时，将新鲜青梅去核后，反复挤压破碎，加入6‑8倍的85%‑90%乙醇，并一同加入白矾、樟脑、棕榈酸、尿囊素在40‑45℃下，用120‑130r/min的搅拌速率搅拌60‑80分钟，滤渣后制得，本发明白鹅羽毛脱毛剂温和无刺激，与动物毛皮亲和性好，能迅速渗入毛囊孔内，促使毛囊孔扩张，使动物羽能顺利拔出，且能抑制细菌进入，拔毛后无出血发炎现象，对毛囊无破坏性，拔毛后新毛可快速长出。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种动物脱毛剂，具体涉及一种白鹅羽毛脱毛剂。
背景技术
白鹅的饲养收益不仅限于自身产蛋和产肉，其身上的羽毛也是一项可观的收益，目前对白鹅拔毛的方法主要有2种，一种是宰杀后进行拔毛，一种是直接在活体上进行拔毛，宰杀后进行拔毛则只能拔一次，收益明显降低，直接在活体上进行拔毛虽然可多次拔毛，但拔毛过程白鹅比较痛苦，且对白鹅表皮存在一定的伤害，目前市面上常用的脱毛剂为硫化钠酒精溶液，但该脱毛剂容易烧伤动物皮肤，安全性并不好。
发明内容
为了减轻拔毛过程中白鹅的痛苦程度，降低拔毛难度，本发明提供一种白鹅羽毛脱毛剂。
本发明采用的技术方案为，一种白鹅羽毛脱毛剂，该白鹅羽毛脱毛剂按重量份数计，由下列组分组成：
青梅100-120份、白矾3-5份、樟脑3-5份、棕榈酸0.2-0.25份、尿囊素1-2份；
制作时，将新鲜青梅去核后，在-2~-3℃下，以20-22Mpa压力反复挤压15-18次，得到挤压料，向挤压料中加入挤压料体积6-8倍的85%-90%乙醇，并一同加入白矾、樟脑、棕榈酸、尿囊素在40-45℃下，用120-130r/min的搅拌速率搅拌60-80分钟， 滤渣后制得。
本发明白鹅羽毛脱毛剂温和无刺激，与白鹅毛皮亲和性好，能迅速渗入毛囊孔内，促使毛囊孔扩张，使白鹅羽能顺利拔出，且能抑制细菌进入，拔毛后无出血发炎现象，对毛囊无破坏性，拔毛后新毛可快速长出。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明进一步说明：实施例1， 一种白鹅羽毛脱毛剂，该白鹅羽毛脱毛剂按重量份数计，由下列组分组成：
青梅100份、白矾3份、樟脑3份、棕榈酸0.2份、尿囊素1份；
制作时，将新鲜青梅去核后，在-2℃下，以20Mpa压力反复挤压15次，得到挤压料，向挤压料中加入挤压料体积6倍的85%乙醇，并一同加入白矾、樟脑、棕榈酸、尿囊素在40℃下，用120r/min的搅拌速率搅拌60分钟， 滤渣后制得。
实施例2， 一种白鹅羽毛脱毛剂，该白鹅羽毛脱毛剂按重量份数计，由下列组分组成：
青梅120份、白矾5份、樟脑5份、棕榈酸0.25份、尿囊素2份；
制作时，将新鲜青梅去核后，在-3℃下，以22Mpa压力反复挤压18次，得到挤压料，向挤压料中加入挤压料体积8倍的90%乙醇，并一同加入白矾、樟脑、棕榈酸、尿囊素在45℃下，用130r/min的搅拌速率搅拌80分钟， 滤渣后制得。
实验动物，健康成年白鹅40只，等分为实验组、对照组1、对照组2、对照组3四组，每组10只。
实验组白鹅脱毛前使用脱毛剂A，对照组1白鹅脱毛前使用脱毛剂B，对照组2白鹅脱毛前使用脱毛剂C，对照组3白鹅脱毛前使用脱毛剂D，每组脱毛剂使用方法相同，均为将脱毛剂喷洒于白鹅毛根部皮肤处，实验面积为5cmx5cm，喷洒45-50秒后即拔毛，单位面积脱毛剂用量为0.145-0.18ml/cm2。
其中：脱毛剂A由按重量份数计的青梅112份、白矾3.8份、樟脑4.2份、棕榈酸0.22份、尿囊素1.7份制成，制作时，将新鲜青梅去核后，放入挤压机中，在-2℃下，以21Mpa挤压压力反复挤压17次，得到挤压料，向挤压料中加入挤压料体积7倍的88%乙醇，并一同加入白矾、樟脑、棕榈酸、尿囊素在43℃下，用125r/min的搅拌速率搅拌70分钟， 滤渣后制得。
脱毛剂B由按重量份数计的白矾3.8份、樟脑4.2份、棕榈酸0.22份制成，制作时，向白矾、樟脑、棕榈酸加入其总体积7倍的88%乙醇，用125r/min的搅拌速率搅拌70分钟， 滤渣后制得。
脱毛剂C由按重量份数计的青梅112份、尿囊素1.7份制成，制作时，将新鲜青梅去核后，放入挤压机中，在-2℃下，以21Mpa挤压压力反复挤压17次，得到挤压料，向挤压料中加入挤压料体积7倍的88%乙醇，并一同加入尿囊素在43℃下，用125r/min的搅拌速率搅拌70分钟， 滤渣后制得。
脱毛剂D为水。
脱毛效果评定结果：
实验组与对照组2脱毛较容易，轻轻用力即可拔除，脱毛过程中白鹅未见有痛苦挣扎反应，对照组1脱毛后白鹅皮肤未见有红肿发炎现象，脱毛后2-3天，被脱毛处长出新的绒毛，对照组2脱毛后白鹅皮肤有红肿、发炎现象，结合药物对炎症红肿处进行治疗，对照组2脱毛8-10天后，被脱毛处长出新的绒毛。
对照组1与对照组3脱毛较困难，需用力拔除，脱毛过程白鹅有痛苦挣扎反应，对照1脱毛后白鹅皮肤未见有红肿发炎现象，脱毛后2-3天，被脱毛处长出新的绒毛，对照组3脱毛后白鹅皮肤有红肿、发炎现象，结合药物对炎症红肿处进行治疗，对照组3脱毛8-10天后，被脱毛处长出新的绒毛。

1.一种白鹅羽毛脱毛剂，其特征在于，该白鹅羽毛脱毛剂按重量份数计，由下列组分组成：
青梅100-120份、白矾3-5份、樟脑3-5份、棕榈酸0.2-0.25份、尿囊素1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种白鹅羽毛脱毛剂，其特征在于，该白鹅羽毛脱毛剂按重量份数计，由下列组分组成：
青梅105-115份、白矾3.5-4.5份、樟脑3.5-4.5份、棕榈酸0.22-0.24份、尿囊素1.3-1.7份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种白鹅羽毛脱毛剂，其特征在于，该白鹅羽毛脱毛剂按重量份数计，由下列组分组成：
青梅110份、白矾4份、樟脑4份、棕榈酸0.23份、尿囊素1.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种白鹅羽毛脱毛剂，其特征在于，该白鹅羽毛脱毛剂的制作方法为，将新鲜青梅去核，在-2~-3℃下，以20-22Mpa压力反复挤压15-18次，得到挤压料，向挤压料中加入挤压料体积6-8倍的85%-90%乙醇，并一同加入白矾、樟脑、棕榈酸、尿囊素在40-45℃下，用120-130r/min的搅拌速率搅拌60-80分钟， 滤渣后制得。
