Abstract
本发明涉及一种动物脱毛剂，具体涉及一种兔毛脱毛剂，该兔毛脱毛剂按重量份数计，由银杏叶50‑60份、白矾2.2‑2.6份、樟脑3‑5份、棕榈酸0.15‑0.18份、尿囊素1‑2份为原料制成，制作时，将新鲜绿色银杏叶在‑2~‑3℃下，用胶体研磨机研磨20‑30分钟，研磨转速为8000‑10000rpm，向研磨料中加入研磨料体积6‑8倍的75‑80%乙醇，用120‑130r/min的搅拌速率搅拌60‑80分钟，滤渣后制得，本发明兔毛脱毛剂温和无刺激，与动物毛皮亲和性好，能迅速渗入毛囊孔内，促使毛囊孔扩张，使动物毛能顺利拔出，且能抑制细菌进入，拔毛后无出血发炎现象，对毛囊无破坏性，拔毛后新毛可快速长出。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种动物脱毛剂，具体涉及一种兔毛脱毛剂。
背景技术
兔子的饲养收益不仅限于自身产仔和产肉，其身上的兔毛也是一项可观的收益，目前对兔子脱毛的方法主要有2种，一种是宰杀后进行连皮脱毛，一种是直接在活体上进行剪兔毛，宰杀后进行连皮脱毛则只能获产一次兔毛，收益明显降低，直接在活体上进行剪兔毛虽然可多次剪毛，但剪毛需要专业技术，人工费较高，一旦不小心就容易剪得不均匀，降低兔毛回收价值，目前市面上常用的脱毛剂为硫化钠酒精溶液，但该脱毛剂容易烧伤动物皮肤，安全性并不好。
发明内容
为解人工剪兔毛成本较高，操作不易，剪出的兔毛长短不均匀的缺点，本发明提供一种兔毛脱毛剂。
本发明采用的技术方案为，一种兔毛脱毛剂，该兔毛脱毛剂按重量份数计，由下列组分组成：
银杏叶50-60份、白矾2.2-2.6份、樟脑3-5份、棕榈酸0.15-0.18份、尿囊素1-2份；
制作时，将新鲜绿色银杏叶在-2~-3℃下，用胶体研磨机研磨20-30分钟，研磨转速为8000-10000rpm，向研磨料中加入研磨料体积6-8倍的75-80%乙醇，并一同加入白矾、樟脑、棕榈酸、尿囊素在40-45℃下，用120-130r/min的搅拌速率搅拌60-80分钟， 滤渣后制得。
本发明兔毛脱毛剂温和无刺激，与兔毛皮亲和性好，能迅速渗入毛囊孔内，促使毛囊孔扩张，使兔毛能顺利拔出，且能抑制细菌进入，拔毛后无出血发炎现象，对毛囊无破坏性，拔毛后新毛可快速长出，拔毛成本低，得到的兔毛品质好，利用价值高。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明进一步说明：实施例1， 一种兔毛脱毛剂，该兔毛脱毛剂按重量份数计，由下列组分组成：
银杏叶50份、白矾2.2份、樟脑3份、棕榈酸0.15份、尿囊素1份；
制作时，将新鲜绿色银杏叶在-2℃下，用胶体研磨机研磨20分钟，研磨转速为8000rpm，向研磨料中加入研磨料体积6倍的75%乙醇，并一同加入白矾、樟脑、棕榈酸、尿囊素在40℃下，用120r/min的搅拌速率搅拌60分钟， 滤渣后制得。
实施例2， 一种兔毛脱毛剂，该兔毛脱毛剂按重量份数计，由下列组分组成：
银杏叶60份、白矾2.6份、樟脑5份、棕榈酸0.18份、尿囊素2份；
制作时，将新鲜绿色银杏叶在-3℃下，用胶体研磨机研磨30分钟，研磨转速为10000rpm，向研磨料中加入研磨料体积8倍的80%乙醇，并一同加入白矾、樟脑、棕榈酸、尿囊素在45℃下，用130r/min的搅拌速率搅拌80分钟， 滤渣后制得。
实验动物，健康成年兔子40只，等分为实验组、对照组1、对照组2、对照组3四组，每组10只。
实验组兔子脱毛前使用本发明脱毛剂A，对照组1兔子脱毛前使用脱毛剂B，对照组2兔子脱毛前使用脱毛剂C，对照组3兔子脱毛前使用脱毛剂D，每组脱毛剂使用方法相同，均为将脱毛剂喷洒于兔毛根部皮肤处，实验面积为5cmx5cm，喷洒45-50秒后即拔毛，单位面积脱毛剂用量为0.145-0.18ml/cm2。
其中：脱毛剂A由按重量份数计的银杏叶56份、白矾2.45份、樟脑3.8份、棕榈酸0.162份、尿囊素1.7份制成，制作时，将新鲜绿色银杏叶在-2.5℃下，用胶体研磨机研磨26分钟，研磨转速为9000rpm，向研磨料中加入研磨料体积7倍的78%乙醇，并一同加入白矾、樟脑、棕榈酸、尿囊素在43℃下，用125r/min的搅拌速率搅拌70分钟， 滤渣后制得。
脱毛剂B由按重量份数计的白矾2.45份、樟脑3.8份、棕榈酸0.162份制成，制作时，向白矾、樟脑、棕榈酸加入其总体积7倍的78%乙醇，用125r/min的搅拌速率搅拌70分钟制得。
脱毛剂C由按重量份数计的银杏叶56份、尿囊素1.7份制成，制作时，将新鲜绿色银杏叶在-2.5℃下，用胶体研磨机研磨26分钟，研磨转速为9000rpm，向研磨料中加入研磨料体积7倍的78%乙醇，并一同加入尿囊素在43℃下，用125r/min的搅拌速率搅拌70分钟， 滤渣后制得。
脱毛剂D为水。
脱毛效果评定结果：
实验组与对照组2脱毛较容易，轻轻用力即可拔除，脱毛过程中兔子未见有痛苦挣扎反应，对照组1脱毛后兔子皮肤未见有红肿发炎现象，脱毛后2-3天，被脱毛处长出新的绒毛，对照组2脱毛后兔子皮肤有红肿、发炎现象，结合药物对炎症红肿处进行治疗，对照组2脱毛8-10天后，被脱毛处长出新的绒毛。
对照组1与对照组3脱毛较困难，需用力拔除，脱毛过程兔子有痛苦挣扎反应，对照1脱毛后兔子皮肤未见有红肿发炎现象，脱毛后2-3天，被脱毛处长出新的绒毛，对照组3脱毛后兔子皮肤有红肿、发炎现象，结合药物对炎症红肿处进行治疗，对照组3脱毛8-10天后，被脱毛处长出新的绒毛。

1.一种兔毛脱毛剂，其特征在于，该兔毛脱毛剂按重量份数计，由下列组分组成：
银杏叶50-60份、白矾2.2-2.6份、樟脑3-5份、棕榈酸0.15-0.18份、尿囊素1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种兔毛脱毛剂，其特征在于，该兔毛脱毛剂按重量份数计，由下列组分组成：
银杏叶52-58份、白矾2.3-2.5份、樟脑3.5-4.5份、棕榈酸0.16-0.17份、尿囊素1.3-1.7份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种兔毛脱毛剂，其特征在于，该兔毛脱毛剂按重量份数计，由下列组分组成：
银杏叶55份、白矾2.4份、樟脑4份、棕榈酸0.165份、尿囊素1.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种兔毛脱毛剂，其特征在于，该兔毛脱毛剂的制作方法为，将新鲜绿色银杏叶在-2~-3℃下，用胶体研磨机研磨20-30分钟，研磨转速为8000-10000rpm，向研磨料中加入研磨料体积6-8倍的75-80%乙醇，并一同加入白矾、樟脑、棕榈酸、尿囊素在40-45℃下，用120-130r/min的搅拌速率搅拌60-80分钟， 滤渣后制得。
