本发明公开了一种车前草种子清肝明目功能饮料及其制备方法,由下列重量份原料制成,野苋菜根45~65份、破壁灵芝孢子粉6~8份、银耳3~6份、猴头菌1~4份、春砂2~6份、陈皮4~8份、粉红枣6~8份、车前草种子10~12份;辅料为味精1~2份、冰糖2~3份、蜂蜜1~3份,其余为蒸馏水。本发明通过野苋菜根、银耳、猴头菌、春砂、陈皮、粉红枣、车前草种子制成的粉末及破壁灵芝孢子粉经合理的加工工序制成功能性饮料,可以补充人体所需的多种营养元素,达到清肝明目的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及饮料加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种车前草种子清肝明目功能饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
车前子是大车前、车前、平车前、海滨车前、长叶车前的别称;药用车前子为车前科植物车前或平车前的干燥成熟种子。夏、秋二季种子成熟时采收果穗,晒干,搓出种子,可以除去杂质。药用别称:车前草、车前实、虾蟆衣子、猪耳朵穗子、凤眼前仁。生用或盐水炙用。主产于黑龙江、辽宁、河北等地。喜温暖湿润气候,耐寒,山区平地均可生长,对土壤要求不严。本品性味甘寒,入肾、膀胱、肝、肺经,功能利水通淋、渗湿止泻、清肝明目、清热化痰,为常用药材。
野苋为一年生草本植物,约50cm高,叶子为互生,茎直立,一年到头都会开花,绿色的小花为雌雄同株,穗状花序,顶生或腋生,所结的果实为胞果,为薄膜包住的黑色果实。营养价值:鲜茎叶含粗蛋白质5.5%,含有胡萝卜素、核黄素、维生素C。
随着现代社会节奏的加快,越来越多的人出现视力下降,肝火大的现象,目前市场上还很少有清肝明目的功能性饮料。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种车前草种子清肝明目功能饮料及其制备方法,可以达到清肝明目效果。
本发明的技术方案如下:
车前草种子清肝明目功能饮料,其特征在于,由下列重量份原料制成,野苋菜根45~65份、破壁灵芝孢子粉6~8份、银耳3~6份、猴头菌1~4份、春砂2~6份、陈皮4~8份、粉红枣6~8份、车前草种子10~12份;辅料为味精1~2份、冰糖2~3份、蜂蜜1~3份,其余为蒸馏水。
一种车前草种子清肝明目功能饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)、主料粉末制备:将主料野苋菜根、银耳、猴头菌、春砂、陈皮、粉红枣、车前草种子进行去杂、去除霉变,然后分别通过粉碎机粉碎,制成粉末,通过140目筛进行筛选,再分别称取各主料所需的重量份;
2)、混合搅拌:将主料野苋菜根、银耳、猴头菌、春砂、陈皮、粉红枣、车前草种子制成的粉末及破壁灵芝孢子粉按照配比加入适量水在搅拌机中进行搅拌,维持搅拌机转速在120~150r/min,搅拌时间不少于40~60min,得到混合搅拌液;
3)、辅料加入:搅拌机转速提高至160~180r/min,按照重量份配比依次加入辅料味精、冰糖、蜂蜜,搅拌时间不少于30~45min,得到饮料原浆液;
4)、高温加热:将饮料原浆液置于烘箱中96~105℃条件下烘烤10~15min,煮熟;
5)、灭菌:将煮熟后的饮料原浆液采用高压蒸汽灭菌法进行灭菌,105~130kPa时,温度122~125℃,18~25min可达到灭菌目的;
6)、罐装:将高温加热及灭菌和的饮料原浆液进行罐装。
本发明的优点是:
