本发明涉及一种自吸泵压式包装瓶,包括筒状瓶体、活塞、上密封副和下密封副,筒状瓶体内自上而下依次为上密封副、下密封副和活塞,上密封副、下密封副和筒状瓶体形成封闭的出料腔,下密封副、活塞和筒状瓶体形成封闭的储料腔;下密封副主要由开有通孔的密封座和覆盖在通孔上的弹性密封片组成;密封座与筒状瓶体联接;上密封副主要由伞形件、空心出料柱、支撑柱和端面密封盖组成,端面密封盖通过支撑柱固定在伞形件内部,空心出料柱下底面、支撑柱和端面密封盖形成出料口,伞形件下端与密封座过盈配合。本发明结构简单,制造成本低,出料稳定,使用方便,实现了包装瓶中物料的自动挤出。

技术领域
本发明属包装技术领域,涉及一种自吸泵压式包装瓶。
背景技术
随着技术水平和社会的不断进步,生活用品的品种也是日新月异,人们在追求产品品质的同时,对产品的包装提出了更高的要求,它不仅仅是简单的容器,还必须是造型美观、使用方便,目前现有的日用品包装瓶中,使用广泛的是按压式出料的包装瓶,多采用吸管、弹簧、活塞结构,存在的问题是:包装瓶结构复杂、制造成本高。另外,公开号为CN201619795U的发明专利中公开了一种压泵式包装瓶,在该专利的技术方案中由于活塞和瓶体之间配合的气密性问题,会造成活塞不能及时上移,影响出料的稳定性;又如公开号为CN102502060A的发明专利中公开了一种负压式包装瓶,在该专利的技术方案中泵体与瓶体之间连接的不够牢固,在按压过程中容易发生脱落。现有技术中包装瓶的缺陷会严重影响使用效果,影响了产品品质。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种自吸泵压式包装瓶。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
自吸泵压式包装瓶,包括筒状瓶体、活塞、上密封副和下密封副,所述活塞安装在筒状瓶体内的下部,所述上密封副固定在筒状瓶体内的上部,所述下密封副固定在筒状瓶体内的介于所述活塞与所述上密封副之间的中部;所述上密封副、所述下密封副和所述筒状瓶体形成封闭的出料腔,所述下密封副、所述活塞和所述筒状瓶体形成封闭的储料腔;
所述下密封副主要由密封座和弹性密封片组成,所述密封座上开有连通出料腔和储料腔的通孔,所述弹性密封片覆盖在所述通孔的出料腔的一侧;所述密封座与所述筒状瓶体联接;
所述上密封副主要由伞形件、空心出料柱、支撑柱和端面密封盖组成,所述端面密封盖通过支撑柱固定在伞形件内部,所述空心出料柱外壁紧贴支撑柱从伞形件上端开口向内延伸,所述空心出料柱下底面、支撑柱和端面密封盖形成出料口,所述伞形件下端与密封座过盈配合;
原始状态下,按键上表面连接的出料管盖盖在出料管管口上,上密封副中,伞形件内端面密封盖与出料管的底面处于紧密贴合状态,出料口被堵塞,下密封副中,弹性密封片自然贴合在密封座中的通孔上,储料腔与出料腔处于分隔状态;
使用过程中,当按下泵头中的按键时,按键上表面连接的出料管盖打开,施加的压力通过按键作用于伞形件,伞形件沿受力方向发生形变,引起伞形件端面密封盖下移,出料管底面与端面密封盖由紧密贴合状态变为分离状态,出料口被打开,出料腔中的物料经出料口、空心出料柱和出料管挤出,同时,伞形件的形变引起弹性密封片中的封片向下移动,对密封座中的通孔进行密封,使得储料腔与出料腔分隔;
松开按键时,出料管盖重新盖在出料管管口处,伞形件受到的挤压作用消除,发生形变回复,伞形件向上移动,出料管底面与端面密封盖重新贴合,将出料口堵塞,此时,出料腔产生负压,引起弹性密封片中的封片向上移动,密封座中的通孔被打开,物料由储料腔经通孔进入出料腔,在此过程中活塞随着物料的移动而上移,当储料腔与出料腔中的气压达到平衡状态时,活塞停止移动,静置一段时间后,弹性密封片中的封片在连接条的拉扯作用下归位,弹性密封片自然贴合在密封座上,整个装置回复到原始状态。

如图4所示,使用过程中,当按下泵头7中的按键8时,按键8上表面连接的出料管9盖打开,施加的压力通过按键8作用于伞形件6,伞形件6沿受力方向发生形变,引起伞形件6端面密封盖12下移,出料管9底面与端面密封盖12由紧密贴合状态变为分离状态,出料口被打开,出料腔中的物料经出料口、空心出料柱10和出料管9挤出,同时,伞形件6的形变引起弹性密封片5中的封片5.2向下移动,对密封座4中的通孔4.2进行密封,使得储料腔与出料腔分隔;
如图5所示,松开按键8时,出料管9盖重新盖在出料管9管口处,伞形件6受到的挤压作用消除,发生形变回复,伞形件6向上移动,出料管9底面与端面密封盖12重新贴合,将出料口堵塞,此时,出料腔产生负压,引起弹性密封片5中的封片5.2向上移动,密封座4中的通孔4.2被打开,物料由储料腔经通孔4.2进入出料腔,在此过程中活塞3随着物料的移动而上移,当储料腔与出料腔中的气压达到平衡状态时,活塞3停止移动,静置一段时间后,弹性密封片5中的封片5.2在连接条5.3的拉扯作用下归位,弹性密封片5自然贴合在密封座4上,整个装置回复到原始状态。
Claims (10)
1.自吸泵压式包装瓶,其特征是:包括筒状瓶体、活塞、上密封副和下密封副,所述活塞安装在筒状瓶体内的下部,所述上密封副固定在筒状瓶体内的上部,所述下密封副固定在筒状瓶体内的介于所述活塞与所述上密封副之间的中部;所述上密封副、所述下密封副和所述筒状瓶体形成封闭的出料腔,所述下密封副、所述活塞和所述筒状瓶体形成封闭的储料腔;
所述下密封副主要由密封座和弹性密封片组成,所述密封座上开有连通出料腔和储料腔的通孔,所述弹性密封片覆盖在所述通孔的出料腔的一侧;所述密封座与所述筒状瓶体联接;
所述上密封副主要由伞形件、空心出料柱、支撑柱和端面密封盖组成,所述端面密封盖通过支撑柱固定在伞形件内部,所述空心出料柱外壁紧贴支撑柱从伞形件上端开口向内延伸,所述空心出料柱下底面、支撑柱和端面密封盖形成出料口,所述伞形件下端与密封座过盈配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自吸泵压式包装瓶,其特征在于,所述筒状瓶体为圆筒形的瓶体;所述活塞的外周为截面呈腰形的密封件,所述活塞与所述筒状瓶体内壁紧密贴合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自吸泵压式包装瓶,其特征在于,所述弹性密封片由环形圈、位于环形圈正中间的封片以及连接环形圈与封片的连接条构成,所述环形圈、所述封片和所述连接条成一体;所述封片的厚度小于所述环形圈的厚度。
4.根据权利要求3所述的自吸泵压式包装瓶,其特征在于,所述环形圈的实体截面为矩形;所述封片为圆形片;所述连接条为弧形带状,其弧形半径比所述封片的圆半径大2-5mm,所述连接条与所述封片的连接处为一折弯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的自吸泵压式包装瓶,其特征在于,所述密封座内设有环形内凹台阶;所述弹性密封片中的环形圈固定在密封座中;所述密封座上的通孔位于正中间,所述弹性密封片的封片位于正中间,封片尺寸大于通孔尺寸;所述联接是指过盈配合或固定连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的自吸泵压式包装瓶,其特征在于,所述伞形件为弹性体;所述伞形件上部为空心圆柱结构,下部为伞状结构;所述伞状结构的伞面顶部设有3条以上卡筋条。
7.根据权利要求1所述的自吸泵压式包装瓶,其特征在于,所述空心出料柱的柱高小于支撑柱的长度;所述支撑柱为均布的四根立柱,每根立柱的一端连接所述端面密封盖,另一端连接所述伞形件上端开口;所述伞形件、空心出料柱、支撑柱和端面密封盖为一体式结构。
8.根据权利要求1所述的自吸泵压式包装瓶,其特征在于,所述伞形件下端与密封座过盈配合是指所述伞形件下端开口的边沿与所述密封座内的环形内凹台阶过盈配合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的自吸泵压式包装瓶,其特征在于,所述自吸泵压式包装瓶还包括泵头,所述泵头含有按键和出料管;所述按键上表面连接出料管盖,所述出料管盖盖在所述出料管管口处;所述出料管与所述空心出料柱连接,所述出料管的外径与所述空心出料柱的内径相同。
10.根据权利要求1所述的自吸泵压式包装瓶,其特征在于,所述自吸泵压式包装瓶的瓶底设有底座,所述底座上设有1个以上连接包装瓶与大气的通孔。
