本发明公开一种鸽子红枣粥,具体包括:以鸽子为主要原料,然后将鸽子和红枣、小米、等有机结合起来,通过腌制,熬制得到鸽子红枣粥。本发明配方考究独特、工艺方法容易、味香色美、口感极佳、味道纯正、营养价值高、食用方便,同时价格低廉。实施本发明而熬制形成的鸽子红枣粥,具有滋肾益气、祛风解毒、补气虚、益精血、暖腰膝、利小便和养颜美容等作用。

本发明属于保健食品制作技术领域,涉及一种鸽子红枣粥。
背景技术
粥作为一种传统食品,在中国人心中的地位超过了世界上任何一个民族,中国四千年有文字记载的历史中,粥的踪影伴随始终。粥,其质稀软清爽,既能减轻消化器官的负荷,又有利于营养成份的吸收,所以有“治粥为生命之源,饮膳可代药之半”的美誉。但是,一般人对粥的认识还不够,胡乱搭配食材,没能充分利用各种食材的价值,不是造成食材浪费,就是达不到食补的作用。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种可以滋肾益气,养血养颜的鸽子红枣粥。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案来实现:
鸽子红枣粥由鸽子肉40克、小米60克、水400克、红枣15克、料酒10克、白糖10克、盐8克组成。
制作方法:
先将料酒、白糖、盐放入鸽子肉(切成小块)拌匀一起腌制15分钟,然后放入锅内加水熬烂,再将红枣,小米洗净倒入锅内,改小火炖30分钟即可食用。
鸽子亦称家鸽、鹁鸽。鸽子的营养价值极高,既是名贵的美味佳肴,又是高级滋补佳品。鸽肉的蛋白质含量高,鸽肉消化率也高,而脂肪含量较低,在兽禽动物肉食中最宜人类食用。此外,鸽肉所含的钙、铁、铜等元素及维生素A、B族维生素、维E等都比鸡、鱼、牛、羊肉含量高;红枣含有蛋白质、脂肪、醣类、有机酸、维生素A、维生素C、微量钙多种氨基酸等丰富的营养成份;小米的营养价值很高,含蛋白质9.2-14.7%,脂肪3.0-4.6%及多种维生素。同时还含有钙,磷,钾,钠,镁,铁,锌,硒,铜,锰,碘等。
本发明有如下优点:
1、配方考究独特、工艺方法容易、味香色美、口感极佳、味道纯正、营养价值高、食用方便。
2、该食材不但资源丰富,而且容易组织,同时价格低廉,重要的是鸽子红枣粥还具有众多的保健功效。
有益效果:鸽肉具有滋肾益气、祛风解毒、补气虚、益精血、暖腰膝、利小便和养颜美容等作用。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明作进一步的说明:
鸽子红枣粥由鸽子肉40克、小米60克、水400克、红枣15克、料酒10克、白糖10克、盐8克组成。
