现有技术中,申请号为201210519239.0的《一种鱼肉饺子的制作方法》存在以下不足:1、草鱼或乌鱼的肉内含鱼刺多,容易混杂在饺子内,使得饺子食用时容易造成卡刺;2、草鱼或乌鱼的营养成分低。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种营养成分多且含量高、鲜美浓香可口,便于制作的羊肉饺子。

一种具有益智补肾作用的羊肉饺子,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:面粉550~600份、羊肉450~500份、鸡肾100~150份、菠菜200~300份、淮山粉100~120份、鸡蛋清150~180份、芹菜40~50份、精盐18~20份、料酒20~24份、鸡精1.2~1.5份、香油18~22份、精炼油32~40份。
优选由以下重量份的原料制成:面粉580份、羊肉480份、鸡肾130份、菠菜250份、淮山粉110份、鸡蛋清160份、芹菜45份、精盐19份、料酒22份、鸡精1.4份、香油20份、精炼油36份。
羊肉饺子的制作方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将羊肉宰杀后洗净,取净羊肉绞成茸;将鸡肾用刀切成泥状;将菠菜和芹菜洗净,切成细粒;将淮山粉去皮,放入榨汁机中进行榨汁,过滤得淮山粉泥和淮山粉汁;将羊肉茸、鸡肾泥、菠菜细粒、芹菜细粒和淮山粉泥进行混合搅拌均匀,再将部分精盐、料酒、鸡精、香油和精炼油加入其中,再搅拌均匀,即成饺子馅,备用;

1.一种具有益智补肾作用的羊肉饺子,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:面粉550~600份、羊肉450~500份、鸡肾100~150份、菠菜200~300份、淮山粉100~120份、鸡蛋清150~180份、芹菜40~50份、精盐18~20份、料酒20~24份、鸡精1.2~1.5份、香油18~22份、精炼油32~40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种具有益智补肾作用的羊肉饺子,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:面粉580份、羊肉480份、鸡肾130份、菠菜250份、淮山粉110份、鸡蛋清160份、芹菜45份、精盐19份、料酒22份、鸡精1.4份、香油20份、精炼油36份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种具有益智补肾作用的羊肉饺子的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将羊肉宰杀后洗净,取净羊肉绞成茸;将鸡肾用刀切成泥状;将菠菜和芹菜洗净,切成细粒;将淮山粉去皮,放入榨汁机中进行榨汁,过滤得淮山粉泥和淮山粉汁;将羊肉茸、鸡肾泥、菠菜细粒、芹菜细粒和淮山粉泥进行混合搅拌均匀,再将部分精盐、料酒、鸡精、香油和精炼油加入其中,再搅拌均匀,即成饺子馅,备用;
(2)将鸡蛋清放入面粉中,加入剩下的盐,再倒入50~55℃的温水,和成面团,待醒发后制成饺子皮;
(3)将饺子馅和饺子皮包成饺子。
