本发明公开一种雪梨汤的制作方法,涉及饮料加工技术领域,它采用枇杷叶、雪梨、金橘、白糖和纯净水制成,方法为将雪梨榨汁,将枇杷叶熬煮得枇杷溶液,往枇杷溶液中加入梨汁和白糖熬煮,在加入金橘熬煮,得到雪梨汤,最后冷却灭菌即可存放;本发明制作方法,工艺简单,步骤易控制,制出的雪梨汤不仅口味好、品质佳,口感柔和、爽口,而且对咳嗽、痰多、清热润肺具有显著效果。

本发明涉及饮料加工领域,尤其是一种雪梨汤的制作方法。
背景技术
梨(Pear),水果名称,蔷薇科梨属植物,多年生落叶乔木果树,叶子卵形,花多白色,一般梨的颜色为外皮呈现出金黄色或暖黄色,里面果肉则为通亮白色,鲜嫩多汁,口味甘甜,核味微酸,凉性感。因为梨的这些特性,人们喜欢吃梨,喜欢整个咬着吃,也喜欢将梨打成汁喝;饭后吃个梨或喝杯梨汁,积存在人体内的致癌物质可以大量排出。吸烟或者吃烤肉等在体内聚集的强致癌物质多环芳香烃,在吃梨后会显著降低,梨汁味甘酸而平,有润肺清燥、止咳化痰、养血生肌的作用,因此对咽喉干燥、痒、痛、音哑、痰稠等均有良效; 梨含有较多糖类和多种维生素,对肝脏有一定的保护作用,特别适合饮酒人士。梨具有降低血压、养阴清热的功效,患高血压、心脏病、肝炎、肝硬化的病人,经常喝些梨汁大有益处。
但是,人们吃梨都是直接食用,未经煮制,因此,上述功效的取得不是很明显。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种制作工艺简单,制得的汤饮料对清热润肺有明显效果的雪梨汤的制作方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
采用如下重量份的原料:枇杷叶25~35份,雪梨70~100份,金橘10~20份,白糖20~30份,纯净水40~60份;
其制备步骤为:
A、将梨榨汁;
B、将所述枇杷叶用所述纯净水熬煮,熬煮制纯净水剩下30-45份,过滤,得到枇杷溶液;
C、往所述枇杷溶液中加入梨汁和白糖,继续熬煮,得枇杷梨汁糖浆;
D、往所述枇杷梨汁糖浆内放入金橘继续熬煮,得到雪梨汤;
E、将雪梨汤冷却,灭菌后,灌装入库2-6℃存储。
上述技术方案中,更具体的方案还可以是:C步骤中,熬煮时间为30分钟;D步骤中,熬煮得时间为20分钟。
本发明所述的枇杷,别名:芦橘、金丸、芦枝;拉丁文名:Eriobotrya japonica
(Thunb.) Lindl。蔷薇科、枇杷属植物,原产中国东南部,因叶子形状似琵琶乐器而名,其花可入药。树高3~5米,叶子大而长,厚而有茸毛,呈长椭圆形,状如琵琶。别名又叫芦橘、芦枝、金丸、炎果、焦子。枇杷作用:肺痿咳嗽、胸闷多痰,适于劳伤吐血者、坏血病患者,抑制流感病毒,预防感冒,清肺胃热,降气化痰,有润肺、止咳、止渴的功效。
本发明所述的金橘,又名金柑,属芸香科,具有理气,解郁,化痰,止渴,消食,醒酒的功效。金桔能增强机体抗寒能力,可以防治感冒、降低血脂。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本发明的制作方法,工艺简单,步骤易控制,制出的雪梨汤不仅口味好、品质佳,口感柔和、爽口,而且对咳嗽、痰多、清热润肺具有显著效果。

本实施例的醋饮料采用以下重量份的的原料:
枇杷叶25份,雪梨100份,金橘10份,白糖30份,纯净水60份;
其制备步骤为:
A 、将梨榨汁;
B、将所述枇杷叶用所述纯净水熬煮,熬煮制纯净水剩下45份,过滤,得到枇杷溶液;
C、往所述枇杷溶液中加入梨汁和白糖,继续熬煮,得枇杷梨汁糖浆;
D、往所述枇杷梨汁糖浆内放入金橘继续熬煮,得到雪梨汤;
E、将雪梨汤冷却,灭菌后,灌装入库2-6℃存储。

本实施例的醋饮料采用以下重量份的的原料:
枇杷叶35份,雪梨700份,金橘20份,白糖25份,纯净水50份;
其制备步骤为:
A 、将梨榨汁;
B、将所述枇杷叶用所述纯净水熬煮,熬煮制纯净水剩下37.5份,过滤,得到枇杷溶液;
C、往所述枇杷溶液中加入梨汁和白糖,继续熬煮,得枇杷梨汁糖浆;
D、往所述枇杷梨汁糖浆内放入金橘继续熬煮,得到雪梨汤;
E、将雪梨汤冷却,灭菌后,灌装入库2-6℃存储。
实施例3:
本实施例的醋饮料采用以下重量份的的原料:
枇杷叶30份,雪梨80份,金橘15份,白糖20份,纯净水40份;
其制备步骤为:
A 、将梨榨汁;
B、将所述枇杷叶用所述纯净水熬煮,熬煮制纯净水剩下30份,过滤,得到枇杷溶液;
C、往所述枇杷溶液中加入梨汁和白糖,继续熬煮,得枇杷梨汁糖浆;
D、往所述枇杷梨汁糖浆内放入金橘继续熬煮,得到雪梨汤;
E、将雪梨汤冷却,灭菌后,灌装入库2-6℃存储。

1.一种雪梨汤的制作方法,其特征在于:采用如下重量份的原料:枇杷叶25~35份,雪梨70~100份,金橘10~20份,白糖20~30份,纯净水40~60份;
其制备步骤为:

B、将所述枇杷叶用所述纯净水熬煮,熬煮制纯净水剩下30-45份,过滤,得到枇杷溶液;
