本发明涉及饮品领域,特别是涉及一种养肺汤。
背景技术
传统的养肺汤中大部分以中药为主,长时间服用会降低人体免疫力。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种养肺汤,具有养肺,增强自身抵抗力的优点。
本发明的技术方案是:一种养肺汤,包括如下重量份的原料:金桔8份-12 份、雪梨16份-24份、冰糖1份-2份、青果8份-12份和水。
在进一步的技术方案中,所述金桔为8份、雪梨为16份、冰糖为1份、青果为8份和水。
在进一步的技术方案中,所述金桔为9份、雪梨为17份、冰糖为1.1份、青果为9份和水。
在进一步的技术方案中,所述金桔为10份、雪梨为18份、冰糖为1.2份、青果为10份和水。
在进一步的技术方案中,所述金桔为11份、雪梨为19份、冰糖为1.3份、青果为11份和水。
在进一步的技术方案中,所述金桔为12份、雪梨为20份、冰糖为1.4份、青果为12份和水。

本发明的有益效果是:
1、主要以金桔、雪梨、冰糖、青果以及水为原料,其中金桔、雪梨和青果具有丰富的维生素具有增强自身抵抗力的优点;
2、金桔亦含维生P,维生素P属于黄酮类化合物,是维护血管健康的重要营养素,能强化微血管弹性,可作为高血压、血管硬化、心脏疾病之辅助调养食物,对维护心血管功能,防止血管硬化、高血压等疾病有一定的作用;
3、雪梨味甘性寒,含苹果酸、柠檬酸、维生素B1、B2.C、胡萝卜素等,具生津润燥、清热化痰之功效;
4、冰糖具有润肺、保护呼吸道、化痰止咳、解毒等功效;
5、青果具有清热解毒,利咽,生津功效;主治咽喉肿痛,咳嗽烦渴,鱼蟹中毒。

下面对本发明的实施例作进一步说明。
实施例1:
一种养肺汤,包括如下重量份的原料:金桔8份-12份、雪梨16份-24份、冰糖1份-2份、青果8份-12份和水。
在另一个实施例中,所述金桔为8份、雪梨为16份、冰糖为1份、青果为 8份和水。
在另一个实施例中,所述金桔为9份、雪梨为17份、冰糖为1.1份、青果为9份和水。
在另一个实施例中,所述金桔为10份、雪梨为18份、冰糖为1.2份、青果为10份和水。
在另一个实施例中,所述金桔为11份、雪梨为19份、冰糖为1.3份、青果为11份和水。
在另一个实施例中,所述金桔为12份、雪梨为20份、冰糖为1.4份、青果为12份和水。
在另一个实施例中,所述金桔为12份、雪梨为21份、冰糖为1.5份、青果为12份和水。
金桔的功效作用:
金桔味道酸甜可口,含有丰富的维生素C、金桔甙等成分,对维护心血管功能,防止血管硬化、高血压等疾病有一定的作用。还能增强机体抗寒能力,防治感冒、降低血脂。
1.开胃生津金桔作为食疗保健品,金桔蜜饯可以开胃,饮金桔汁能生津止渴,加梨汁饮服能治咳嗽;金桔药性甘温,能理气解郁,化痰。
2.消食醒酒金桔气味芬芳,适宜胸闷郁结,不思饮食,或伤食饱满,醉酒口渴之人食用。
3.防感冒金桔能增强机体抗寒能力,可以防治感冒、降低血脂。
4.美容护肤金桔中含有金桔甙和维生素C,可预防色素沉淀、增进皮肤光泽与弹性、减缓衰老、避免肌肤松弛生皱
5.预防慢性病金桔亦含维生P,维生素P属于黄酮类化合物,是维护血管健康的重要营养素,能强化微血管弹性,可作为高血压、血管硬化、心脏疾病之辅助调养食物,对维护心血管功能,防止血管硬化、高血压等疾病有一定的作用。
金桔的营养价值:
金桔果实含有丰富的维生素C、金桔甙等成分,对维护心血管功能,防止血管硬化、高血压等疾病有一定的作用。金橘含有特殊的挥发油、金橘甙等特殊物质,具有令人愉悦的香气,是颇具特色的水果。
1、金桔果实含丰富的维生素A,可预防色素沉淀、增进皮肤光泽与弹性、减缓衰老、避免肌肤松弛生皱。也可预防文明病,如血管病变及癌症,更能理气止咳、健胃、化痰、预防哮喘及支气管炎。金桔亦含维生P,是维护血管健康的重要营养素,能强化微血管弹性,可作为高血压、血管硬化、心脏疾病之辅助调养食物。
2、金桔果实含有丰富的维生素C、金桔甙等成分,对维护心血管功能,防止血管硬化、高血压等疾病有一定的作用。作为食疗保健品,金桔蜜饯可以开胃,饮金桔汁能生津止渴,加梨汁饮服能治咳嗽。金桔药性甘温,能理气解郁,化痰。
3、金桔的特点是果皮和果肉一起食用,嚼食后,顿觉喉间津润、满口生香。金桔80%的维生素C集中在果皮上,每百克高达200毫克。金桔除鲜食外,也可泡茶饮用。一个较大的用途是加工成白糖金桔饼、甘草金桔饼、果酱、桔皮酒、金桔汁等。
本发明中的金桔均采自江西遂川,且在早上7点自9点之间进行采摘。
雪梨的药用价值:
药用能治风热、润肺、凉心、消痰、降火、解毒。医学研究证明,梨确有润肺清燥、止咳化痰、养血生肌的作用。因此对急性气管炎和上呼吸道感染的患者出现的咽喉干、痒、痛、音哑、痰稠、便秘、尿赤、祛痰均有良效。
梨又有降低血压和养阴清热的效果,所以高血压、肝炎、肝硬化病人常吃梨有好处。味甘性寒,具生津润燥、清热化痰、养血生肌之功效。
雪梨的营养价值:
雪梨不但鲜嫩多汁,并且含有丰富的维生素、膳食纤维和钙、磷、铁、碘等微量元素。经常吃梨,不仅能预防便秘,还能促进人体内致癌物质的排出。
1、生津止渴:润喉去燥,使人清爽舒适。适宜口干、眼干、思虑过度、睡眠不足、讲话过多的人群。
2、化痰止咳:对咽喉部有良好的湿润和物理治疗作用,有利于局部炎症治愈,并能解除局部痒感,从而阻断咳嗽反射。
3、润肺:滋阴润肺,去除肺燥肺热。使人呼吸畅通舒适。
4、祛脂降压:使血压更易控制,并使毛细管扩张,血黏度降低,微循环改善。
5、利尿消肿:能清除体内毒素和多余的水分,促进血液和水分新陈代谢,有利尿、消水肿作用。
6、养颜护肤:增强皮肤张力、消除皱纹的功效。
雪梨采自四川省广元市苍溪县,采摘时间为17时至20时。
冰糖的功效:
具有润肺、保护呼吸道、化痰止咳、解毒等功效。
1.润肺冰糖入脾、肺二经,有润肺止咳的作用,可以配伍不同的中药治疗肺燥咳嗽,痰中带血等症状。
2.保护呼吸道冰糖富含维生素A,保护呼吸道上皮,提高免疫球蛋白的功能,预防呼吸道感染,可以滋阴润肺,去除肺燥肺热,使人呼吸畅通舒适。
3.化痰止咳冰糖适宜多痰、痰黏稠、咳嗽等症状。对咽喉部有良好的湿润和物理治疗作用,有利于局部炎症治愈,并能解除局部痒感,从而阻断咳嗽反射。能稀释呼吸道炎症和分泌物的黏稠度,使之易咳出,有利于止咳和祛痰。
4.解毒冰糖可以清理身体内长期淤积的毒素,增进身体健康,增加免疫细胞的活性,消除体内的有害物质。
5.祛脂降压冰糖可以使毛细管扩张,血液黏度降低,虽然不能够完全控制血压,但能够辅助治疗高血压,使高血压更加容易控制,有辅助治疗高血压的作用。
冰糖的营养价值:
冰糖的主要成分是含结晶水的葡萄糖,另外还含有碳水化合物、维生素B1、维生素B2、钙、钾、钠、镁、铁、锌、铜等。冰糖富含的蔗糖,经过水解可以分解为葡萄糖和果糖,能够为人体供能。冰糖富含碳水化合物,碳水化合物是构成机体的重要物质,能调节脂肪代谢。冰糖富含铜,对于血液、中枢神经和免疫系统、皮肤、脑子和肝、心等内脏的发育和功能有重要影响。
冰糖采用广西的老冰糖,用上等的蔗糖纯手工熬制而成,色泽微黄剔透如琥珀,闻起来有淡淡清香。性甘味平的黄冰糖,不仅具有滋阴润肺、补中和胃的效果。
青果的功效:
具有清热解毒,利咽,生津功效。主治咽喉肿痛,咳嗽烦渴,鱼蟹中毒。
1、咽喉肿痛,咳嗽烦渴:本品性平偏寒,功能清热解毒,生津利咽,化痰止咳。
2、鱼蟹中毒:本品甘平解毒。
3、西医诊为急性扁桃腺炎、急慢性咽炎、上呼吸道感染、流行性感冒属于风热表证者,食物中毒等属于热毒蕴结者。
本发明中的水采用山泉水。
本发明主要以金桔、雪梨、冰糖和青果为原料,主要针对肺部健康以及提高自身免疫力的一款饮品。

1.一种养肺汤,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:金桔8份-12份、雪梨16份-24份、冰糖1份-2份、青果8份-12份和水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的养肺汤,其特征在于,所述金桔为8份、雪梨为16份、冰糖为1份、青果为8份和水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的养肺汤,其特征在于,所述金桔为9份、雪梨为17份、冰糖为1.2份、青果为9份和水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的养肺汤,其特征在于,所述金桔为10份、雪梨为18份、冰糖为1.4份、青果为10份和水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的养肺汤,其特征在于,所述金桔为11份、雪梨为19份、冰糖为1.6份、青果为11份和水。
6.根据权利要求1所述的养肺汤,其特征在于,所述金桔为12份、雪梨为20份、冰糖为1.8份、青果为12份和水。
7.根据权利要求1所述的养肺汤,其特征在于,所述金桔为12份、雪梨为21份、冰糖为2份、青果为12份和水。
