Abstract
本发明涉及一种N‑苄基色胺酮衍生物及其制备方法和用途。本发明一种N‑苄基色胺酮类衍生物,其特征在于,所述衍生物具有式1所示的结构通式;其中,各基团的定义如说明书中所述。本发明化合物的制备方法操作简单、条件温和、收率高,易于工业化生产等优点。本发明所述的N‑苄基色胺酮衍生物具有优良的吲哚胺‑2,3‑双加氧酶(IDO)抑制活性,可应用于治疗具有IDO介导的色氨酸代谢的病理学特征的疾病。
