Abstract

合成树脂原料颗粒搅拌装置。该装置由包括一个可拆卸地设于支架内盛放颗粒和染色剂的搅拌桶,一个可上下移动地安装于支架上,可放入和拔出搅拌桶的搅拌器。该装置的特点在于:搅拌器有多个搅拌臂和多个分别固定在这些搅拌臂下端的搅拌爪;搅拌桶的底部中央有一个直立的导柱,导柱上固定了一静叶片,桶的内周壁上有多个混合叶片,用于在桶内搅拌颗粒和染色剂,完成对颗粒均匀染色。

Description

合成树脂颗粒搅拌装置
本发明涉及对供入挤压机的用于对合成树脂原料颗粒进行均匀搅拌与染色的合成树脂颗粒搅拌装置。
已知的此类搅拌装置有一个在中部装有旋转轴的旋转式搅拌器。该旋转式搅拌器在其上端有一个封闭盖,用于注入颗粒;在其下端有一排料口。旋转轴的两端可转动地支承于柱子上。旋转轴的一端伸出柱子的外边并在其上安装一个皮带轮;在柱子的下端有一马达,马达的轴上也安装一个皮带轮;两皮带轮以带相连。这样马达驱动皮带轮,安装着皮带轮的中央转动带动一旋转式搅拌器旋转,对颗粒进行搅拌与染色。
在这种已知的搅拌装置里,颗粒搅拌情况从搅拌装置外部是无法观察到的,因为颗粒是从搅拌装置上部的封闭盖注入搅拌装置后,搅拌装置旋转搅拌染色的,另一方面,使颗粒彻底均匀染色的搅拌染作业需要很长时间,因为颗粒在旋转式搅拌器内只能沿其圆周上下滑动。而且在完成了搅拌染色作业后,需要马上清洁旋转式搅拌器的内侧特别是要清除其上的染色剂,清洗旋转式搅拌器的内部要费很多时间和劳动力。
因此本发明的目的是提供一种把颗粒与染色剂置于搅拌桶内能以很短的时间将其均匀染色,能很容易地在搅拌装置外面观察颗粒搅拌染色情况,能简单而又容易地清洗搅拌桶的合成树颗粒搅拌装置。
为实现本发明上述目的,本发明提供了一种合成树脂原料颗粒搅拌装置,其包括:盛放合成树脂原料颗粒的圆桶形搅拌桶,该桶可拆卸地安装于支架框内:可上下移动地安装于支架上的搅拌器,可放入搅拌桶和从其中取出,其特征在于所述的搅拌器设有多个搅拌臂,其下端各装有搅拌爪,和所述的搅拌桶的底部中央设有直立的导柱,所述的导柱固定着至少一个静叶片,和在搅拌桶的内周表面有多个混合叶片。
下面通过附图说明本发明的实施例,附图中:
图1是本发明的搅拌装置的正视图,示出搅拌器在下落后的位置。
图2是本发明的搅拌装置正视图,示出搅拌器提升后的位置。
图3是本发明的搅拌装置的顶视图。
图4是示出本发明的搅拌桶的内部的透视图。
图5是图4沿A-A线切开的剖面图。
下面参照附图显示的实施例详细说明本发明的合成树脂搅拌装置。
在图1-图3中,本发明的搅拌装置有一个支架1,它以位于四角的纵架4,前后两边的边架5和左右两边的侧架6装配而成,近似长方形。配置于支架两边的上下两个侧架6之间,固定了一个升降器8,升降器8内有上下移动的导杆7,升降器8在其导杆7的上端设有升降架9,升降架9上安装搅拌器3。升降器8由气压缸或液压缸构成,缸内增压或除压可使导杆7和升降架9一起上下移动。
搅拌桶2可活动地安装于支架1内侧,它由一个圆桶形容器构成,合成树脂颗粒染色剂注入其中。搅拌桶2在其底10的中央有一个直立的导柱11,柱上固定了一个静叶片12,该静叶片12从直立导柱11的圆周切线一部分垂直地突出因而可以暂时地停止原料颗粒的移动。此外,在搅拌桶2内还有一些混合叶片14,按设定的距离相互交替地沿上下方向从圆桶的圆周表面13上往里伸出。
搅拌器3安装于升降器8的导杆7上固定的升降架9的中间部分。该搅拌器3有一个位于升降架9上部的马达15和一个伸到升降架9下部的转轴16。另外,搅拌器3还在转轴16的下端安装了多个搅拌臂17,在每个搅拌臂17的下端固定一个搅拌爪18。每个搅拌臂17都由从转轴16下端伸展出来平行于支架1的边架5和侧架6的水平部分和垂直弯向边架5和横架6并平行于纵架4的垂直部分组成。搅拌爪18向内倾斜指向转轴16的轴线以便于搅拌颗粒。搅拌器3通过升降架9的上下推动可以在上升、下降两个位置之间移动,下降位置如图1所示是搅拌混合作业位置,搅拌臂17和搅拌爪18放入位于支架1之内的搅拌桶2里,上升位置如图2所示,是脱离搅拌混合作业的位置,搅拌爪18高于搅拌桶2。
如果在依据本发明制造的搅拌装置内对颗粒进行搅拌,混合和染色,需把原料合成树脂颗粒从储料箱投入搅拌桶2,并将染色剂一起投入搅拌桶2。再将搅拌桶2放到支架1内如图2所示的位置,这时,搅拌器3,如图1所示,位于支架1内并被提升到最高位置。然后,降低升降器8的气压缸或液压缸内的压力,升降架9下降,因而搅拌器3的搅拌臂17和搅拌爪18被放入位于支架1之内的搅拌桶2里,接着,搅拌器3如图1所示被放到降低位置,就是在这个位置,搅拌臂17和搅拌爪18为马达15所驱动旋转起来,对颗粒进行搅拌,混合与染色。用搅拌爪18搅拌颗粒时,颗粒和染色剂在桶2内同方向运动,然而,颗粒的运动会暂时地被固定于桶2内壁表面13上的混合叶片14和固定于直立导柱11上的静叶片12所干扰,因而上述的同方向运动就会改变,产生涡流,对颗粒进行均匀全面的染色,并可能大大增加颗粒的染色效果。对颗粒的混合,染色完成后,马达即停止转动,然后则对升降器8的缸体内加气压或液压,即把具有搅拌爪18的搅拌器3提升到如图2所示的升起位置,再把搅拌桶2移出支架1,供到传输装置内。

Claims (4)

1.一种合成树脂原料颗粒搅拌装置,其包括:盛放合成树脂原料颗粒的圆桶形搅拌桶,该桶可拆卸地安装于支架框内:可上下移动地安装于支架上的搅拌器,可放入搅拌桶和从其中取出,其特征在于所述的搅拌器设有多个搅拌臂,其下端各装有搅拌爪,和所述的搅拌桶的底部中央设有直立的导柱,所述的导柱固定着至少一个静叶片,和在搅拌桶的内周表面有多个混合叶片。
2.根据权利要求1的搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述的支架有一个安装了可上下移动的导杆的升降器,所述的导杆上设有一个升降架,所述的升降架上安装着所述的搅拌器。
3.根据权利要求1的搅拌装置,其特征在于所述的搅拌器还包括:一直延伸到升降架下部的马达旋转轴;马达固定于所述的升降架上部;所述的多个搅拌臂固定于马达旋转轴下部。
4.根据权利要求1的搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述的多个混合叶片以预定距离相互交替地沿上下方向突出于桶壁。
