本申请涉及基于(甲基)丙烯酸酯的粘合剂含水分散体,所述粘合剂含水分散体含有至少一种乙烯酯和至少一种烯烃二酯(alkene diester)的部分水解或完全水解的共聚物作为稳定剂,所述乙烯酯优选乙酸乙烯酯,所述烯烃二酯优选3,4-二乙酰氧基-1-丁烯,本发明还涉及所述组合物作为标签粘合剂或密封粘合剂的用途。
水基粘合剂在现有技术中被称为标签粘合剂。通常,将这些粘合剂施加到纸或塑料标签的一面,然后将该标签以高速贴标法粘贴在容器上。为了易于加工,容器,经常是瓶,当粘贴标签时已经填充有内容物了。由于内容物在许多情况下要冷藏,因此容器具有外表面,外表面的温度低于环境温度,这样使得在容器外面形成冷凝水。该冷凝水在迄今使用的高速贴标过程中是很个很大的问题,由于标签没有与这种湿表面充分粘贴,因此容易从被贴的位置滑掉。因此总的目标是开发在湿表面上也有良好粘合性能的粘合剂。
进一步要求是当容器循环再利用时可以容易地将标签除去,并且没有残留。为此,希望经干燥的粘合剂能够快速且容易地溶解在水或碱性溶液中。
为了实现标签与冷凝水打湿的冷瓶良好地粘合,主要使用酪蛋白基粘合剂。然而,作为天然产物,酪蛋白成本高,不是总能容易获得,质量波动非常大。然而,酪蛋白基粘合剂的有利性能目前仍然不能被合成粘合剂完全再现。
合适的密封粘合剂在包装领域起着重要作用,使用冷-密封粘合剂用于包装温度敏感性货物,例如食物如冰淇淋或巧克力。当生产药物用的起泡包装时经常使用热-密封粘合剂。在该方法中,经常使用溶剂基体系,这是由于它们具有良好的密封性能、粘合性并且对许多填充物质和环境影响具有耐性。然而,不利的是采用溶剂含量高的物质时需要特殊的保护手段。因此,生产工人必须通过适当手段(例如提取系统)防护溶剂蒸发,并且在生产车间必须提供复杂的防暴露和防火手段。因此也需要合适的水基粘合剂,特别是具有良好密封性能的水基粘合剂。
本发明要解决的问题因此是提供一种合成粘合剂,它具有与冷湿瓶实现良好粘合的性能,并因此可以替代常用的酪蛋白基粘合剂。而且,希望该粘合剂能够用作密封粘合剂,特别是冷-密封粘合剂。
已出人意料地证实,可以通过以下粘合剂组合物实现该目标,该粘合剂组合物含有丙烯酸酯聚合物与特定聚乙烯基醇基保护胶体的组合。可商购获得的聚乙烯醇由于其特殊的化学组成而不适合用于丙烯酸酯分散体的聚合。
本发明因此涉及粘合剂组合物,所述粘合剂组合物含有基于丙烯酸酯单体的聚合物分散体,所述丙烯酸酯单体被聚乙烯醇衍生物稳定。使用丙烯酸酯和聚乙烯醇衍生物的该特定组合,可以获得与酪蛋白基配方相似的粘合性能,但是没有酪蛋白的不利性能。特别是,通过省去酪蛋白,可以显著降低成本并且可以保证相容的(consistent)质量。这些新型粘合剂组合物与已知的酪蛋白粘合剂相比贮藏更稳定,并且更易操作。与已知的合成丙烯酸酯粘合剂相比,本发明的组合物与冷湿表面的粘合性大大改善,即防止标签从适当位置滑移,在贮藏冰水之后仍然容易洗掉该标签。此外,可以获得优异的热密封和冷密封性能。因此,粘合剂组合物具有高的耐水性并且对广泛的填充物质具有耐性,填充物质例如番茄酱、酸奶、冰淇淋或巧克力。
在第一方面,本发明因此涉及一种粘合剂组合物,其中所述粘合剂组合物是(甲基)丙烯酸酯含水分散体,在每种情况下,基于所述粘合剂组合物的总重量,所述粘合剂组合物含有:
(a)15.0-55.0重量%,优选15.0-40.0重量%,更优选16.0-25.0重量%的基于(甲基)丙烯酸酯单体的聚合物(polymerizate);和
(b)0.1-5.0重量%,优选0.4-2.5重量%的稳定剂,所述稳定剂含有至少一种乙烯酯和至少一种下式的烯烃二酯的共聚物:
H2C=CHR1-(CHR2)n-CH2R3
其中,R1、R2和R3中的至少两个是–OC(O)R4,其余的是氢,R4是C1-6烷基,优选甲基,并且n是0、1、2、3、4或5,
所述共聚物是部分水解或完全水解的,并且所述乙烯酯优选乙酸乙烯酯。
本文使用的“至少一种”是指一种或多种,例如1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9或更多种。
另一方面,本发明涉及这种粘合剂作为标签粘合剂的用途。
通过使用本文所述的粘合剂,即使在湿冷玻璃和塑料表面标签也能够很好地粘合。特别地,在低温(冰水)下的粘合效果也特别好。尽管粘合强度高,但是能够容易地将该粘合剂洗掉。
另一方面,本发明涉及这种粘合剂作为密封粘合剂的用途,特别是作为冷-密封粘合剂。
本文所述的粘合剂组合物是丙烯酸酯-基聚合物的水基分散体,其被特定的聚乙烯醇衍生物稳定。
用作保护胶体或者稳定剂的聚乙烯醇衍生物是至少一种乙烯酯单体与至少一种下式的烯烃二酯单体的共聚物:
H2C=CHR1-(CHR2)n-CH2R3
其中R1、R2和R3中的至少两个是–OC(O)R4,其余的是氢,R4是C1-6烷基,优选甲基,并且n是0、1、2、3、4或5,乙烯酯单体优选乙酸乙烯酯。这些共聚物是部分水解或完全水解的。本文使用的“水解的”涉及如下事实:酯基被部分地或完全地皂化,从而共聚物在这些位置含有自由羟基。“部分水解的”是指一些酯基被皂化,其它的酯基没有被皂化。在所述共聚物中,烯烃二酯优选被完全皂化从而形成二醇。乙烯酯单体也完全被皂化以形成乙烯醇单元,或者共聚物同时含有乙烯醇和乙烯酯单元。共聚物的水解度在各种实施方式中是80-95摩尔%。郝普勒粘度(DIN 53015,法,4%水溶液)优选是1-30mPas,优选2-25mPas。
在本发明的各种实施方式中,共聚物是含有50-95重量%的基于至少一种乙烯酯单体的单体单元和5-50重量%的基于至少一种烯烃二酯单体的单体单元,所述乙烯酯单体优选乙酸乙烯酯,所述烯烃二酯单体优选3,4-二乙酰氧基-1-丁烯。优选这些共聚物不含任何基于其它单体的单体单元,即基于至少一种乙烯酯单体的单体单元和基于至少一种烯烃二酯单体的单体单元的量优选合计100重量%。
共聚物可以含有一种类型的乙烯酯单体或几种不同类型的乙烯酯单体作为单体单元。类似地,一种烯烃二酯或多种不同的烯烃二酯可以用作共聚单体。本文使用的“烯烃二酯”涉及具有两个被酯化的羟基的烯烃并且可以被再次皂化以形成二醇。
共聚物可以是乙酸乙烯酯和下式的烯烃二酯的共聚物:
H2C=CH2-(CHR2)n-CH2R3
其中R2和R3中的至少两个是–OC(O)CH3,其余的是氢,并且n是1、2或3,优选1。特别地,共聚物是丁烯二醇/乙烯醇共聚物(INCI:丁烯二醇/乙烯醇共聚物;CAS:917249-64-0)。
在各种实施方式中,稳定剂或保护胶体包含上述各种共聚物中的一种或多种,或由上述各种共聚物中的一种或多种组成。优选稳定剂是上述共聚物之一。
在每种情况下,基于粘合剂组合物的总量,稳定剂的含量为0.1-5.0重量%,优选0.4-2.5重量%。无论粘合剂含有上述共聚物中的一种还是多种,所述量涉及粘合剂组合物中含有的上式的所有共聚物的总量。
粘合剂组合物还含有分散在水中并基于丙烯酸酯或甲基丙烯酸酯的聚合物,并且任选含有可以与丙烯酸酯或甲基丙烯酸酯共聚合的其它单体。本文使用的“丙烯酸酯或甲基丙烯酸酯”是指基于单体的总重量和可能存在的其它可共聚合单体的总量,聚合物含有较大量的丙烯酸酯或甲基丙烯酸酯。在各种实施方式中,基于单体的总重量,丙烯酸酯或甲基丙烯酸酯的比例是至少50重量%。
选自丙烯酸酯或甲基丙烯酸酯的合适的单体是具有1-15个碳原子的未支化或支化醇的酯。优选的甲基丙烯酸酯或丙烯酸酯是丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丙酯、甲基丙烯酸丙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯。尤其优选丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸正丁酯和丙烯酸2-乙基己酯,再更优选甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸正丁酯。聚合物可以含有上述酯中的一种或多种。特别优选甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸正丁酯的混合物,特别是重量比1:1的甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸正丁酯的混合物。在各个实施方式中,基于粘合剂组合物的总重量,粘合剂组合物含有15.0-40.0重量%,优选16.0-25.0重量%的聚合物形式的(甲基)丙烯酸酯单体单元。
任选地,也可以使甲基丙烯酸酯和丙烯酸酯与其它单体共聚合,例如与选自具有1-12个碳原子的未支化或支化羧酸的乙烯酯、乙烯基芳香族化合物、乙烯基卤化物、烯烃和二烯的一种或多种单体共聚合。如果使这些单体共聚合,那么基于单体的总重量,这些单体的量通常为10-50重量%。
优选的乙烯酯是乙酸乙烯酯、丙酸乙烯酯、丁酸乙烯酯、己酸乙烯基-2-乙酯、月桂酸乙烯酯、乙酸1-甲基乙烯酯、新戊酸乙烯酯和具有9-11个碳原子的α-支化单羧酸的乙烯酯。特别优选乙酸乙烯酯。优选苯乙烯、甲基苯乙烯和乙烯基甲苯作为乙烯基芳香族化合物。优选的乙烯基卤化物是乙烯氯。优选的烯烃是乙烯、丙烯,优选的二烯是1,3-丁二烯和异戊二烯。
在优选的实施方式中,也可以共聚合辅助单体。辅助单体的实例有烯键式不饱和的单羧酸和二羧酸,优选丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、富马酸和马来酸;烯键式不饱和的羧酸酰胺和腈,优选丙烯酰胺和丙烯腈;富马酸和马来酸的单酯和二酯例如二乙基酯和二异丙基酯和马来酸酐、烯键式不饱和的磺酸或其盐,优选乙烯基磺酸和2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙烷磺酸。其它实例是预交联共聚单体例如多烯键式不饱和的共聚单体,例如己二酸二乙烯酯、马来酸二烯丙酯、甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯或氰尿酸三烯丙酯,或后交联共聚单体,例如丙烯酰胺基乙醇酸(AGA)、甲基丙烯酰胺基乙醇酸甲基酯(M AGME)、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)、N-羟甲基甲基丙烯酰胺、氨基甲酸N-羟甲基烯丙酯,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、N-羟甲基甲基丙烯酰胺和氨基甲酸N-羟甲基烯丙酯的烷基醚例如异丁氧基醚或酯。环氧基官能化共聚单体例如甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油基酯和丙烯酸缩水甘油基酯也是合适的。其它实例有硅官能化共聚单体,例如丙烯酰氧基丙基三(烷氧基)硅烷和甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三(烷氧基)硅烷、乙烯基三烷氧基硅烷和乙烯基甲基二烷氧基硅烷,乙二醇醚基和乙基丙二醇醚基例如也可以烷氧基基团存在。还提及具有羟基或CO基团的单体,例如甲基丙烯酸-羟烷基酯和丙烯酸羟烷基酯例如丙烯酸的或-甲基丙烯酸的羟基乙基酯、羟基丙基酯或羟基丁基酯,和化合物例如双丙酮丙烯酰胺和乙酰基乙酰氧基乙基丙烯酸酯或乙酰基乙酰氧基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯。然而,特别优选丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸及它们的混合物。基于粘合剂组合物的总重量,这些辅助聚合物以聚合物形式存在的量可以是0.5-20.0重量%,优选1.0-15.0重量%,更优选2.0-12.0重量%。
优选均聚物和共聚物,其含有一种或多种选自以下的单体:丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丙酯、甲基丙烯酸丙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯,特别是丙烯酸正丁酯或丙烯酸2-乙基己酯的均聚物或者甲基丙烯酸甲酯与丙烯酸正丁酯和/或丙烯酸2-乙基己酯的共聚物;和苯乙烯丙烯酸酯与一种或多种选自下面的单体的共聚物:丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯;乙酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸酯与一种或多种选自下面的单体的共聚物:丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯和任选存在的乙烯;所述均聚物和共聚物也可以任选含有上述辅助单体。
特别优选甲基丙烯酸甲酯与丙烯酸正丁酯的共聚物,其任选还可以含有上述辅助单体,特别是丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸,特别优选甲基丙烯酸。基于聚合物中单体的总重量,丙烯酸酯和甲基丙烯酸酯在这些聚合物中的存在量是40.0-90.0重量%,优选60.0-80.0重量%。基于聚合物中单体的总重量,辅助单体(即,特别是丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸)的存在量是10.0-60.0重量%,优选20-40重量%。
选择单体或共聚单体的重量百分比,从而通常获得的玻璃化温度Tg为-50℃至+50℃,优选-30℃至+40℃,前提是该聚合物加入到打算用作密封粘合剂的粘合剂组合物中。为了用作标签粘合剂,优选选择单体或共聚单体的重量百分比,从而使得得到的玻璃化温度Tg为+30℃至+120℃。聚合物的玻璃化温度Tg是以已知方式通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)测定的。
在各种实施方式中,基于粘合剂组合物的总重量,粘合剂组合物含有15.0-55.0重量%,优选15.0-40.0重量%,尤其优选16.0-25.0重量%的共聚物,该共聚物含有40.0-89.0重量%,优选62.5-79.0重量%(甲基)丙烯酸酯单体单元,特别是甲基丙烯酸甲酯和丙烯酸正丁酯单元,和11.0-60.0重量%,优选21.0-37.5重量%(甲基)丙烯酸单体单元,特别是甲基丙烯酸单元。在一个实施方式中,聚合物含有甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸正丁酯和甲基丙烯酸单体单元,它们的质量比为0.8-1.2:0.8-1.2:0.6-1.0,优选1:0.9-1.1:0.7-0.9。在另一实施方式中,聚合物含有甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸正丁酯和丙烯酸单体单元,它们的质量比为0.8-1.2:1.1-1.5:0.01-0.1,优选1:1.2-1.4:0.01-0.1。
丙烯酸酯或甲基丙烯酸酯的均聚物或共聚物是按照乳液聚合法或按照悬液聚合法制得的,优选按照乳液聚合法制得,聚合温度通常为40℃~100℃,优选60℃~90℃。气态共聚单体例如乙烯、1,3-丁烯或氯乙烯的共聚合也可以在压力下进行,通常在5巴-100巴。
使用乳液聚合和悬液聚合常规的水溶性或单体可溶性引发剂或者氧化还原引发剂组合来引发聚合反应。水溶性引发剂的实例有过二硫酸(peroxydisulfuric acid)的钠盐、钾盐和铵盐、过氧化氢、过氧化叔丁基、叔丁基过氧化氢、过氧焦磷酸钾(potassiumperoxodiphosphate)、过氧化新戊酸叔丁基酯、氢过氧化枯烯、异丙基苯单过氧化氢偶氮双异丁腈。单体可溶性引发剂的实例有过氧化二碳酸联十六烷基酯、过氧化二碳酸二环己基酯、过氧化二苯甲酰。在每种情况下基于单体的总重量,所述引发剂的通常用量为0.001-0.7重量%,优选0.001-0.5重量%。
所述引发剂与还原剂的组合用作氧化还原引发剂。合适的还原剂是碱金属和铵的亚硫酸盐和亚硫酸氢盐,例如亚硫酸钠,次硫酸的衍生物例如甲醛次硫酸锌或甲醛次硫酸的碱金属盐,例如羟基甲烷次硫酸钠,和抗坏血酸。在每种情况下基于单体的总重量,还原剂的量通常是0.001-0.5重量%。
为了控制分子量,在聚合反应期间可以使用控制物质。如果使用控制剂,基于待聚合的单体,控制剂的常用量为0.01-5.0重量%,并且控制剂单独分散或者分散控制剂使得它们与反应组分预混合。这些物质的实施例是正十二硫醇、叔十二烷基硫醇、巯基丙酸、巯基丙酸甲酯、异丙醇和乙醛。优选使用正十二烷基硫醇,基于待聚合的单体,正十二烷基硫醇的量例如为1.0重量%-2.0重量%。
聚合期间,上述基于聚乙烯醇的保护胶体以其全部以所述量存在,或者以部分存在并以部分加入,优选作为水溶液。优选存在至少5重量%的保护胶体,更优选保护胶体的比例以其全部存在。
在某些实施方式中,可以有利地额外使用少量的乳化剂,基于单体的量,乳化剂任选为0.1-5重量%。合适的乳化剂是阴离子和阳离子以及非离子乳化剂,例如阴离子表面活性剂,例如链长为8-18个碳原子的烷基硫酸盐、疏水基团基于8-18个碳原子并且具有不超过40个氧化乙烯或氧化丙烯单元的烷基醚硫酸盐或烷基芳基醚硫酸盐、具有8-18个碳原子的烷基磺酸盐或烷基芳基磺酸盐、具有一价醇或烷基苯酚的磺基琥珀酸的酯和半酯,或者非离子表面活性剂如具有8-40个氧化乙烯单元的烷基聚乙二醇醚或烷基芳基聚乙二醇醚。由于存在上述基于聚乙烯醇的保护胶体,因此不必使用额外的乳化剂。因此在优选的实施方式中,不加入额外的乳化剂。
单体,即(甲基)丙烯酸酯单体和可以使用的共聚单体或者辅助单体,可以全部加入,或者以部分存在并在引发聚合反应之后将其余的部分加入。优选以含水预乳液(pre-emulsion)的形式使用单体,含水预乳液还可以含有控制剂和乳化剂(表面活性剂)。优选该过程是这样的,基于聚乙烯醇的保护胶体以其全部以所述量存在,优选作为水溶液,可以对溶液进行加热,例如加热至70-80℃,此时基于单体的总重量加入1-10重量%的单体预乳液。加入引发剂之后,通常在3-4小时内加入其余单体。添加可以分开进行(在空间和时间上分开),或者待添加的所有或一些组分可以预乳化形式加入,即以上述预乳液的形式加入。
通过添加引发剂控制单体的转化。引发剂全部加入,为了调整聚合第一阶段的转化率,将一些引发剂,例如5-10重量%,作为起子进料(starter charge),然后在3-4小时的时间内逐渐加入其余的引发剂。或者,在聚合反应开始时可以相对缓慢地加入引发剂,然后在聚合结束阶段以明显更快的添加速度加入引发剂。
聚合结束之后,可以使用已知方法进行后聚合以消除残余单体,例如使用氧化还原催化剂引发的后聚合反应。通过蒸馏也可以去除挥发性残余单体,优选在减压下蒸馏,并且任选使惰性载体气体例如空气、氮气或水蒸气穿过溶液或从溶液上方通过。
可以使用所述方法获得的含水分散体和相应的粘合剂组合物优选固体含量为30-75重量%。在各个实施方式中,所述组合物含有30-70重量%,优选40-70重量%,更优选50-70重量%的水。组合物优选不含有机溶剂。
为了增加不同用途的数目,可以将另外的添加剂添加到分散体中。粘合剂分散体(的优选实施方式中发现)的其它组分例如有颜料、填料、染料、消泡剂和防腐剂。
可以使用已知方法干燥聚合物含水分散体以便获得可以在水中再次分散的保护胶体稳定化的聚合物粉末。
这些分散体或粉末可以用于它们典型的应用领域。在本发明的含义内,它们优选用作粘合剂,更优选作为标签粘合剂或密封粘合剂。作为粘合剂,特别是作为标签粘合剂或密封粘合剂的用途因此也形成本发明的一部分。
如果打算将该粘合剂组合物用作标签粘合剂,那么优选设置所述组合物的粘度为10,000-250,000mPas,优选30,000-150,000mPas(25℃,Brookfield,EN ISO 2555)。如果这些组合物打算用作密封粘合剂,那么优选设置粘度为至50-6000mPas,优选100-2000mPas(25℃,Brookfield,EN ISO 2555)。在可选的用途中,特别是在用于塑料表面的用途中,粘度范围优选是10,000-100,000mPas。
本发明的粘合剂组合物的用途是已知的。当组合物用作标签粘合剂时,特别是将其施加到标签的一面,然后立刻将该标签粘附在容器上,通常是有湿气或湿表面的容器。用于这种贴标方法的设备对本领域技术人员为已知。
本发明的粘合剂分散体的通常用量为5-80g/m2,优选5-50g/m2。标签包括已知材料,特别是纸。粘合剂所施加的基底是用于包装食品和饮料的容器,例如瓶和罐等。容器的材料可以是玻璃、金属、塑料材料或多层包装材料等。优选使用饮料的瓶和罐作为容器。施加标签之后,容器经过进一步的处理并最后干燥。
本发明的组合物的效果是在湿的或有湿气的表面上的粘合效果得到改善,它们适合作为密封粘合剂。使用可商购获得的粘合剂粘附的标签易于从潮湿表面上的合适位置滑离,而当使用上述粘合剂粘附时,粘合效果得到改善并因此防止标签滑离合适的位置。
通过将容器浸泡在水中,优选浸泡在碱性溶液中,可以将标签再次除去。这通常在40-95℃的高温,优选大于50℃下进行。在所述过程中,搅拌溶液或容器,使得通过机械力促进所述去除过程。粘合剂至少部分溶解并从基底表面除去。

Claims (9)
1.粘合剂组合物,其特征在于,所述粘合剂组合物是(甲基)丙烯酸酯的含水分散体,在每种情况下,基于所述粘合剂组合物的总重量,所述粘合剂组合物含有:
(a)15.0-55.0重量%的基于(甲基)丙烯酸酯单体的聚合物,并包含至少一种选自烯键式不饱和的单羧酸和二羧酸的可共聚合辅助单体,在每种情况下,基于所述基于(甲基)丙烯酸酯单体的聚合物的总重量,该聚合物含有:
40.0重量%-89.0重量%的(甲基)丙烯酸酯单体单元;和
11.0-60.0重量%的(甲基)丙烯酸单体单元;和
(b)0.1-5.0重量%的稳定剂,所述稳定剂含有基于乙酸乙烯酯和下式的烯烃二酯的共聚物:
H2C=CH2-(CHR2)n-CH2R3
其中R2和R3中的至少两个是–OC(O)CH3,其余的是氢,并且n是1、2或3,所述共聚物是部分水解或完全水解的。
2.如权利要求1所述的粘合剂组合物,其特征在于,所述稳定剂含有部分水解或完全水解的共聚物,基于所述共聚物的总重量,该共聚物含有:
(a)50-95重量%的基于至少一种乙烯酯的单体单元;和
(b)5-50重量%的基于至少一种烯烃二酯的单体单元。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的粘合剂组合物,其特征在于,所述共聚物是丁烯二醇/乙烯醇共聚物。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的粘合剂组合物,其特征在于,所述共聚物具有80-95摩尔%的水解度。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的粘合剂组合物,其特征在于,
(i)所述(甲基)丙烯酸酯单体选自丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丙酯、甲基丙烯酸丙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯及它们的混合物;和/或
(ii)所述(甲基)丙烯酸单体选自丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸及它们的混合物。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的粘合剂组合物,其特征在于,所述基于(甲基)丙烯酸酯单体的聚合物是甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸正丁酯和甲基丙烯酸的聚合物,所述甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸正丁酯和甲基丙烯酸单体以1:0.9-1.1:0.7-0.9的重量比存在。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的粘合剂组合物,其特征在于,所述基于(甲基)丙烯酸酯单体的聚合物是甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸正丁酯和丙烯酸的聚合物,所述甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸正丁酯和丙烯酸单体以0.8-1.2:1.1-1.5:0.01-0.1的重量比存在。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的粘合剂组合物,其特征在于,所述粘合剂组合物
(i)含有30-70重量%的水;和/或
(ii)含有其它助剂或添加剂,所述其它助剂或添加剂选自消泡剂、防腐剂、染料和颜料。
9.如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的粘合剂组合物作为标签粘合剂或密封粘合剂的用途。
