背景技术
2015年初,最新数据显示,中国患心血管疾病的人口有3.6-3.7亿。人们摄取的食物大多为肉类等高脂肪高糖食物,造成血脂血糖的升高,并伴随着血压的升高。中国各种心脑血管疾病出现年轻化趋势。洋葱是一种常见的蔬菜,每100g洋葱含蛋白质l.6g,碳水化合物6.3g,纤维0.5g,钙12mg,磷46mg,铁0.6mg,胡萝卜素1.2mg,尼克酸0.5mg,另外还含有葱蒜辣素、硫化丙烯等。洋葱是蔬菜中惟一含前列腺素A的,前列腺素A能扩张血管、降低血液黏度,因而会产生降血压、增加冠状动脉的血流量、预防血栓形成的作用。经常食用对高血压、高血脂和心脑血管病人都有保健作用。洋葱还具有降血糖作用,因洋葱中含有与降血糖药甲磺丁脉相似的有机物,并在人体内能生成具有强力利尿作用的皮苦素。糖尿病患者每餐食洋葱25~50克能起到较好的降低血糖和利尿的作用。近代医学研究还表明,洋葱中含有微量元素硒。硒是一种抗氧化剂,它的特殊作用是能使人体产生大量谷胱甘肽,谷胱甘肽的生理作用是输送氧气供细胞呼吸,人体内硒含量增加,癌症发生率就会大大下降。洋葱中的植物杀菌素除具有刺激食欲、帮助消化作用外,还由于它经由呼吸道、泌尿道、汗腺排出时,能刺激管道壁分泌,所以又有祛痰、利尿、发汗、预防感冒以及抑菌防腐的作用。嚼生洋葱可以预防感冒。它所含的微量元素硒是一种很强的抗氧化剂,能清除体内的自由基,增强细胞的活力和代谢能力,具有防癌抗衰老的功效。近年来,科学家发现常吃洋葱能提骨密度,有助于防治骨质疏松症。不过洋葱口感不太受大多数人欢迎,所以,需要发明一种口感好的饮品。本发明为一种洋葱茶饮品,口感独特,健康味美。市面上有一种紫洋葱汁饮料,为浓缩的洋葱汁,口感极为不佳,常人难以接受这种味道。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种洋葱饮料。本发明以洋葱皮为主料,以柠檬和甜味剂为辅料,口感怡人,健康味美。由于洋葱皮会被废弃而造成污染,所以,用本该废弃的洋葱皮做成饮品,符合绿色可持续发展的理念。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种可降血压的洋葱饮料,按照质量份数包括以下原料:洋葱干2.5~10份,甜味剂1.5~6份,盖味剂1~1.5份,食用香精0.5~1份;水500份;
所述盖味剂选自柠檬、花茶、甘草,薄荷叶,山楂,绿茶,红茶,普洱茶,乌龙茶,种子茶中的一种或几种。

具体实施方式
经过正交实验,我们得出了最优方案,通过250人的品尝和调查,将饮品分为颜色,气味,口感三种指标,分别有能接受且想购买、不能接受但想购买、能接受但不想购买和不能接受且不想购买四种选项。
实施例1
取洋葱3.5g,粉碎成0.01~0.25cm2的片状后,与木糖醇3.5g,柠檬1.5g,橙汁香精0.5ml混合,用80℃热水500ml冲泡,冲泡时间为7~10分钟,并除去洋葱皮与柠檬。颜色为朱红色。
以实验例1的配方为基准,经过250人颜色观察后,进行颜色和购买欲的调查统计分析,结果如图1所示:

5.根据权利要求1所述的洋葱饮料,其特征在于:所述食用香精为橙汁香精。
6.如权利要求1~5任意一项所述洋葱饮料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:取洋葱干2.5~10份,粉碎成0.01~0.25cm2的片状,加入甜味剂1.5~6份,盖味剂1~1.5份,食用香精0.5~1份,混合后用500份热水冲泡,泡制7~15分钟后,过滤除去其中的固体成分,封装即可。
