本发明涉及一种转移拔染印花织物的制备方法。
背景技术
拔染印花是在已经染色的织物上印花,印花色浆中含有能破坏染色染料的化学物质(称为拔白剂),将印花处的地色染料破坏或消色的印花方法。拔染印花的花纹具有细致、逼真、层次丰富,丰满艳丽、色彩对比强、轮廓清晰、底色丰满等特点。传统的拔染印花是通过筛网或涂料印花来实现,工艺繁琐,浆料用量多易造成水污染,且这些印花方法在一定程度上限制了拔染印花花纹细致、层次丰富、轮廓清晰等特点。
有鉴于上述的缺陷,本设计人,积极加以研究创新,以期创设一种方法简单、拔染效果转移拔染印花织物的制备方法,使其更具有产业上的利用价值。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种转移拔染印花织物的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种转移拔染印花织物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下几个步骤:
S1:制备拔染墨水,所述拔染墨水由耐拔染料、无甲醛拔白剂、增溶剂、保湿剂以及添加剂制备而成;
S2:制备干热转移印花纸;
S3:将步骤S2中制备的干热转移印花纸依次经过含有染料墨水、拔染墨水的喷墨打印机施墨打印,得到干热转移拔染印花纸;
S4:将干热转移拔染印花纸与干态织物热压贴合后,汽蒸固色、拔色;
S5:汽蒸后织物与干热转移拔染印花纸进行剥离水洗,即得到转移拔染印花织物。
进一步的,所述步骤S2中,所述干热转移印花纸制备方法如下:
A、制备改性涂层剂:将水溶性热熔胶、高分子增稠剂及印花助剂溶于水或水与有机溶剂组成的混合液中,充分混合,形成转移底物,即干热转移印花纸改性涂层剂;
B、将制备的转移底物均匀涂覆在转移印花纸张表面;
C、对步骤B中制备的转移印花纸进行烘干处理。
进一步的,所述步骤B中所述转移底物由涂层机施涂于所述转移印花纸表面。
进一步的,所述转移底物的厚度为0.2~1mm。
进一步的,所述烘干温度为40~75℃,烘干时间为6~10min。
进一步的,所述步骤S4中,热压压力为2~5MPa,温度为110~125℃;汽蒸温度为100~102℃,蒸汽饱和度为98%,时间10~15min。

借由上述方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:
(1)本发明的制备方法,将拔染印花与干热转移印花结合在一起,大大的发挥了拔白花纹具有细致、逼真、层次丰富,丰满艳丽、色彩对比强、轮廓清晰、底色丰满等特点。
(2)将无甲醛拔白剂制备为墨水直接喷射到转移印花纸上,操作简单、方便,便于控制,而且大大提高了拔白剂的利用率。无甲醛拔白剂的使用,排除了在生产和使用过程中释放游离甲醛危害人体健康和生态环境的隐患。
(3)将传统拔染印花中的高分子增稠剂的用量大大降低,且转移拔染印花后改性涂层剂及拔白剂等助剂大部分残留在纸上,减小了工业废水的排放。
(4)本发明转移拔染印花方法简单,易于实施和放大。尤其设定热压压力为2~5MPa,温度为110~125℃;所述的汽蒸温度为100~102℃,蒸汽饱和度为98%,时间10~15min;可进一步提高转印时的染料转移率,获得良好的拔白效果。
(5)本发明方法提供的技术方案,可直接对成衣进行干热转移拔染印花,操作简便。

将15%耐拔染料、10%无甲醛拔白剂、20%己内酰胺、20%聚乙二醇200、0.5%乙二胺四乙酸二钠、2.5%pH调节剂以及32%的去离子水混合在一起,并进行充分搅拌60分钟,得到拔黑墨水混合溶液,此过程中可以加热加速各组分的溶解。
改性涂层剂配方为:
水溶性热熔胶:5%的水溶剂聚氨酯热熔胶;高分子增稠剂:羧甲基纤维素钠2%,改性淀粉0.5%;印染助剂:吸湿剂为3%尿素,甘油2%;固色剂为2.5%双氰胺,;碱剂为2%碳酸钠,三氯乙酸2%;物理吸附剂为0.5%纳米二氧化硅加水补足至100%。充分搅拌至完全溶解。
将转移底物用涂层机均匀的涂覆于转移印花原纸上,涂层厚度0.6mm。于60℃烘燥6min后干燥备用。
用活性染料对上述的印花纸进行喷墨,待墨水干燥后喷射拔染墨水,自然条件下干燥待用。
将干热转移拔染印花纸与棉织物贴合于125℃,3MPa条件下一同热压,接着进行汽蒸,汽蒸温度100℃,蒸汽饱和度为98%,时间10min。汽蒸结束将棉织物与干热转移拔染印花纸剥离水洗,即得到转移拔染印花织物。经测试,未拔区域:干摩擦牢度可达4~5级,湿摩擦牢度可达3~4级,水洗牢度可达3~4级。测试结果见表1。

实施例2
制备拔染墨水:

改性涂层剂配方为:水溶性热熔胶位0.5%的水溶剂聚氨酯热熔胶,高分子增稠剂为2%的羟丙基纤维素,2%的海藻酸钠;印染助剂:吸湿剂为8%的尿素,固色剂为0.5%的双氰胺,碱剂为2%碳酸氢钠,物理吸附剂为0.5%纳米二氧化硅,加水补足至100%。充分搅拌至完全溶解。
将转移底物用涂层机均匀的涂覆于转移印花原纸上,涂层厚度0.25mm。于45℃烘燥10min后干燥备用。
用活性染料对上述的印花纸进行喷墨,待墨水干燥后喷射拔染墨水,自然条件下干燥待用。
将干热转移拔染印花纸与羊毛织物贴合于120℃,5MPa条件下一同热压,接着进行汽蒸,汽蒸温度102℃,蒸汽饱和度为98%,时间15min。汽蒸结束将羊毛织物与干热转移拔染印花纸剥离水洗,即得到转移拔染印花织物。经测试,未拔区域:干摩擦牢度可达4~5级,湿摩擦牢度可达4级,水洗牢度可达3~4级。测试结果见表2。

实施例3
制备拔染墨水:
将15%耐拔染料、10%无甲醛拔白剂、20%己内酰胺、20%聚乙二醇200、0.5%乙二胺四乙酸二钠、2.5%pH调节剂以及32%的去离子水混合在一起,并进行充分搅拌60分钟,得到拔黑墨水混合溶液,此过程中可以加热加速各组分的溶解。
改性涂层剂配方为:
水溶性热熔胶,水溶剂聚酰胺热熔胶5%,瓜耳胶4%;高分子增稠剂:罗望子胶1%;印染助剂:稀释剂为10%的尿素;固色剂为0.5%双氰胺;印染助剂为3%碳酸氢钠,物理吸附剂为0.5%纳;二氧化硅,加水补足至100%。充分搅拌至完全溶解。
将转移底物用涂层机均匀的涂覆于转移印花原纸上,涂层厚度1mm。于75℃烘燥6min后干燥备用。
用活性染料对上述的印花纸进行喷墨,待墨水干燥后喷射拔染墨水,自然条件下干燥待用。
将干热转移拔染印花纸与真丝织物贴合于110℃,3MPa条件下一同热压,接着进行汽蒸,汽蒸温度100℃,蒸汽饱和度为98%,时间15min。汽蒸结束将真丝织物与干热转移拔染印花纸剥离水洗,即得到转移拔染印花织物。经测试,未拔区域:干摩擦牢度可达5级,湿摩擦牢度可达4~5级,水洗牢度可达3~4级。测试结果见表3。

在上述印花后采用如下的方法测试各项转印性能:
织物耐摩擦色牢度参照GB/T 3920-2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐摩擦色牢度》测定;织物耐洗色牢度参照GB/T 3921-2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐洗色牢度》测定。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明的制备方法,将拔染印花与干热转移印花结合在一起,大大的发挥了拔白花纹具有细致、逼真、层次丰富,丰满艳丽、色彩对比强、轮廓清晰、底色丰满等特点。
(2)将无甲醛拔白剂制备为墨水直接喷射到转移印花纸上,操作简单、方便,便于控制,而且大大提高了拔白剂的利用率。无甲醛拔白剂的使用,排除了在生产和使用过程中释放游离甲醛危害人体健康和生态环境的隐患。
(3)将传统拔染印花中的高分子增稠剂的用量大大降低,且转移拔染印花后改性涂层剂及拔白剂等助剂大部分残留在纸上,减小了工业废水的排放。
(4)本发明转移拔染印花方法简单,易于实施和放大。尤其设定热压压力为2~5MPa,温度为110~125℃;所述的汽蒸温度为100~102℃,蒸汽饱和度为98%,时间10~15min;可进一步提高转印时的染料转移率,获得良好的拔白效果。
(5)本发明方法提供的技术方案,可直接对成衣进行干热转移拔染印花,操作简便。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,并不用于限制本发明,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变型,这些改进和变型也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种转移拔染印花织物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下几个步骤:
S1:制备拔染墨水,所述拔染墨水由耐拔染料、无甲醛拔白剂、增溶剂、保湿剂以及添加剂制备而成;
S2:制备干热转移印花纸;
S3:将步骤S2中制备的干热转移印花纸依次经过含有染料墨水、拔染墨水的喷墨打印机施墨打印,得到干热转移拔染印花纸;
S4:将干热转移拔染印花纸与干态织物热压贴合后,汽蒸固色、拔色;热压压力为2~5MPa,温度为120~125℃;汽蒸温度为100~102℃,蒸汽饱和度为98%,时间10~15min
S5:汽蒸后织物与干热转移拔染印花纸进行剥离水洗,即得到转移拔染印花织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中,所述干热转移印花纸制备方法如下:
A、制备改性涂层剂:将水溶性热熔胶、高分子增稠剂及印染助剂溶于水或水与有机溶剂组成的混合液中,充分混合,形成转移底物,即干热转移印花纸改性涂层剂;
B、将制备的转移底物均匀涂覆在转移印花纸张表面;
C、对步骤B中制备的转移印花纸进行烘干处理。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤B中所述转移底物由涂层机施涂于所述转移印花纸表面。
4.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述转移底物的厚度为0 .2~1mm。
5.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述烘干温度为40~75℃,烘干时间为6~10min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述织物为天然纤维织物。
7.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述水溶性热熔胶为水溶性聚酯热熔胶、水溶性聚酰胺热熔胶、水溶性聚氨酯热熔胶中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述高分子增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素钠、羟丙基纤维素、海藻酸钠、瓜尔胶、罗望子胶、聚乙烯醇中的任意一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述印染助剂为酸剂、碱剂、吸湿剂、固色剂、物理吸附剂中一种或多种。
