本发明公开了一种板材多头分切锯，包括切割部，切割部设有电气控制部，该切割部包括横切部和纵切部，横切部上设有定位导向部，纵切部位于横切部的下工位上，且切割部的两侧工位还设有传动部；其中，所述横切部包括由伸缩组件定位连接的横切锯，纵切部包括由伸缩组件定位连接的两个纵切锯。本发明的有益效果：本发明中横切部和纵切部分别采取一个对应电机驱动2个旋转切割锯头使其切割，具有效率高、切割稳定等优点，并且纵切和横切机头部位采取倒立式且锯片有效切割高度可以调节，具有切割作业时扬尘少、切割更安全功能；其设备安装2个万向轮组2个定向轮组方便现场移动设备并固定。

一种板材多头分切锯
技术领域
本发明涉及分切锯，具体来说，涉及一种板材多头分切锯。
背景技术
工厂中用于泡沫类、木板类、硅钙板、橡胶板类产品的分切机器，一般都需要分切锯来进行分切操作，但是，现有市场上的分切锯通常只能横切，即只具有一种方向的切割方式，在需要纵切的时候需要换方向，所以工作效率低下，具有不能同时横切、纵切的缺陷。
针对相关技术中的问题，目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
针对相关技术中的上述技术问题，本发明提出一种板材多头分切锯，能够同时具有横切和纵切两种切割方式，提高工作效率。
为实现上述技术目的，本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种板材多头分切锯，包括切割部，切割部设有电气控制部，该切割部包括横切部和纵切部，横切部上设有定位导向部，纵切部位于横切部的下工位上，且切割部的两侧工位还设有传动部；其中，所述横切部包括由伸缩组件定位连接的横切锯，纵切部包括由伸缩组件定位连接的两个纵切锯。
进一步的，所述切割部的下端设有定位轮组件和万向轮组件。
进一步的，所述传动部包括传动架，传动架上均匀滚动连接有若干传动辊，传动辊通过内轴活动固定于传动架上。
进一步的，所述定位导向部包括位于横切锯两侧的定位板。
进一步的，所述电气控制部包括驱动横切锯或纵切锯的电机。
本发明的有益效果：本发明中横切部和纵切部分别采取一个对应电机驱动2个旋转切割锯头使其切割，具有效率高、切割稳定等优点，并且纵切和横切机头部位采取倒立式且锯片有效切割高度可以调节，具有切割作业时扬尘少、切割更安全功能；其设备安装2个万向轮组2个定向轮组方便现场移动设备并固定。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示，根据本发明实施例所述的一种板材多头分切锯，包括切割部，切割部设有电气控制部1，该切割部包括横切部2和纵切部3，横切部2上设有定位导向部4，纵切部3位于横切部2的下工位上，且切割部的两侧工位还设有传动部5；其中，所述横切部2包括由伸缩组件定位连接的横切锯21，纵切部3包括由伸缩组件定位连接的两个纵切锯31。
所述切割部的下端设有定位轮组件和万向轮组件。
所述传动部5包括传动架51，传动架51上均匀滚动连接有若干传动辊52，传动辊52通过内轴活动固定于传动架51上。
所述定位导向部4包括位于横切锯21两侧的定位板41。
所述电气控制部1包括驱动横切锯21或纵切锯31的电机。
为了方便理解本发明的上述技术方案，以下通过具体使用方式上对本发明的上述技术方案进行详细说明。
在具体使用时，根据本发明所述的板材多头分切锯：
切割时可将待切割的板材通过传动部5的传动辊52运输至切割部，首先可通过定位导向部4的定位板41规整方向，进而可进入横切部2进行横切，然后便进入纵切部3进行纵切，待切割完毕就可通过下一工位的传动部5运输出去。其中，可以通过伸缩组件调节横切锯21和纵切锯31的高度，以适应不同的需求。定位轮组件和万向轮组件可以调整设备的位置，同时固定其位置，适应不同的场地需求。其具有切割效率高、切割尺寸准、操作简单、比较安全等优点。
综上所述，借助于本发明的上述技术方案，本发明中横切部和纵切部分别采取一个对应电机驱动2个旋转切割锯头使其切割，具有效率高、切割稳定等优点，并且纵切和横切机头部位采取倒立式且锯片有效切割高度可以调节，具有切割作业时扬尘少、切割更安全功能；其设备安装2个万向轮组2个定向轮组方便现场移动设备并固定。

1.一种板材多头分切锯，包括切割部，切割部设有电气控制部，其特征在于，该切割部包括横切部和纵切部，横切部上设有定位导向部，纵切部位于横切部的下工位上，且切割部的两侧工位还设有传动部；其中，所述横切部包括由伸缩组件定位连接的横切锯，纵切部包括由伸缩组件定位连接的两个纵切锯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的板材多头分切锯，其特征在于，所述切割部的下端设有定位轮组件和万向轮组件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的板材多头分切锯，其特征在于，所述传动部包括传动架，传动架上均匀滚动连接有若干传动辊，传动辊通过内轴活动固定于传动架上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的板材多头分切锯，其特征在于，所述定位导向部包括位于横切锯两侧的定位板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的板材多头分切锯，其特征在于，所述电气控制部包括驱动横切锯或纵切锯的电机。
