Abstract

本发明公开了一种压花抗菌保暖复合面料的制备方法。采用氯异氰尿酸钠、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮、十四烷基三甲基氯化铵和纳米SiO2粉体配制的混合液进行前处理工艺,对抗菌面料进行改性,然后将抗菌面料和镂空海绵通过热熔技术复合,再通过高温压花,制得压花防风透气型复合面料。本发明方法操作工艺简单,生产效率高,制得的压花抗菌保暖复合面料具备良好的抗菌性能和抗静电性,且花型种类丰富、风格独特,保暖性能和防风透气效果优良。

一种压花抗菌保暖复合面料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种压花抗菌保暖复合面料的制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对衣物的要求越来越高,功能性服装面料有防风、防水、速干、防紫外线和不容易脏的特点,成为春秋季节户外运动服装的主要材料之一。户外运动功能性面料制作的服装,以休闲时尚为主,讲究做工精细,手感柔软,穿着舒适,适用于旅游、野外活动等。
目前常规功能性面料的生产,一般使用复杂提花织机织造,面料生产过程中夹层喂入涤纶长丝填充,操作复杂,生产效率低,面料洗水过程中,夹层的涤纶丝容易出现漏丝严重影响服用性能。在穿着时,其透气性差,身体产生的热气很难挥发出,容易滋生病菌,使穿着者产生不适感,且其表面较平整,立体感差。同时存在质地较重,色彩及花型变化少,满足不料人们对时尚、舒适的追求。因此,如何提供一种花型种类丰富、透气保暖以及抗菌的的面料以满足人们需求,势必成为当前纺织材料的发展趋势。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有技术中的上述问题,提供一种压花抗菌保暖复合面料的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明的提供一种压花抗菌保暖复合面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取三氯异氰尿酸钠和2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮,分别用水配制成2-4wt%的二氯异氰尿酸钠溶液和1-3wt%的2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮溶液,然后按重量比1:1-2混合均匀,再加入十四烷基三甲基氯化铵和纳米SiO2粉体,混合均匀,得整理液;
(2)将抗菌面料放入步骤(1)混合均匀的整理液中,二浸二扎,轧余率70%-85%;
(3)将化纤复合面料在110-150℃下进行预烘1min,再在100-130℃下烘1min,定型;
(4)将定型后的抗菌面料与镂空海绵在40-80℃下热熔复合,得内外两层为抗菌面料、中间层为镂空海绵的复合面料;
(5)将上述复合后的面料在190-220℃下进行压花,时间5-30s,得压花抗菌保暖复合面料。
进一步地,所述步骤(1)中十四烷基三甲基氯化铵的加入量为二氯异氰尿酸钠和2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮混合溶液的3-5wt%。
进一步地,所述步骤(1)中改性纳米SiO2粉体的加入量为二氯异氰尿酸钠和2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮混合溶液的0.1-0.3wt%。
进一步地,所述改性纳米SiO2粉体的粒径为粒径为60-200nm。
进一步地,所述改性纳米SiO2粉体在加入前经硅烷偶联剂进行改性处理,优选的所述硅烷偶联剂为KH-560或KH-570。
进一步地,所述步骤(2)中抗菌面料为涤纶或尼龙或腈纶,所述抗菌面料还可以选用天然纤维面料或化纤复合面料,如纯棉复合面料,全涤复合面料或锦纶复合面料等。
进一步地,所述步骤(4)中镂空海绵的厚度为0.2-0.4cm,优选的镂空海绵的厚度为0.3cm。
进一步地,所述步骤(4)中热熔复合步骤采用研泰TS9012胶水。
本发明采用上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,具有如下技术效果:
本发明制备方法是将抗菌面料和镂空海绵通过热熔技术复合,操作简便和生产效率高,由于海绵具有优异的吸湿透气性,良好的保暖性以及可塑性能,复合后的面料风格独特,保暖性能优于常规织造面料同时洗水牢度强。本发明方法采用在与镂空海绵进行复合前对抗菌面料进行改性处理,使制得的复合面料具备良好的抗菌性能和抗静电性,相比常规的生产方法,生产效率高,花型种类丰富、保暖效果更好。
具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种生产效率高,花型种类丰富,抗菌性能和保暖性能优良的压花抗菌保暖复合面料的制备方法。
下面通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细和具体的介绍,以使更好的理解本发明,但是下述实施例并不限制本发明范围。
实施例1压花抗菌保暖复合面料的制备
(1)取三氯异氰尿酸钠和2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮,分别用水配制成2wt%的二氯异氰尿酸钠溶液和2wt%的2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮溶液,然后按重量比1:1.5混合均匀,再加入十四烷基三甲基氯化铵和经KH-560改性后的纳米SiO2粉体,混合均匀,得整理液;
其中,十四烷基三甲基氯化铵的加入量为二氯异氰尿酸钠和2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮混合溶液的5wt%;改性纳米SiO2粉体的加入量为二氯异氰尿酸钠和2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮混合溶液的0.1wt%。
(2)将纯棉复合面料放入步骤(1)混合均匀的整理液中,二浸二扎,轧余率75%;
(3)将化纤复合面料在120℃下进行预烘1min,再在130℃下烘1min,定型;
(4)将定型后的纯棉复合面料与取镂空海绵在60℃热熔复合,得内外两层为纯棉复合面料、中间层为镂空海绵的抗菌复合面料;
(5)将上述复合后的面料在190℃下进行压花,时间20s,得压花抗菌保暖复合面料。
本实施例1制得的压花抗菌保暖复合面料经10-20次水洗烘干后面料层与海绵层不脱落,达到了耐克的测试标准。
实施例2压花抗菌保暖复合面料的制备
(1)取三氯异氰尿酸钠和2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮,分别用水配制成2wt%的二氯异氰尿酸钠溶液和3wt%的2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮溶液,然后按重量比1:2混合均匀,再加入十四烷基三甲基氯化铵和经KH-560改性后的纳米SiO2粉体,混合均匀,得整理液;
其中,十四烷基三甲基氯化铵的加入量为二氯异氰尿酸钠和2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮混合溶液的5wt%;改性纳米SiO2粉体的加入量为二氯异氰尿酸钠和2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮混合溶液的0.1wt%。
(2)将全涤复合面料放入步骤(1)混合均匀的整理液中,二浸二扎,轧余率85%;
(3)将化纤复合面料在150℃下进行预烘1min,再在130℃下烘1min,定型;
(4)将定型后的全涤复合面料与镂空海绵在80℃下热熔复合,得内外两层为全涤复合面料、中间层为镂空海绵的抗菌复合面料;
(5)将上述复合后的面料在220℃下进行压花,时间20s,得压花抗菌保暖复合面料。
本实施例2制得的压花抗菌保暖复合面料经30-40次水洗烘干后面料层与海绵层不脱落,达到了耐克的测试标准。
实施例3压花抗菌保暖复合面料的制备
(1)取三氯异氰尿酸钠和2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮,分别用水配制成4wt%的二氯异氰尿酸钠溶液和3wt%的2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮溶液,然后按重量比1:1混合均匀,再加入十四烷基三甲基氯化铵和经KH-560改性后的纳米SiO2粉体,混合均匀,得整理液;
其中,十四烷基三甲基氯化铵的加入量为二氯异氰尿酸钠和2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮混合溶液的5wt%;改性纳米SiO2粉体的加入量为二氯异氰尿酸钠和2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮混合溶液的0.1wt%。
(2)将锦纶复合面料放入步骤(1)混合均匀的整理液中,二浸二扎,轧余率85%;
(3)将化纤复合面料在140℃下进行预烘1min,再在120℃下烘1min,定型;
(4)将定型后的锦纶复合面料与镂空海绵在80℃下热熔复合,得内外两层为全涤复合面料、中间层为镂空海绵的抗菌复合面料;
(5)将上述复合后的面料在220℃下进行压花,时间20s,得压花抗菌保暖复合面料。
本实施例3制得的压花抗菌保暖复合面料经30-40次水洗烘干后面料层与海绵层不脱落,达到了耐克的测试标准。

Claims (8)

1.一种压花抗菌保暖复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取三氯异氰尿酸钠和2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮,分别用水配制成2-4wt%的二氯异氰尿酸钠溶液和1-3wt%的2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮溶液,然后按重量比1:1-2混合均匀,再加入十四烷基三甲基氯化铵和纳米SiO2粉体,混合均匀,得整理液;
(2)将抗菌面料放入步骤(1)混合均匀的整理液中,二浸二扎,轧余率70%-85%;
(3)将化纤复合面料在110-150℃下进行预烘1min,再在100-130℃下烘1min,定型;
(4)将定型后的抗菌面料与镂空海绵在40-80℃下热熔复合,得内外两层为抗菌面料、中间层为镂空海绵的复合面料;
(5)将上述复合后的面料在190-220℃下进行压花,时间5-30s,得压花抗菌保暖复合面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中十四烷基三甲基氯化铵的加入量为二氯异氰尿酸钠和2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮混合溶液的3-5wt%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中改性纳米SiO2粉体的加入量为二氯异氰尿酸钠和2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮混合溶液的0.1-0.3wt%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述改性纳米SiO2粉体的粒径为粒径为60-200nm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述改性纳米SiO2粉体在加入前经硅烷偶联剂进行改性处理。
6.根据权利要求1所述的复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中抗菌面料为涤纶或尼龙或腈纶。
7.根据权利要求1所述的复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中镂空海绵的厚度为0.2-0.4cm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中热熔复合步骤采用研泰TS9012胶水。
