本发明属于纺织材料技术领域,特别涉及一种长效抗菌防紫外线聚酯纤维面料及其制备方法。本发明的长效抗菌防紫外线聚酯纤维面料包括抗菌面料基体、缓冲层和疏水层;所述抗菌面料基体为聚酯纤维,其经过抗菌防紫外线整理液处理;所述疏水层为氟季胺硅烷耦合剂涂层;所述氟季胺硅烷耦合剂涂层涂覆在抗菌面料基体表面。本发明的有益效果是,本发明的长效抗菌防紫外线聚酯纤维面料包括抗菌面料基体和疏水层,抗菌面料基体与身体接触,更加安全卫生;同时抗菌面料基体含有纳米二氧化钛,能够吸收、屏蔽大量紫外线;疏水层除了能够防止面料表面被打湿,也能够起到保护抗菌面料基体,延长长效抗菌防紫外线聚酯纤维面料的抗菌和防紫外线的有效时间。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织材料技术领域,特别涉及一种长效抗菌防紫外线聚酯纤维面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对衣物的要求越来越高,功能性服装面料有防风、防水、速干、防紫外线和不容易脏的特点,成为春秋季节户外运动服装的主要材料之一。户外运动功能性面料制作的服装,以休闲时尚为主,讲究做工精细,手感柔软,穿着舒适,适用于旅游、野外活动等。
目前常规功能性面料的生产,一般使用复杂提花织机织造,面料生产过程中夹层喂入涤纶长丝填充,操作复杂,生产效率低,面料洗水过程中,夹层的涤纶丝容易出现漏丝严重影响服用性能。在穿着时,其透气性差,身体产生的热气很难挥发出,容易滋生病菌,使穿着者产生不适感,且其表面较平整,立体感差。因此,如何提供一种透气保暖、防紫外线以及抗菌的的面料成为当前纺织材料的发展趋势。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术中常规功能性面料的不足,提供了一种长效抗菌防紫外线聚酯纤维面料。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种长效抗菌防紫外线聚酯纤维面料,包括抗菌面料基体、缓冲层和疏水层;所述抗菌面料基体为聚酯纤维,其经过抗菌防紫外线整理液处理;所述疏水层为氟季胺硅烷耦合剂涂层;所述缓冲层涂覆在抗菌面料基体表面;所述氟季胺硅烷耦合剂涂层涂覆在缓冲层表面;
所述抗菌防紫外线整理液包括1~3重量份甘油单硬脂酸酯、1~2重量份丙烯酰胺、1~3重量份硫氰酸钾、0.1~0.3重量份十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、0.05~0.1重量份的纳米二氧化钛和15~50质量份去离子水。
优选的,所述缓冲层为树脂缓冲层。
优选的,所述树脂缓冲层材料为苯乙烯或聚丙烯。
优选的,所述树脂缓冲层厚度为0.01~0.05mm。
优选的,所述疏水层厚度为0.01~0.02mm。
优选的,所述纳米二氧化钛的粒径为0.01~0.2μm。
优选的,所述抗菌防紫外线整理液包括1~2重量份甘油单硬脂酸酯、1~1.5重量份丙烯酰胺、1~2重量份硫氰酸钾、0.1~0.2重量份十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、0.05~0.1重量份的纳米二氧化钛和20~50质量份去离子水。
优选的,所述抗菌防紫外线整理液包括2重量份甘油单硬脂酸酯、1重量份丙烯酰胺、1重量份硫氰酸钾、0.1重量份十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、0.05重量份的纳米二氧化钛和40~50质量份去离子水。

本发明解决第二个技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种长效抗菌防紫外线聚酯纤维面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)取适量的甘油单硬脂酸酯、丙烯酰胺、硫氰酸钾和十四烷基三甲基氯化铵搅拌下溶于去离子水中形成水溶液;
(2)在步骤(1)得到的水溶液中加入纳米二氧化钛,强力搅拌下形成均匀的悬浊液,得到抗菌防紫外线整理液;
(3)将抗菌面料基体放入步骤(2)得到的抗菌防紫外线整理液中,二浸二扎,带液率60%~75%;
(4)将抗菌面料基体在60~80℃下进行预烘15min,再在130-150℃下烘1min,定型,得到抗菌面料;
(5)将缓冲层均匀的涂覆到步骤(4)得到的抗菌面料上;
(6)将氟季胺硅烷耦合剂均匀的涂覆经步骤(5)处理的抗菌面料上得到长效抗菌防紫外线聚酯纤维面料。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的长效抗菌防紫外线聚酯纤维面料包括抗菌面料基体、缓冲层和疏水层,抗菌面料基体与身体接触,更加安全卫生;同时抗菌面料基体含有纳米二氧化钛,能够吸收、屏蔽大量紫外线;疏水层除了能够防止面料表面被打湿,也能够起到保护抗菌面料基体,延长长效抗菌防紫外线聚酯纤维面料的抗菌和防紫外线的有效时间;抗菌面料基体和疏水层之间设置缓冲层,增强了疏水层和抗菌面料基体之间的结合力,使超水层不易磨损,保持长效超疏水性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种长效抗菌防紫外线聚酯纤维面料,包括抗菌面料基体和疏水层;抗菌面料基体为涤纶,其经过抗菌防紫外线整理液处理;疏水层为氟季胺硅烷耦合剂涂层;缓冲层涂覆在抗菌面料基体表面;氟季胺硅烷耦合剂涂层涂覆在缓冲层表面;
抗菌防紫外线整理液包括2.5重量份甘油单硬脂酸酯、2重量份丙烯酰胺、3重量份硫氰酸钾、0.2重量份十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、0.1重量份的纳米二氧化钛和50质量份去离子水。
树脂缓冲层材料为苯乙烯,其厚度为0.05mm。
疏水层厚度为0.01mm。
纳米二氧化钛的粒径为0.01~0.2μm。
实施例2:
一种长效抗菌防紫外线聚酯纤维面料,包括抗菌面料基体和疏水层;抗菌面料基体为涤纶,其经过抗菌防紫外线整理液处理;疏水层为氟季胺硅烷耦合剂涂层;缓冲层涂覆在抗菌面料基体表面;氟季胺硅烷耦合剂涂层涂覆在缓冲层表面;
抗菌防紫外线整理液包括3重量份甘油单硬脂酸酯、1.5重量份丙烯酰胺、1.8重量份硫氰酸钾、0.2重量份十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、0.05重量份的纳米二氧化钛和30质量份去离子水。
树脂缓冲层材料为苯乙烯,其厚度为0.01mm
疏水层厚度为0.015mm。
纳米二氧化钛的粒径为0.01~0.2μm。
实施例3:
一种长效抗菌防紫外线聚酯纤维面料,包括抗菌面料基体和疏水层;抗菌面料基体为涤纶,其经过抗菌防紫外线整理液处理;疏水层为氟季胺硅烷耦合剂涂层;缓冲层涂覆在抗菌面料基体表面;氟季胺硅烷耦合剂涂层涂覆在缓冲层表面;

制备例:
一种长效抗菌防紫外线聚酯纤维面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)取计算量的甘油单硬脂酸酯、丙烯酰胺、硫氰酸钾和十四烷基三甲基氯化铵搅拌下溶于去离子水中形成水溶液;
(2)在步骤(1)得到的水溶液中加入纳米二氧化钛,强力搅拌下形成均匀的悬浊液,得到抗菌防紫外线整理液;
(3)将抗菌面料基体放入步骤(2)得到的抗菌防紫外线整理液中,二浸二扎,带液率60%~75%;
(4)将抗菌面料基体在60~80℃下进行预烘15min,再在130-150℃下烘1min,定型,得到抗菌面料;
(5)将缓冲层均匀的涂覆到步骤(4)得到的抗菌面料上,室温下放置2小时以得到稳定的缓冲层;
(6)将氟季胺硅烷耦合剂均匀的涂覆经步骤(5)处理的抗菌面料上,30~40℃下放置24小时,得到长效抗菌防紫外线聚酯纤维面料。

所述抗菌防紫外线整理液包括1~3重量份甘油单硬脂酸酯、1~2重量份丙烯酰胺、1~3重量份硫氰酸钾、0.1~0.3重量份十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、0.05~0.1重量份的纳米二氧化钛和15~50质量份去离子水;
所述缓冲层为树脂缓冲层。
2.如权利要求1所述的长效抗菌防紫外线聚酯纤维面料,其特征在于所述树脂缓冲层材料为苯乙烯或聚丙烯。
3.如权利要求1所述的长效抗菌防紫外线聚酯纤维面料,其特征在于所述树脂缓冲层厚度为0.01~0.05mm。
4.如权利要求1所述的长效抗菌防紫外线聚酯纤维面料,其特征在于所述疏水层厚度为0.01~0.02mm。
5.如权利要求1所述的长效抗菌防紫外线聚酯纤维面料,其特征在于所述纳米二氧化钛的粒径为0.01~0.2μm。
6.如权利要求1所述的长效抗菌防紫外线聚酯纤维面料,其特征在于所述抗菌防紫外线整理液包括1~2重量份甘油单硬脂酸酯、1~1.5重量份丙烯酰胺、1~2重量份硫氰酸钾、0.1~0.2重量份十四烷基三甲基氯化铵、0.05~0.1重量份的纳米二氧化钛和20~50质量份去离子水。

8.一种长效抗菌防紫外线聚酯纤维面料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)取适量的甘油单硬脂酸酯、丙烯酰胺、硫氰酸钾和十四烷基三甲基氯化铵搅拌下溶于去离子水中形成水溶液;
(2)在步骤(1)得到的水溶液中加入纳米二氧化钛,强力搅拌下形成均匀的悬浊液,得到抗菌防紫外线整理液;
(3)将抗菌面料基体放入步骤(2)得到的抗菌防紫外线整理液中,二浸二扎,带液率60%~75%;
(4)将抗菌面料基体在60~80℃下进行预烘15min,再在130-150℃下烘1min,定型,得到抗菌面料;
(5)将缓冲层均匀的涂覆到步骤(4)得到的抗菌面料上;
(6)将氟季胺硅烷耦合剂均匀的涂覆经步骤(5)处理的抗菌面料上得到长效抗菌防紫外线聚酯纤维面料。
