Abstract
本发明公开了一种织物抗菌整理液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)将1~2重量份甘油单硬脂酸酯、1.4重量份泡花碱、0.8重量份丙烯酰胺、0.7重量份硫氰酸钾依次投入19质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;2)再同时投入1.5重量份山苦荬提取液、2.3重量份山梨酸、1.1重量份对苯二甲酸二甲酯、0.9重量份磷酸硼,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液。本发明制备的整理液亲水性好、渗透性好,使用该整理液整理后的织物面料具有优异的阻燃、防霉、防蛀、抗菌、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。

技术领域
本发明涉及织物抗菌整理液的制备方法。
背景技术
现有整理液的功能单一,不能满足织物面料的阻燃、防霉、防蛀、抗菌、抗静电耐洗的整理要求,且整理后的织物面料手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种织物抗菌整理液的制备方法,制备的整理液亲水性好、渗透性好,使用该整理液整理后的织物面料具有优异的阻燃、防霉、防蛀、抗菌、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种织物抗菌整理液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份甘油单硬脂酸酯、1.4重量份泡花碱、0.8重量份丙烯酰胺、0.7重量份硫氰酸钾依次投入19质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时投入1.5重量份山苦荬提取液、2.3重量份山梨酸、1.1重量份对苯二甲酸二甲酯、0.9重量份磷酸硼,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液。
优选的,织物抗菌整理液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

1)将1~2重量份甘油单硬脂酸酯、1.4重量份泡花碱、0.8重量份丙烯酰胺、0.7重量份硫氰酸钾依次投入19质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时投入1.5重量份山苦荬提取液、2.3重量份山梨酸、1.1重量份对苯二甲酸二甲酯、0.9重量份磷酸硼,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液。

2)再同时投入1.5重量份山苦荬提取液、2.3重量份山梨酸、1.1重量份对苯二甲酸二甲酯、0.9重量份磷酸硼,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液。
