本发明公开了一种织物抗皱整理液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)将1~2重量份烷基芳基磺酸钠、2.3重量份聚丙烯酸、1.3重量份八甲基环四硅氧烷、0.9重量份乳木果油依次投入15质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;2)再同时投入1.5重量份野菊花提取液、0.9重量份亚氯酸钠、1.3重量份聚乙二醇单甲醚甲基丙烯酸酯、0.8重量份3,6-二氧杂-1,8-辛二胺四乙酸,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液。本发明制备的整理液亲水性好、渗透性好,使用该整理液整理后的织物面料具有优异的抗静电、阻燃、防蛀、防霉、抗菌性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。

本发明涉及织物抗皱整理液的制备方法。
背景技术
现有整理液的功能单一,不能满足织物面料的抗静电、阻燃、防蛀、防霉、抗菌耐洗的整理要求,且整理后的织物面料手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种织物抗皱整理液的制备方法,制备的整理液亲水性好、渗透性好,使用该整理液整理后的织物面料具有优异的抗静电、阻燃、防蛀、防霉、抗菌性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种织物抗皱整理液的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份烷基芳基磺酸钠、2.3重量份聚丙烯酸、1.3重量份八甲基环四硅氧烷、0.9重量份乳木果油依次投入15质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时投入1.5重量份野菊花提取液、0.9重量份亚氯酸钠、1.3重量份聚乙二醇单甲醚甲基丙烯酸酯、0.8重量份3,6-二氧杂-1,8-辛二胺四乙酸,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液。
