本发明涉及弹性面料的整理工艺。
背景技术
现有面料的抗菌、防霉、阻燃、防蛀、抗静电、耐洗性能都有待提高,且手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种弹性面料的整理工艺,其整理后的面料具有优异的抗菌、防霉、阻燃、防蛀、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种弹性面料的整理工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份油酰氨基酸钠、1.2重量份叶酸钠、0.9重量份脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、0.4重量份尼泊金丙酯依次投入20质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时投入0.9重量份沉香提取物、1.2重量份三聚氰胺磷酸盐、0.7重量份三氧化二锑、1.4重量份聚环氧丙烷二醇,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
