本发明公开了一种牛仔面料的整理工艺,包括如下步骤:1)将1~2重量份α-烯烃磺酸钠、3.8重量份壳聚糖丙酸、0.8重量份纳他霉素、1.3重量份异噻唑啉酮依次投入20质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;2)再同时投入0.9重量份雄黄、1.2重量份二盐酸胱胺、0.7重量份苯二甲酸二甲酯、0.2重量份二月桂酸二丁基锡,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;3)将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。本发明牛仔面料的整理工艺,其整理后的面料具有优异的抗菌、防霉、阻燃、防蛀、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。

本发明涉及牛仔面料的整理工艺。
背景技术
现有面料的抗菌、防霉、阻燃、防蛀、抗静电、耐洗性能都有待提高,且手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种牛仔面料的整理工艺,其整理后的面料具有优异的抗菌、防霉、阻燃、防蛀、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种牛仔面料的整理工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份α-烯烃磺酸钠、3.8重量份壳聚糖丙酸、0.8重量份纳他霉素、1.3重量份异噻唑啉酮依次投入20质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时投入0.9重量份雄黄、1.2重量份二盐酸胱胺、0.7重量份苯二甲酸二甲酯、0.2重量份二月桂酸二丁基锡,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
优选的,牛仔面料的整理工艺,包括如下步骤:

一种牛仔面料的整理工艺,包括如下步骤:

2)再同时投入0.9重量份雄黄、1.2重量份二盐酸胱胺、0.7重量份苯二甲酸二甲酯、0.2重量份二月桂酸二丁基锡,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
