本发明公开了一种家纺面料的整理工艺,包括如下步骤:1)将1~2重量份木质素磺酸盐、1.5重量份丙酸钙、0.7重量份尼泊金丙酯钠盐、1.3重量份富马酸二乙酯依次投入20质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;2)再同时投入1.2重量份溴代桂醛、0.9重量份异硫氰酸烯丙酯、3.3重量份甲基丙烯酸、2.4重量份1,4-丁二醇,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;3)将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。本发明家纺面料的整理工艺,其整理后的面料具有优异的抗菌、防霉、阻燃、防蛀、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。

本发明涉及家纺面料的整理工艺。
背景技术
现有面料的抗菌、防霉、阻燃、防蛀、抗静电、耐洗性能都有待提高,且手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种家纺面料的整理工艺,其整理后的面料具有优异的抗菌、防霉、阻燃、防蛀、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种家纺面料的整理工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)将1~2重量份木质素磺酸盐、1.5重量份丙酸钙、0.7重量份尼泊金丙酯钠盐、1.3重量份富马酸二乙酯依次投入20质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时投入1.2重量份溴代桂醛、0.9重量份异硫氰酸烯丙酯、3.3重量份甲基丙烯酸、2.4重量份1,4-丁二醇,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。

3)将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
