本发明公开了一种粘扣布的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:1)在9.2质量份去离子水中投入3~4质量份次磷酸钠、2.6质量份香茅精油、1.7质量份三氧化二锑混合,搅拌均匀;2)再同时缓慢加入1.9质量份二乙基磷酰乙基三乙氧基硅烷,2.9质量份阴离子聚丙烯酰胺、1.8质量份三乙醇胺,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理剂;3)将布料在含有整理剂的浸渍液中浸轧处理,恒温烘干。本发明粘扣布的生产工艺,其整理后的布料具有优异的阻燃性能、防污性能,且耐洗性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及粘扣布的生产工艺。
背景技术
现有布料的阻燃性能、防污性能和耐洗性能都有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种粘扣布的生产工艺,其整理后的布料具有优异的阻燃性能、防污性能,且耐洗性强。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种粘扣布的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)在9.2质量份去离子水中投入3~4质量份次磷酸钠、2.6质量份香茅精油、1.7质量份三氧化二锑混合,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入1.9质量份二乙基磷酰乙基三乙氧基硅烷,2.9质量份阴离子聚丙烯酰胺、1.8质量份三乙醇胺,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理剂;
3)将布料在含有整理剂的浸渍液中浸轧处理,恒温烘干。
优选的,粘扣布的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
