本发明公开了一种枕套面料的整理工艺,包括如下步骤:1)在14质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份六偏磷酸钠、2.3质量份石榴皮萃取液、1.5质量份8-羟基喹啉铜、0.8质量份羟基聚磷酸酯混合,搅拌均匀;2)再同时缓慢加入3.2质量份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、1.4质量份乙氧基化烷基酸胺、0.9质量份水性封端基异氰酸酯、1.2质量份十六烷基硬脂醇,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;3)将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。本发明枕套面料的整理工艺,其整理后的面料具有优异的抗皱、抗菌、阻燃、防静电性能,且耐洗性强。

本发明涉及枕套面料的整理工艺。
背景技术
现有面料的抗皱、抗菌、阻燃、防静电性能和耐洗性能都有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种枕套面料的整理工艺,其整理后的面料具有优异的抗皱、抗菌、阻燃、防静电性能,且耐洗性强。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种枕套面料的整理工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)在14质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份六偏磷酸钠、2.3质量份石榴皮萃取液、1.5质量份8-羟基喹啉铜、0.8质量份羟基聚磷酸酯混合,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入3.2质量份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、1.4质量份乙氧基化烷基酸胺、0.9质量份水性封端基异氰酸酯、1.2质量份十六烷基硬脂醇,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
优选的,枕套面料的整理工艺,包括如下步骤:
