本发明公开了一种棉布布料的染整工艺，包括如下步骤：1)预处理；2)染色；3)整理：将1～2重量份羧甲基纤维素、0.9重量份脂肪酰二乙醇胺、1.3重量份丙酸钙、0.9重量份N-二氯乙烯基水杨酰胺依次投入28质量份去离子水中，搅拌均匀；再同时投入0.4重量份橙油、0.7重量份磷酸三铝、1.4重量份白皂粉、1.3重量份嵌段硅油，继续搅拌，至充分混合均匀，制得整理液；再将布料在整理液中浸轧处理，取出后恒温烘干。本发明棉布布料的染整工艺，其染整后的布料具有优异的防蛀、防霉、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能，且耐洗性强，手感柔软。

本发明涉及棉布布料的染整工艺。
背景技术
现有布料的防蛀、防霉、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电、耐洗性能都有待提高，且手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种棉布布料的染整工艺，其染整后的布料具有优异的防蛀、防霉、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能，且耐洗性强，手感柔软。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是设计一种棉布布料的染整工艺，包括如下步骤：
1)预处理；
2)染色；
3)整理：将1～2重量份羧甲基纤维素、0.9重量份脂肪酰二乙醇胺、1.3重量份丙酸钙、0.9重量份N-二氯乙烯基水杨酰胺依次投入28质量份去离子水中，搅拌均匀；再同时投入0.4重量份橙油、0.7重量份磷酸三铝、1.4重量份白皂粉、1.3重量份嵌段硅油，继续搅拌，至充分混合均匀，制得整理液；再将布料在整理液中浸轧处理，取出后恒温烘干。
