本发明公开了一种棉布布料的染整工艺,包括如下步骤:1)预处理;2)染色;3)整理:将1~2重量份羧甲基纤维素、0.9重量份脂肪酰二乙醇胺、1.3重量份丙酸钙、0.9重量份N-二氯乙烯基水杨酰胺依次投入28质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再同时投入0.4重量份橙油、0.7重量份磷酸三铝、1.4重量份白皂粉、1.3重量份嵌段硅油,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;再将布料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。本发明棉布布料的染整工艺,其染整后的布料具有优异的防蛀、防霉、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。

本发明涉及棉布布料的染整工艺。
背景技术
现有布料的防蛀、防霉、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电、耐洗性能都有待提高,且手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种棉布布料的染整工艺,其染整后的布料具有优异的防蛀、防霉、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种棉布布料的染整工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)预处理;
2)染色;
3)整理:将1~2重量份羧甲基纤维素、0.9重量份脂肪酰二乙醇胺、1.3重量份丙酸钙、0.9重量份N-二氯乙烯基水杨酰胺依次投入28质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再同时投入0.4重量份橙油、0.7重量份磷酸三铝、1.4重量份白皂粉、1.3重量份嵌段硅油,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;再将布料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
优选的,棉布布料的染整工艺,包括如下步骤:

一种棉布布料的染整工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)预处理;
2)染色;
3)整理:将1~2重量份羧甲基纤维素、0.9重量份脂肪酰二乙醇胺、1.3重量份丙酸钙、0.9重量份N-二氯乙烯基水杨酰胺依次投入28质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再同时投入0.4重量份橙油、0.7重量份磷酸三铝、1.4重量份白皂粉、1.3重量份嵌段硅油,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;再将布料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。

3)整理:将1~2重量份羧甲基纤维素、0.9重量份脂肪酰二乙醇胺、1.3重量份丙酸钙、0.9重量份N-二氯乙烯基水杨酰胺依次投入28质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再同时投入0.4重量份橙油、0.7重量份磷酸三铝、1.4重量份白皂粉、1.3重量份嵌段硅油,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;再将布料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
