本发明公开了一种仿棉面料的染整工艺,包括如下步骤:1)预处理;2)染色;3)整理:将1~2重量份正丁基萘磺酸钠、2.2重量份聚丙烯酸钠、1.7重量份三乙醇胺、1.4重量份丁香精油依次投入20.5质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再同时投入0.5重量份三聚氯氰、0.7重量份尼泊金甲酯、1.3重量份氯化缩水甘油三甲基铵、0.1重量份包覆红磷,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。本发明仿棉面料的染整工艺,其染整后的面料具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。

本发明涉及仿棉面料的染整工艺。
背景技术
现有面料的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电、耐洗性能都有待提高,且手感不够柔软。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种仿棉面料的染整工艺,其染整后的面料具有优异的防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能,且耐洗性强,手感柔软。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种仿棉面料的染整工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)预处理;
2)染色;
3)整理:将1~2重量份正丁基萘磺酸钠、2.2重量份聚丙烯酸钠、1.7重量份三乙醇胺、1.4重量份丁香精油依次投入20.5质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再同时投入0.5重量份三聚氯氰、0.7重量份尼泊金甲酯、1.3重量份氯化缩水甘油三甲基铵、0.1重量份包覆红磷,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。

3)整理:将1~2重量份正丁基萘磺酸钠、2.2重量份聚丙烯酸钠、1.7重量份三乙醇胺、1.4重量份丁香精油依次投入20.5质量份去离子水中,搅拌均匀;再同时投入0.5重量份三聚氯氰、0.7重量份尼泊金甲酯、1.3重量份氯化缩水甘油三甲基铵、0.1重量份包覆红磷,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;再将面料在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
